I called All-Rite when I was in a bind the other night on the way home from work my power steering pulley just blew up on my truck. Well, they came out to give me a tow in less than 10 minutes and brought my truck straight to my mechanic. They know the area, they know mechanics, they know towing. I got the feeling they've been doing this a long time and was sure I was in great hands. I definitely recommend and won't hesitate to call again.

Showed up about 20 mins after I called my Provider. Driver assessed my situation, we had a good laugh. He backed into the back yard and hooked up my truck and pulled it out of a mud hole. Friendly & Quick Response.
Although AARP indicated that it would be at least 90 minutes for the driver to arrive, he was there in 15. Started my car and we were on our way in 20 minutes. Thank you for your quick arrival and prompt solution to my issue. If I ever need service again I hope it’s your company. Very impressed!
I needed a tow due to a vehicle failure. Allright was expedient and very courteous, they even had a mechanic look at the issue. They allowed me to wait indoors for my ride and charge my phone. Very good people. If you require a tow anyway around Albany you can't get a better choice
This morning, Robert from All-Rite helped our van get out of a stuck/precarious spot on our steep(er) driveway due to a bonehead move I made during the icy weather. We didn't need a full tow service but it was his willingness and creativity for a solution with their flatbed that got us back up and running. Robert was positive and service driven the whole way through even though it was a bit of a unconventional "tow". Thank you Robert and All-Rite. I will definitely use again.
Well that happened. And All-Rite was there to help! I didn’t catch the drivers name, because my head was exploding. But I am very thankful they dispatched who they did and appreciate that he popped into the dealership office after unloading my truck to see if I needed any help.
My car broke down and I was waiting for my insurance companies roadside assistance to come tow me for a long while. I called All-Rite Towing and they said it'd be about 45 minutes to get to me and $160 for a tow home. Within 25 minutes, Michael showed up with a smile on and hooked me up quickly and I ended up paying only $142! I love that they under-promised and over-delivered, instead of the other way around, especially during some people's really bad days. Michael was very friendly, very personable, and made the whole experience better from the second he arrived. Thank you All-Rite, and tell Michael he was excellent!

The driver could have taken our money and towed us but he saw the problem and we were able to fix it. I felt bad but was so thankful. Decent people on a day I truly needed it.
I was driving down a wet gravely road I'd never driven before and ended up in a ditch. When looking for towing places I picked this company because it has the highest rated with the most ratings, and I'm so grateful that I chose it. The tech was to me within the given ETA, the price was reasonable, and the tech quickly got my car out and had me back on the road. Thank you guys so much for literally helping me out.

I called All Right Towing because my Jeep broke down and they were there to tow me in less then 30 mins and offered me a ride but I had one. The guy waited until my ride showed up and was so friendly! I highly recommend All Right Towing. They took care of me better then I could ask for!!
I spent most of a day broken down waiting for my roadside assistance to connect me with a towing company, got frustrated, and started calling around myself. These guys picked me up within 40 minutes and had the right equipment to haul my one-ton truck. Fast, professional, and effective, plus a veteran discount!

USAA insurance referred me to them for an accident, and they were prompt (picked up within an hour) and responsive. I had to call twice, once to update my pickup location and once to update the drop off - which was after they had already picked up the car - and they edited everything with absolutely no problems. Would definitely recommend their service!
Over charged for quoted towing price and said they cut me a deal. Did repairs without consent, put a stripped lug nut back on my tire and over tightened the rest. Appears professional with poor communication and poor mechanical work. I'd recommend to NOT go here!

Josh was very sweet and friendly. He helped me jump my boyfriends car and as he was helping me I went to start my own car which also ended up not starting . He helped me get it started.. he also offered stay with my car while my mom followed me in my boyfriends car home so I could then return to get my car. I was very impressed with how he treated us and will use his services from now own. Thank you for being a kind person and brighten up my day :)
Josh the owner has always been very nice and easy to work with. He made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation. My tire went completely flat in an area that didn’t have a shoulder. He arrived quickly and made sure to park behind me to keep me safe from traffic. My tire was switched out in a timely manner and I was able to continue with my errands. I will only use All Rite towing from now on!

My kids locked my keys in my car over the weekend while my headlights were on. Even though it was the evening and on a weekend Josh was happily available to come over and unlock my car. Since the lights were on he also was able to jump start my car while it was in our small garage. Josh was affordable, professional and very kind. Very personable and answered all of my sons questions while he worked. Excellent service and was the hero of the day!
Our car wouldn't start so we called All-Rite to come and tow it to the mechanic. When they got here, the representative took a look at the car and told us we were using a valet key and not the key with the chip in it. I got the right key out and it started right up right away. I was so embarrassed and was willing to pay for their time but they didn't charge us anything. I was so impressed by their kindness and willingness to help out! We've used them many times in the past and they are quick to show up where we need them and are very friendly. We will call All-Rite for all our towing needs in the future.

I had a 32 foot RV stuck up to axle in mud on a precaroius hill-side (and I live in it!).
Had 1 tow company come out and the guy broke his tow truck trying... I was concerned if I was ever going to get it out.
so I tried All-Rite (they quoted $100 cheaper than the other competitor) and they came out right away. They sent not one but two guys who really knew what they were doing. one of them even gave me step-by-step directions while I was behind the wheel of my RV, like when to brake and went to put it in neutral, etc etc. They even put down planks over mud were needed. bottom line is they got it out. on top of it all they were super relaxed and not stressed and professional the whole time like it was no big worry, because I was pretty worried by the time they arrived.

Wish I could give 10 stars. My son went off the road just outside of Corvallis in the early morning; totaled his car, but he walked away. He called All-Rite, who told him to get himself home and not to worry, as they'd pick up the care and clean the area. In subsequent phone calls they were most helpful and understanding. Met us at their facility the next day to get my son's possessions, which gave me a chance to thank them for their professionalism and courtesy. It was my son's first car, so he was very upset that he had wrecked it, but they told him it had done its job in keeping him safe, and that cars can be replaced, but sons cannot. Thanks so much from a grateful father.
