What clients say about Pick-A-Part in Turner (OR)

Good experience overall. Not many customers, but front desk appears busy so be prepared to wait. It helps to speak Spanish. Appear to have rear desk clerks for calls. Did not have my part so not charged the $2 to enter the yard, walk a long distance & search for similar vehicles to mine. The yard is well organized with gravelled aisles & vehicles are slightly raised.

Well, we ordered a part, it was supposed to be the next day so what the guy said that we had to pay for it right now. I paid for it going on 5 days now still no part nobody's called nothing. I call them to tell them I want the money credited back. They pretty much. Tell me to go f myself and don't plan on cutting my card back. I literally had to file charges with my bank and Marion County. Against them you guys can do without what you want

I go here to get certain little parts for my car rebuilds and depending on who is pricing the parts it fluctuates from understandable to cmon it’s a used old part on a 30 year old vehicle. I payed 75 dollars for a sunroof window with them pulling one day, and on another I got priced 200 for a lower sway bar with lower control arms that just gives you an idea of how it can fluctuate pricing. When in reality it should have been like 100 tops especially with me getting down and dirty. I will still go here but I wish it was more reasonable at times.
