The woman answering the phone is not the friendliest person but the tow truck driver was really nice and professional I think he said he’s from Idaho great guy.
Their responding employee, Oscar, was great!!! He changed a tire on a very busy freeway where we couldn’t get my car far enough off the freeway. He braved some idiot drivers to get my tire changed quickly & well, and then followed me to the next exit until I got turned around toward home. I was VERY PLEASED with Oscar & the company’s (dispatcher) quick response on a busy day—courteous, professional, well done!!
They suck at communicating logistics but they were timely and friendly. After they loaded my car onto the bed of the truck and I signed paperwork they said they could only take 1 person -there was 2 passengers that needed a ride. So my friend and I were left stranded and we could not get our belongings out of the car because it was already loaded. If we had known we could not ride with the tow truck I would of taken my belongings out of my car and I would have coordinated a ride way earlier in the day or used a different company . My car had to be taken to a totally different area than I was going so this caused a huge hassle. If they communicated 2 hours earlier that they could not give me a ride I would have coordinated a ride and collected my items from my car but because they didnt I had to wait an hour on the side of the road after the tow truck driver left for someone to get us then I had to go a half hour out of my way just to collect my bags from the car then go back another half hour to start my journey over again. So they waisted 2 hours of my day because they could not say from the beginning "we cannot give you both a ride". But they got my money and coerced me to believing all was good till they had me in a choke hold and I had no options but to continue with their service.
Great service! Truth is I was complaining about cost but it was worth every penny! They were on time very professional and the drive Irwin was fantastic! I scheduled a day in advance which saved me a bit of money which was nice but I understand the cost after seeing how much work went into towing my truck. These guys are great and I thank them again!!

My truck was in need of a ride to the shop and the shop recommended baker n baker so I figured sure why not. Called them up got it scheduled days in advance (they gave me a discount for doing so). They showed up on time and even gave a curtesy call. Truck had been sitting so battery was dead. The driver was patient and waited for me to hook up to a jump box so we could get the truck in neutral. The driver then did an amazing job of picking the truck straight out of my driveway without having to move it. Great experience all the way around. Highly recommended for all oversized trucks

I had a great experience with Baker and Baker. I needed my Airstream towed to Portland and went through a transport company that I used in the past. They arranged for Baker and Baker to come tow it and I'm grateful for that, Steven was excellent. He was kind, communicative, and professional. I was a little anxious due to problems in the past but everything went smoothly. The driver, Travis, was equally as cool and handled everything for us. Not sure if they typically come out to Portland but if I'm ever in another jam in the Woodburn area I know who to call. Thank you guys for all your help!
Easy and painless. Was recommended to use this outfit by a local mechanic. I called, they answered, I set up an appointment over the phone. Left the keys and payment in the vehicle. They came by like they said they would, moved it like they said they would. I was given updates and it just worked.
I accidentally locked my keys in my car today and was panicking. My phone battery was down to 16%, and I had no one available to help. I searched on Google, and this company was the first to pop up. They arrived in less than 35 minutes, and Tenny (I think that was his name) was incredibly friendly and kind, which immediately put me at ease. Hopefully, I won’t need their services again, but if I do, they’ll be the first company I call!
Fast, efficient and meticulous. The truck arrived in less than 30 minutes. The driver had the van hooked up and on the flat bed in no time. He took photos of before and after and ensured no damage came to my vehicle. He waited with me until my husband arrived and followed us to the dealer. Start to finish just under an hour and well worth the price we paid. Peace of mind and assistance in a stressful situation was great! I would highly recommend Baker and Baker towing. Man these guys did the impossible! I got stuck last night in poorly compacted gravel with all the rain we’ve been getting. These guys got there free up a game plan made sure I was ok with it and executed! Well done guys
I wish I'd heard about Baker & Baker under better circumstances but unfortunately it was after I totaled my most trustworthy friend: Red Demon, my 2007 Toyota Corolla on the way home from work. Rainy, oily road, dark country road, and tires don't mix. My car spun around about three times and then I found out what a head on collision with a guard rail feels like.
B&B picked up my wreck and cleaned up all of the debris. Yesterday, I went and said goodbye. They helped me to get all of my belongings from the car and are coordinating with my insurance to have the car picked up. Great customer service.
