One of my school buses broke down. When I called BC, they responded lightning fast and had my bus at the shop in less than 2 hours! Unbelievable! I will use them every time, but hopefully, never again. Wish me luck with that one!
Most of the staff is very friendly, not all of them tho. The ones who are nice are willing to go above and beyond. The company has been a friend of the family for years.
It's easy to miss the driveway tho so keep a sharp eye out!
I scheduled my pick up for a flat tire the day before and the driver arrived right on time. He was pleasant, efficient, and professional. When we pulled up it was clear they had a good relationship with my tire shop. Needing a tow isn’t something you can plan on, but knowing you have someone reliable to call in the event that you do is a comfort.
Great service. I was in need of their assistance in moving some vehicles to another location. BC towing was to the location in less than 2 hours. Three trips were needed to complete the move and they worked until late into the evening to finish the move. Drivers were extremely kind and helpful. Communication was fantastic. Price was very reasonable and less than I had expected. Thank you for your assistance.
The two men were great they were there in a timely manner. They made me feel safe and comfortable. I enjoyed there conversation and knowledge of automobiles. Matthew was great at his employment as well as the other gentleman. Thank you very much for your help.

Towing to help me get into this very same car of mine... anytime I've gotten locked out; they are always so prompt. their prices stayed the same which is the very best in town and the surrounding areas. They're always so polite,¹ so prompt and if my battery happened to have died during the hours that my car was locked out of me I have gotten a free jump! Not to mention always always receive a smile and just such a happy attitude, which I highly appreciate since that actually happens to be extremely contagious and turns around my attitude that may have otherwise been a shitty day. B.C. Towing was great! Received text messages when they were on the way and arrived. The tow driver was prompt, polite and explained what they would do and what I needed to do. Very fast and courteous. Original bringing me a tire iron to help me after a blown tire. Needed a tow instead and got me home safe with my 2 year old. Thanks guys. I got another ford f250 I need towed I’ll call again soon.
Bc towing I would recommend. The guy was really friendly and helpful. I called a different tow company at first and the operator said he could not get me out of the parking lot I was stuck in because he didn't have enough room to tow me. Then BC came out and said that wasn't a problem at all and pulled me out just fine. They know what they are doing and very experienced and friendly.

Great experience. In town (Salem) towing service (4 miles one way) for a standard sedan vehicle that wouldn't turn on. Paid $125 total. Tow truck driver did a great job (efficient, friendly and professional). Card or cash payment after job was completed. I paid in cash.
I called in an emergency situation stuck on the Sandy M Highway and I used my phone to find the nearest tow company and it came at BC towing. The initial receptionist was terrific! She said she had a driver in sublimity and that would be closer than anybody else and they could be there in an hour and they were there in about an hour and 20 minutes rescue us and got us to the Ford dealership and everybody was home safe in their beds by 9 PM. I would definitely recommend BC towing. They were easy to work with and very professional.
Amazing customer service Johnny Walker was very efficient took care of my car made sure I was safe and stuck around to help me at the automotive shop and I would definitely use their service again. They were quick, efficient, thoughtful, and very courteous.
Man, Jason is the guy! On time! Hooked up quick. And nothing but great conversations on the way to drop it off. Highly recommend BC towing and Jason. Good job guys keep it up!

Peter and Nicole are ALWAYS 100% polite, professional and knowledgeable. Nicole brings the joy to the phone call when this really isn't a call you wanna make (who wants a tow) but she makes it the best tow experience possible, then here comes Peter with his amazing smile and positive attitude. Even tho your car isn't in top shape you know it's in top care being in his custody enroute to the shop as he takes time to ensure your Vehicle is secure and safe.
I have used them several times for my specialty vehicles IE lifted/lowered simply because of their professionalism and attention to detail.
I'm sure the remainder of this team is just as positive as these two are, I just have yet to have had the please of meeting their acquaintance.
Worst experience dealing with a tow company EVER. I will NEVER use this outfit again. They did not disclose important information and my vehicle was left with the drive-line disconnected.

The tow truck arrived quickly and their staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I was taken promptly to my drop off site where my tire could be replaced. Awesome service! They made a bummer situation that much better.
I have had 2 classic cars that I needed moved and both times B.C. towing operators have been great. They took all the precautions to make sure my cars were moved safely and secured. I would highly recommend them any time you need a vehicle moved!
