Within a short time I got a call back and had a very pleasant and helpful conversation ordered my part and it arrived in Central Oregon at my place the very next day. After a slight altercation in the dunes our DPS failed. Shopped around for a replacement but found that they are very expensive. OUP had us covered with a good used unit. We are very pleased with the service and prices.

I cannot express my gratitude for this company enough, especially the owner. I was replacing my dash panels on a brand new SXS and busted the digital display mount. I posted on a Facebook page specific to my machine and Dana immediately responded. This was around 11pm EST but 8pm Pacific. He had the part and the very next day, before the sun was up, he had the part I needed in the mail and on its way to me.
Because of this, this company has rightfully earned my future business, exclusively.
