Great set of people working here. I had ordered a wheel for my Volvo and it ended up coming bent. I let them know and without a question they had another sent off and arrived the next week. Really nice not having to jump through loops holes to get another part. Much appreciated, thank you!

I felt better then pick apart, no entry fee & better organized. Very low inventory of gen 2 dodges but every kit is the same regarding this inventory. I think there would be more to offer if they were protected by weather.
Helpful and professional! I called over the phone and got a price quote and when I showed up the next day they remembered who I was and directed me where to go quickly and efficiently. I was in and out in 30 minutes with my parts and they stayed within the quoted price and even threw in some floor mats that I found along the way. Best auto wrecking yard I've been to yet!
Placed order an purchased a clutch peddle assembly online gave it a couple days got the confirmation to pick it up so I drove from Vancouver WA to this Albany OR location to find out they have not pulled it an still have to “test the car” an can’t do it until the next day so I was not very happy at that point, I had earlier asked about a hood on the car and offered $100 bucks for it so he had went ahead and said for there mess up he would do it for $50 bucks so I said ok so be it an drove home an came back 4 days later to pick up the parts an come to be told by the same man that told me $50 that it was added to inventory an he actually needs $250…. This was my first time dealing with this location and probably will be my last… very disappointed !!
I have no complaints, thus the 5- rating. I was a little surprised at the phone tree, & waiting on hold for a human being, but I guess that's the way of the world these days. The rep I got was friendly; I requested a quote for a specific part and she obtained it quickly (the quote was $11.00 cheaper than what I paid thru my mechanic; so again, no complaints).
Alex and the crew were absolutely great to work with. They were helpful, hospitable and offered great prices on parts. They are my absolute go-to and I travel an hour just to do business with them. Highly recommend

Love whenever i need somthing it pretty reliable to come here also if theu have the car in the uard ypu can save lots by pulling it out ypur self. 600$ back glass for a ranger was 115 from thees guys if that tells ya anything
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS!!! Bought a used engine with warranty that was supposed to be tested and good. After spending several thousands to have the shop put it in just to find out it was a bad engine with 10+ permanent codes indicating several components disfunctioning. Now I'm stuck with 2 bad engines!! When confronted they basically told me they could do nothing unless I pay another grand to get the engine out and pay transportation costs to bring it back to them. That's a loss of $4000 just for putting my trust into them! More than twice the engine's cost. I'll make sure neither me nor any of my employees(600+) never gets nowhere near this business again!!
