I went on a weekend hoping to see some art work from Spinning Sands. It was rainy and the tide had already washed away her work. However, I still enjoyed the area. Clean bathroom, cozy sitting area for over looking seal rock, and free parking.

This is a great spot to walk the tidal pools. My wife and I spent a few hours here on a beautiful winter day with our toddlers. The kids had a blast looking at anemone, crab, fish, and seals. The seals were on their rock! Beautiful spot to play with my old digital SLR camera. There was even a group of people working on a huge "Happy New Year" sand drawing! Don't forget your Oregon State Parks day or annual parking pass

To who ever left Jesus all over the part i think I found them all left all but one. Moved one to a pet memorial. I sure had fun and laughs. Espically after finding 2 more it was like a scavenger hunt. My fiancee was in the bathroom when I yelled to him I found Jeasus. Then we met this cool guy with a pig and a dog forgot the names of them they sure were cool names.

I absolutely love this place now. Beautiful deep tidepools with plenty of marine life. Ramp is steep, but worth the climb.

I didn’t make it down to the beach but the viewpoints alone were breathtaking and are accessible by ramps. I found the interpretive signs very engaging. The parking lot had ample space. The restroom was large but quite dirty and I encountered many spiders. I don’t mind spiders though.

Amazing beautiful beach. We were here at highly tide, so no tide pools, but the waves crashing on the rock were spectacular!

10/10 highly recommend! This is such a beautiful and surreal place. We loved and enjoyed every second at this park.

The tide pools were absolutely amazing and we counted 6 harbor seals that we enjoyed watching for a bit. It was a favorite and worthwhile stop along the Oregon coast. The tide came in rapidly, so be aware! We noticed the change just in time to start heading back to shore without getting too wet, but it caught others off guard too, so do be aware. Restrooms are available.

Beautiful! Especially after a huge storm. Make sure to pay attention to the low vs high tide and go out when it's going out to low tide, otherwise you will get stuck and swept out. Very dangerous to go out not knowing the tide.

Beautiful area kept almost completely in its natural state. It's a steep walk down to the beach and back up but it's doable for most people. ***If you go down onto the beach, you MUST pay attention to the time of the tides. Go down on low tide as high tide brings the ocean water and waves all the way up to the sea cliff walls!***

A beautiful beach, with easily viewable and more accessible tide pools (only if still relatively fit, but a good option if you have small children). This is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve been to in Central Oregon and would recommend it to anyone in the area.

This is a must see. Beautiful beach and incredible views. If you want easier acess go to the pull out just down the road from the state park entrance. It has a shorter path to reach the beach.

This is a park with a small but beautiful picnic area. There is plenty of parking, a restroom and short trails to the overlook the ocean. What blew me away was the way the thin rock towers stood like a fortress or giant shark teeth. I have never seen anything like it. This park isn't that easy to spot as you are driving, but it's definitely worth the stop!

This place is awesome! There was a couple there who were volunteering for the preservation of this place. They were so informative about all of the organisms that live in the Cove. I visited early in the morning, around 7:45 a.m. when it was low tide. This is the best time to see the ocean life in the small tide pools. I saw sea stars, harbor seals, barnacles, nesting Birds, anemones, and many more organisms. One of the volunteers walked with me and explained how everything coexists in this ecosystem. I was truly impressed and highly recommend stopping to check it out.

5 stars is not enough for the experience we had tide pooling. Check the tables and come at a very low tide. We saw sea stars, sea snails, crabs, fish, anemone, muscles, barnacles, and more. Also we watched harbor seals and a heron for a long time. Lots of sea birds live here—including pelicans and cormorants. 90% of the tide pool excursions I’ve done in my life have been mediocre. The rocks, the surf, and the coast are beautiful here. There are also restrooms, picnic tables, and vistas from the upper part by the parking lot. No RV parking on site, but I parked a bit down the road.

Great beach at low tide. There are lots of beautiful sea creatures to be seen here. We found some small moonstones in the beach gravel around one of the tide pools, nothing special but still cool. Be safe, watch out for the incoming tide, and don't get trapped out on the rocks.

Nice beach. Parking appeared to be free. The bathrooms were nice and stocked with paper towels and soap. The main rock on the beach was huge and great for pictures. There’s a small stream on the beach that would be great for kids to play in. The walk down was easy and has a handrail if you need it.

Great day on the beach at Seal Rock. Very cozy and private. Only a couple of people there. We practically had the entire place to ourselves. Beautiful view. Lots of sandy beach with big rocks right off the shore and of course the big Seal Rock. I would definitely recommend this beach to anyone interested in spending the day on the beautiful Central Oregon coast.

This beach has a good sized parking lot, bathrooms, paved trails that are ADA friendly with a viewing platform as well, benches, picnic tables, and a beautiful beach. This is such a great beach for tide pooling! We were here in a -2 tide, so it was extra phenomenal! I liked that it was sandy around a lot of the tide pools so it isn't slippery for kids or older folks. You can see a lot of cool stuff in a low tide no matter how adventurous you want to be.

Short steps down to absolutely beautiful beach. Enjoy the giant Seal Rock itself, along with many interesting rock formations strewn throughout the beach. Parking was free and bathroom was clean. Highly recommended stopover spot along the Oregon Coast.

Just walk down the path and you’ll see an amazing view-sugarloaf, ridges, and tide pools. I was there at low tide. Great Tidepooling and access to a variety of kelp. Wonderful place to spot sea stars, chitons, mussels, and at higher tides, seals. It’s a bit precarious getting over the rocks at the end of the trail. Parking is fairly limited, but you can park on the shoulder at 101 or across the street at businesses ( just buy something as your parking fee!)

Very picturesque beach with many cool rock formations. If you go during low tide, you can see many tide pools. There is a restroom right next to the parking lot and across the beach parking lot, there is good rating restaurant for people who wants to grab bites after their beach walk or exploring. Will for sure go back again!

This is one of my favorite beaches in Oregon. Its an easy hike down from the parking lot, although really rocky at the last step. The rock is interesting as you can come right up to it and see the birds on top. Great to spend time playing in the sand and waves, and I observed several people taking a nap on the beach.

Seal Rock was absolutely breathtaking! It is a wonderful place to visit with your family. The waves crashing against the rocks make for a scenic view you will never forget. It's a must see! ??❤️

Seal Rock has great pathways that makes it easy to push a wheelchair up to either viewing area. The newest viewing area with a view of Seal Rock is outstanding! The cables used in the construction of the fence allowed my husband to enjoy the view from his wheelchair. For the more fit and adventurous, the hike down to the beach is well worth it. Kids will enjoy the sandy beaches, water and maybe they'll even get to see some seals! This is a must-visit site!

Great place to take photos either from the overlook or the beach. Wonderful tide pools with lots of marine life and access for most. Trails to beach are a little steep and tricky if you have limited mobility. Great for families and kids. Limited parking. Be careful with trying to turn around.

This is an amazing place for people of all ages... but the parking is limited and would be difficult to turn around with a longer vehicle, especially if parking is full. Terrific place for senior citizens or others with limited ability to access the beach, with a fantastic deck to view the ocean, and a paved ADA path to an excellent overlook. The walk to the beach is somewhat steep and rocky, but not very long. Great place for families with children! The rocks prevent waves from being large, so it would be safe for young children. Lots to explore! We were there at a low tide of 3 (which isn't a very low tide) and there was wonderful ride pooling. Clean, well kept bathrooms. Nice picnic areas. No foot washing spigot.

This is an absolutely gorgeous public space. Parking lot with handicap spaces available. Public restroom and trash cans on site. Paved trails will take you to three lookout points. Trails are acceptable for strollers, but may be difficult for wheelchairs. Picnic tables available tucked into the trees down the trails. The first half of the trail down to the actual beach is paved but very steep and drops off suddenly to a rocky, sandy trail the rest of the way to the beach. Not stroller or wheelchair friendly. Check the tide before heading down. Low tide reveals many beautiful tide pools and fun discovery opportunities. High tide leaves little sandy beach access. Gorgeous views from all access points. A great place to enjoy the beach without the wind.

Lovely beach, tide pools and birds nesting on the rocks. Clean bathrooms, but small parking lot and the walk down to the beach would not be good for people with mobility issues. It is a really beautiful spot with breathtaking views. My three year old could have stayed all day. If you have the time this stop is worth it if even for a short leg stretch.
