Friendly customer service gentleman, but they play the bait-and-switch game. I had a quote for $801. The agent couldn’t explain why they wouldn’t honor the quote. That’s not a game I play, so we went elsewhere
Brayant provided exceptional service based on his professionalism for explaining details for purchasing the vehicle, timeline for paperwork and photos, and when a driver would pick up the vehicle.
This process was great. They quoted an amount right away. I was able to schedule the pick up time that was convenient for me. They called when they were on their way and they showed up with cash in hand.
Cash for cars is owned by Copart- an online auction service and they did a pretty good job. The hardest part was waiting on hold for several minutes every time you call in. They provided an estimate and paid that amount and the tow driver was friendly and helpful and did a great job. I would recommend cars for cash for anyone who has a car they need towed away from their property ( you most likely will need a signed title in your name, FYI).
Called and got a quote for my old car that was the same as a trade in quote I received from a dealership. Once I let Cash for Cars know that fact they increased their offer to make it worth letting them get the car. We scheduled a date to have it picked up and I was able to reschedule to work with my calendar. The day of, I got a call from the tow truck driver with an estimate for pickup and then it was easy to transfer ownership once they arrived, check and all. I'd recommend the service!
This was a really great experience it was quick, easy, an convenient and the highest pay out which was $300. more then other places. They worked with me and my availability. Tow truck driver called ahead of time let me know his ETA when he arrived it was easy peasy he wrote my check and in less than 20 my problem was on the back of a tow truck going to its new home

Our experience went very smoothly. The company contacted us right away. We were able to schedule the car pick up easily and were given a check for our car on the spot. The only concern that I had was not receiving anything in hard copy showing the sale.
I sold my car through them. Sold a 2006 H3 Hummer with 219,000 miles, I got a pretty good offer. The only issue was their pickup time, they said between 8am and noon, driver didn't arrive until 230pm. Deposited check next day. So, overall it was a smooth process. I would probably sell through them again, because they offer pretty good deals and its convenient and easy. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their vehicle.

Called a few places to get a quote on our used vehicle. A 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0t, the engine seized up and someone vandalized the rear window shield. They offered us 70.00 more than our facilities, filled out the online application, the process was easy-to-use, contacted by Marcus Rowe to schedule pickup, within 48 hours the vehicle was removed. Great service from start to finish, the tow truck driver Juan was also a great help and service. Recommended giving them a try if want to get rid of your used vehicle. The cost of a used engine for this vehicle is between 3000 to 4500 with low miles. Thank you again.

Amazing experience! I was really nervous but they have been in business for 35 years. my car had an engine that completely conked out right after I spent $1000 on tires for it. Mananita Lima Called me after I filled out the information on the website three business days later the car was picked up towed away for free I received a check which did clear my bank. I completely recommended them to anyone who has a car that they need to get rid of. It was a way higher value than taking to the scrap yard or pick and pull place.
Easy pesy! My car engine blew up, cost way to much to fix, so I had to junk my car but knew it had value still in it. I called around and got quotes, I wont mention names but when you search Google for cash for cars you'll see the sponsored results, the1st offer was $200, said it wasn't worth much more than that, 2nd one thought $ 350 was the about right, so when this guy offer me $700 I felt like I just got paid! Super simple process, I meant the tow truck the next day at the shop where my car was and had Check in hand.

I called them because I had a 2010 Dodge Caravan that was unusable anymore. The transmission was out, flat tire, dead battery, some front end damage, etc. I called the local car junkyard and they quoted me $100 which I know is a rip off. So I decided to give Cash for Cars a shot. After sending them pictures they gave me a quote of $300.00, which is a lot better than $100. I am so glad I called. I would have given 5 stars but the tow truck did not show up on the day it was supposed to. I was expecting the tow all day with a no show. I started to worry due to other reviews on here and decided if they didnt show the next day I'd call and check in but the tow truck showed up. Driver was nice and polite. (They also dont charge for the tow. Local junkyard takes $50 off the price for having to tow.) They give a check, not cash. However it cleared just fine. Also the customer service guy Jeevan was super helpful, patient, polite, and made it a very smooth and easy process. Jeevan, if you see this review, thank you for the time and help you gave me! You do your job well sir! Overall, with my own experience, I would recommend using cash for cars.

The only negative thing was that I got a an from Peddle just after getting my quote. They made an offer of half the quote and I asked for time to consider. While I did, Copart reached out and made an offer of the full quote. I’m glad I didn’t take the Peddle lowball quote.
I needed to sell my non-working vehicle for the best price I could find. Cash for cars was easy to use and the representative was very helpful. I would definitely use them again if I needed to.
The price is always in question for the customer, in this business. What’s not in question is, how good Amanda was in helping me through this process. She went above and beyond, which shows because I’m writing this. Nobody writes these unless it was great or terrible service. In this case, she was great!
Worst company to deal with. Arranged offer and scheduled day and time for pickup. Then they never showed! Called company back who transferred me to towing yard who proceeded to tell me they can’t pickup today but I could schedule another day. Then they hung up on me! Absolute worst customer service, whatever you do I implore you to use another company and there are many to choose from.
As other reviews have said, this place gives ridiculous offers. They offered $150 for a car that still runs and drives, I've sold junk cars that don't run for more than that. The car bluebooks in fair condition for over $3000 and he tried to sell the offer as if it was a great deal. Update: they called back the following day to check in and say they were able to offer additional money... an extra $25
