Richard was totally great. He took care with transport of our truck to the mechanic shop. I'd recommend him.

George was absolutely brilliant, a credit to his company and profession. He was friendly, thoughtful, and intelligent. He called me when he was on his way. The time frame I was given was 60-90 minutes. George was there within 30. Thanks, George, it was a great pleasure to meet you.

Even though it took longer than expected for service to arrive; dispatch was very communicative and helpful. It being a busy day for them made sense and I appreciated being notified of that. Also want to shout out the guy who picked me up; Wes was excellent with his help. His positivity and friendliness was definitely appreciated after a long day.

Courteous dispatcher, quick service on a holiday when most places are closed early. The driver showed up promptly at time agreed upon. Driver quick with service, a jump start for a dead battery. Very helpful with tips to have insurance pay directly to them as opposed to waiting for reimbursement from my insurance company. In the end, my insurance company roadside assistance was closed at 1630 on NYE. Dispatcher I called back to make payment was great, even remembered the service I received and took my payment promptly. Would highly recommend and will definetly use again if needed.

BC towing must sure be great if you request their services, otherwise I can't think of a worse experience for their customers. I have been unlucky enough to have had BC towing services requested on the behalf of the Oregon State Police. Neither entity took responsibility for my items within the vehicle or without, lying ready in piles of my most valued of items that came out of my vehicle during the accident. To my current situation, BC has claimed ownership of all of my worlds possessions, those that were not left in the piles waiting to be loaded into the bed and cab of the vehicle as it was towed away. Instead, thousands of dollars in solar panels, outdoor gear, generators, a welder and other items of my work are now stolen, having been left carelessly to be pilfered by the local insects. BC drove off with as little as they could, everything left in the cab, all my more valued tools, Bosch electric tools and otherwise. They would not allow me access to even my recreational gear, claiming it as collateral against an illegitimately growing bill. This is a company of leaches, sucking any wounds they can and I can't imagine they exist happy to do their jobs. I can't imagine how anyone causing pain like this to me for a living sleeps well at night.

B.C. Towing was super professional. They Arrived Quickly and Promptly to my car. They Took care of everything and was very Knowledgeable. I can’t remember the driver‘s name🙃 All’s I can remember is that he has a 12-year-old son🫣 Thank you So much for all your help🫶🏼

If I could give this business zero stars I would only reason why is cause of BRETT!!!! The way I just got treated from BRETT was not okay at all. I called about one of their drivers going 45MPH In a 55 zone. I did ask for a manger. It also has signs saying if your going slow pull off to the side of the road we fallowed this driver for 10 miles he not once looked in his review mirror and had couple miles traffic be hide him. Well BRETT is DISRESPECTFUL he wouldn’t let me get a word in and he was talking down to me like I’m the problem and BRETT HUNG UP ON ME. I was being so nice and respectful. I would never use this tow company if my vehicle breaks down. I did call back and talk to the owner of the towing company and she said she did get ahold of the driver to let him know about moving over and she said sorry how BRETT was acting but she did say they are busy and I told her that gives no right to treat someone like that especially being in that type field and dealing with customers it’s wrong. JUST FYI: if there is signs on the side of the highway saying slow vehicles pull over and you don’t if there is a cop that sees this and how much traffic is behind you. Your business can get a fat ticket!! I just talked to a police officer it’s called impeding traffic I will not tell anyone about this tow company you want to disrespect me! I will be posting on other websites about this places as well!!!

I called around 5 different places to get quoted $150-250 to gets my keys out of my car. The lady I talked to was really nice and was willing to work around my schedule so I didn’t have to miss work to get my keys out of car . Also she quoted less then $100 to get my keys out of my car which is more reasonable price (in my opinion).

The driver arrived within the time frames that were discussed and was very nice and professional. Would definitely use them again if need be.

Yesterday on my way back home to Canada, I had the unfortunate experience of my tire blowing out on the I.5 . Not being familiar with this area I googled and contacted B.C Towing. The dispatcher was very pleasant and helpful. The flat deck arrived in a timely manner and within 25 we were on our way to tire store. I really appreciated the flatbed driver for his concern for our safety and getting us on our way . This went from a very stressful experience to a very positive experience. Thank you once again

Amazing Service! My car broke down on Christmas Eve.I called B.C Towing and they answered the phone quickly and politely. Had a tow truck in less than 20 minutes. Driver was incredibly nice and accommodating made me feel safe and secure. Very professional. I highly recommend.

I would highly recommend B.C. Towing. I was trying to turn around on the shoulder of I5 and miss judged the edge of the shoulder while backing up. I called them and explained my situation and sent them pictures of my situation. Jeff and his trainee arrived in a timely manner and was very friendly and got me back on the road.

Waited about 35 minutes. Friendly driver, helped push car into a spot once it was off the truck. Was expecting to pay a lot more. Paid $135 for almost 10 miles. No complaints. Solid company🤙🏽

My experience was very good. The tow driver was very amicable and made me laugh even though my situation was unfortunate. I highly recommend this company. They are very easy to work with.

We have been towed before I'm sorry to say, but being towed by B.C. Towing just about makes being towed not quite so bad! Our semi broke down on I-5 due to a small issue, but the trooper suggested B.C. Towing as she couldn't get up to speed. We called and were greeted by a very nice lady who helped us immediately by directing us to Brett. He was great, friendly and polite, answering all our questions too. Long story short both he and Josh showed up, each in his own truck ( one for tractor,one trailer). Josh was just fantastic, hooked up our truck in no time while Brett was hooking to our trailer. They 100% took care of our semi truck which relieved some of the stressed of being towed. The main thing was, they are absolute professionals and know their jobs. The other thing, is they are both great guys. 19 miles we were towed, my German Shepherd Dog and I rode with Josh in a gorgeous Peterbilt and my husband with Brett in a monster Kenworth 880. You'd think the situation would be dismal getting towed and all, but it was delightful talking with Josh about all things trucking and we laughed almost the whole way! I found out my husband had the same experience. That being said, from a professional driver's perspective if you must get towed in the Northern I5 corridor in Oregon you won't find a better, more professional and more knowledgeable company than B.C. Towing, especially Josh and Brett. Great Job Y'all!!

The scheduling, and payment went very quickly. The driver, and dispatcher were very friendly, and professional. They made a stressful situation easy to handle. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

We have used BC Towing a couple times before this event and have always been pleased. Tonight our driver provided quick response time. He safely handled our vehicle and parked it in our driveway exactly how we wanted it. We will use them again for sure in the future, should the situation arise.

This company is excellent. They are reasonably priced. Always on time and courteous when talking to people. I recommend them 100%.
