Broke down late last night, called and a lady answered, she was very easy to deal with. Accurate on the time frame it would take to get out to me. The cost was very reasonable, I will definitely call them first from here on out.
The lady who answer phones on Sunday is not very nice we get we had are car towed but when your wet in bathing suits and took all the phone and belongings we had you could have some compassion, and then charging the highest price you could wow not even there a full day and paying 600$ to get are car and said it was parked on a fire line no signs saying that was a fire zone no red lines and then when we called back to see why we got towed she changed it saying oh it's cuz you didnt have a parking ticket which one is it?!?
The rude lady that answers the phone on Sundays needs to either quit or have some compassion. If you have two locations but only one is listed on google you’re going to get calls asking for the Salem address. People will not assume that it’s at the bottom of your Silverton locations website. Terrible customer service I got T-boned and wanted to retrieve my belongings.
We where in a hit and run accident last night in Silverton the police had to call me a tow severs and Premier Towing was call, Brendan came out pretty quickly to help us out. Even after putting in 18 to 20 hours day for the last few day he was there and help us, got me back on the road quickly, so thank you so much for being such a great guy. If I could give this place negative stars I would! They illegally towed my car, doubled the release price simply because they could, threatened to keep my car until Monday and charge me additional amount after the fact. DAMAGED my car. Refusing to pay for damages.
Me and my husband have called multiple times to acquire some information on our property that was towed there and still no information and it's detrimental to my ongoing case
The driver that towed my daughters car was rude, unprofessional and careless. He put charges on the bill for things that were not done. This was a bad situation for everyone and this towing company made things worse by far. You better hope they don't get called to your accident.
The driver was on his way to Salem, when he turned around just to help my daughter in silverton who was locked out of her car. He was friendly and the customer service was far above expected. We are grateful for their kindness and will use them always. Thank you!!
Quick, courteous, and great at what they do, I can't reccomend them enough,the company in general, and their driver Dan in particular, they made a bad day a hell of a lot better.
Driver didn't signal or look before he entered my lane. Had to slam on my breaks and serve into center median to keep from getting hit. My mother got bruised right upper chest from her seat belt because of it. I was shaking when done. Called business and employee that answered didn't seem concerned. This is not ok!
Dan was absolutely amazing, he was on time actually he was early, communicated amazingly with me on when he was arriving. Through text messaging.... he was super professional made sure things were good took good care of the Truck.. my wife was the one driving I was almost asleep ( work graveyards ) but I took the car to her so she could take the kids home and I stayed with the truck.. it again premier towing KEEP DAN he was amazing
Brian from Premier arrived on time and with the right equipment to tow my motorcycle to the shop. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. I was able to help load the bike up and he secured it perfectly. It arrived promply at the motorcycle dealership and was unloaded successfully. I was driving up I-5N, just north of Salem when my trusty RX-7 decided to die in the center lane. I managed to coast to the side of the road. After my insurance agency got in touch with Premier, Dan was dispatched to come to my rescue. He was very professional over the phone when he let me know he was on the way, and made sure I was safe when he arrived. He did not rush, and took very good care of my car. Dan was very kind on the ride to my selected repair shop, and helped me get the further help I needed. Because of his efficient assistance, I was able to get back on the road later that evening, ultimately making it to Seattle the following day. I can't thank him enough for helping me continue on this great journey!
Dan is a highly skilled and very knowledgeable tow truck driver with this company. These drivers have demanding work schedules which require them to be on call 24/7. Unfortunately, I was the guy needing a tow in the middle of the night which required someone to get up out of bed to come help me and Dan was that lucky guy... I was very impressed that he showed up alert, ready to go, and did his job with a great attitude, and also had a few funny stories to share.
Dan was very nice, and even called to make sure he was about to hook it up correctly since we have a Range Rover and they are difficult to tow. I was given a 40 minute wait time, which is fast, but they got here even faster. Would DEFINITELY recommend them!
