Yesterday on my way back home to Canada, I had the unfortunate experience of my tire blowing out on the I.5 . Not being familiar with this area I googled and contacted B.C Towing. The dispatcher was very pleasant and helpful. The flat deck arrived in a timely manner and within 25 we were on our way to tire store. I really appreciated the flatbed driver for his concern for our safety and getting us on our way . This went from a very stressful experience to a very positive experience. Thank you once again

We have been towed before I'm sorry to say, but being towed by B.C. Towing just about makes being towed not quite so bad! Our semi broke down on I-5 due to a small issue, but the trooper suggested B.C. Towing as she couldn't get up to speed. We called and were greeted by a very nice lady who helped us immediately by directing us to Brett. He was great, friendly and polite, answering all our questions too. Long story short both he and Josh showed up, each in his own truck ( one for tractor,one trailer). Josh was just fantastic, hooked up our truck in no time while Brett was hooking to our trailer. They 100% took care of our semi truck which relieved some of the stressed of being towed. The main thing was, they are absolute professionals and know their jobs. The other thing, is they are both great guys. 19 miles we were towed, my German Shepherd Dog and I rode with Josh in a gorgeous Peterbilt and my husband with Brett in a monster Kenworth 880. You'd think the situation would be dismal getting towed and all, but it was delightful talking with Josh about all things trucking and we laughed almost the whole way! I found out my husband had the same experience. That being said, from a professional driver's perspective if you must get towed in the Northern I5 corridor in Oregon you won't find a better, more professional and more knowledgeable company than B.C. Towing, especially Josh and Brett. Great Job Y'all!!

No one ever wants to get stuck and have their RV towed, but unfortunately that happened to us on our way to the Oregon Coast. BC towing came to our rescue in a timely and efficient manner. Our driver Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable and kept us and our dog totally entertained on the drive to the shop in Springfield. Such a nice guy. Thanks BC Towing and Jason. (And sorry about the dog hair in your truck)

Getting a tow on a Friday afternoon with two passengers and a 116 lb dog going from South Salem to Springfield. I thought would be a near impossible task. Nicole found a truck to accommodate us all in record time. Peter, our tow truck driver was extremely friendly and helpful. He was kind, skilled and patient and all three of us felt safe. What a great experience from a not so terrific situation. Highly recommend them.

We have used BC Towing a couple times before this event and have always been pleased. Tonight our driver provided quick response time. He safely handled our vehicle and parked it in our driveway exactly how we wanted it. We will use them again for sure in the future, should the situation arise.

The knowledgeable tow truck driver showed up promptly and got my minivan hooked up and going to my mechanic very quickly. I am very satisfied with his service. The only reason I did not give him a rating of 5 was because he had a really bad attitude towards the vehicles going by us on the road as he was hooking up my van and he really cussed them out. Very polite and knowledgeable gentleman who throughout our entire interaction was professional and very efficient ensuring the safety of my vehicle as he loaded her onto the flatbed. Had an awesome experience with this towing service absolutely wonderful I was told by State Farm to seek outside source of towing even though I pay for roadside assistance because they didn't have someone in their network to help me it was after work about 6 o'clock they left me stranded and this company got my truck home. Not knowing that they just built State Farm so I didn't have to pay a penny, Absolutely wonderful company. Service was excellent. I really recommend them.

Seriously the best, most polite and quickest service in our area. I always call them first and I’ve never been disappointed! I didn’t catch the gentleman‘s name that helped me today but he was amazing and took time to figure out how to get the spare from under my Dodge van (so strange). He worked quickly in the pouring rain and I’m very impressed with this company. He even took the extra step to wipe off my wet seat with towels!!

I had a surprise flat tire and BC Towing was sent by my insurance. I’m really glad they sent them because they were super friendly! My tow truck driver was super friendly (which was nice given how stressful my morning had become!) and explained what he was going to do. If I ever have another car issue requiring a tow truck, I’ll definitely want B.C. Towing to handle it!

***B.C. Towing locked my keys inside the vehicle without my asking and then charged me to remove them*** Took my Jeep back from an auto mechanic shop because I decided to do the diagnosed work myself. No big deal, called B.C. Towing. They picked it up and brought it to my apartment complex. I instructed them to leave the keys inside, and they even gave me a call letting me know they hold no liability for the keys being inside in case something is stolen. Fine! Vehicle was empty and the battery inside didn't work. I get back to the vehicle and find that per my instructions the keys were left in the glovebox. But *not* per my instructions, the tow driver had manually locked all of the doors before leaving. I have no other keys, so I had to call B.C. towing to get them to unlock the vehicle, which they did while refusing any kind of reimbursement. The driver who got the keys out was quite kind and supported my frustration towards the issue, but I'm still out $75 for a problem that B.C. towing created. So, beware with your instructions is all I can say. Wish I could say better things.

Wow. I am rarely impressed these days, but B.C. Towing did. I needed a tow and the repair shop closed at 6. It was 4:30. The gal that answered the phone was all business, asked pertinent questions, and confirmed that they could meet the deadline. They were there within a few minutes and were efficient, polite and confident. Yep, I am impressed.

My MIL passed away, leaving a vehicle behind which we could not locate the keys for. AAA would not tow it since we were not registered owners. We were in a time crunch to get it moved. Death certificate and proof that she owned the vehicle was good enough for BC Towing to come in and help us out. They got it moved quickly and efficiently. The tow truck driver was compassionate when he dropped it off and seemed like a legit nice guy. In a world full of shady people, having exchanges with individuals like the tow truck driver are truly a breath of fresh air. BC towing FAR exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again personally if ever needed.
