Best price in the area, friendly driver quick service delivered my truck to the dealership in Mcminnville for repairs, I'd use them again.

I called just a couple minutes ago about my car door not unlocking and had called multiple roadside services before that that couldn’t help me and the guy I called told me in about one minute what to do to fix my car. He clearly has the best interest of his customers in mind because he decided to help me instead of making a quick buck towing me home to wait till Monday when the dealership mechanics could help me.

Wouldn’t use anyone else in town! They’ve towed my vehicle on multiple occasions and even unlocked my car for me. If you need someone quick and reasonably priced for a tow this is who I’d call!

They were fast and incredibly helpful. Even though I wasn't from around there, they treated me as if I was a local and as family. If I ever spin my car into a ditch again, I know exactly who I'd call. The guy worked wonders and limited what damages I already caused.

I was stuck in the mud 20 some mins away from the beach because for some reason around 845am highway 20 went from 40° to 30° freezing with black ice lol caused me to slide offroad 1-01-23 but the towing service was a smooth assist! Got my camry out with some good mud stains to show off lol

I had to use these guys on 4 sepperate occasions. Each time they not only were courteous, but prompt, efficient and friendly. The first time was late 2015 for a broken timing belt on my Contour to be towed to my home, second was to the shop for the same car. The third time was mid 2019 for a Nissan Xterra in tank fuel pump to the shop. The fourth time recently due to the ice storm needing my VW pulled from the side of the road in mud. Each time they arrived within 20 minutes and had me to my destination. I can't state how much stress relief this in itself is when facing these challenges and I can't thank them enough!

Lincoln City Towing is the best towing company in town. The only towing service I will ever use. Phil, the owner is very friendly and service oriented, and Mike the tow truck driver is also, friendly, experienced, and gives great service as well. My mail car stalled on me at the end of my route. Called AAA and the nearest driver was coming out of Lincoln City to Independence. I broke down just outside of Dallas. My beau and I had the pleasure of meeting (Vegas) Mike. He was very knowledgeable and prompt in assistance. Thanks Mike and Lincoln City Towing for all your hard work!

Our battery was to dead and couldn't be jumped by the tow truck driver so he drove me to the nearest auto parts store to buy a battery. After loaning some tools to me the new battery started the car with ease. Thanks for the assistance Lincoln City Towing. :-)

Called them when we had car issues on a Saturday night. We are from out of the area. The woman who answered their phones was rude and unhelpful. They refused to tow our vehicle for no reason other than laziness! So sorry our car didn't have issues Monday-Friday from 8-5 since apparently that is the only time they will tow!

Mike their operator is a very confident person on time and does it very nice job as with the rest of the people at Lincoln City towing they're great

We locked ourselves out of our truck, with the keys inside the locked canopy. It was Sunday morning on the day we were leaving the beachfront motel we had been staying at. We called a locksmith, with 24 emergency service, who wanted to charge us a fortune to send someone out to help us. Rather than bust a window to get our keys, we searched Google and found Lincoln City Towing. They showed up even earlier than the 45-60 minutes they quoted us. We are very grateful to the owner and his son who were able to unlock our truck and pick the lock on our canopy in just a few minutes. They could have charged us a hefty fee for their time and trouble, but their price was extremely reasonable. They were very nice, professional and knew what they were doing. We were able to leave on time with nothing broken. We felt very lucky to have met them and whole-heartedly recommend Lincoln City Towing if you are in need of any of their services.

Driver and dispatch were excellent to get me out of a jam on hwy 18 on holiday Friday. Communication was all by phone and he delivered my Honda CRV to my requested mechanic without problems. Payment for tow was very reasonable and over the phone.

The owner expressed great care in assuring that he meet expectations not only for his employees but for local customers and even out of towners that have had their car towed for any reason. He's a reasonable and fair individual. A blessing to our community! Thanks you very much!

My sixteen years old daughter was rear ended, car totalled and brought to Lincoln City Towing. We were met by Will super great guy, very friendly band helpful and someone that is completely passionate about others.

Justin with Lincoln City Towing was my hero today. Coming out of the post office and on my way to my retirement volunteer job at the aquarium, my disarm alarm clicker didn’t work. Opening the car manually set it off and I couldn’t stop the loud alarm. Some people tried to help, finally, one disconnected the battery—which meant I wasn’t ‘disturbing the peace’ anymore and it was quiet enough for me to call AAA. My call to AAA brought Justin to the rescue. He tried fixing it to ‘keep me from paying for repairs’ and then towed my car to my servicer. He gave me a ride there AND a ride home (since his next job was on the way), saving me the cost of an Uber. He was sympathetic, handled my car with care and we had a wonderful conversation about living here in Oregon and our families. Justin and those who tried to help me, relieved my stress and affirmed my belief that people are basically good at heart.

Wish I could give NO stars. The guy was 100% rude. First I called for at tow at 11:30am they said 45min to an hour. I called them at 12:30 they told me the truck driver was changing a tire and should be about 30 more mins okay fine he finally got to me at 1:30pm and didn't get to the auto shop till after 3 mind you I was 3 and half miles for where I needed my car taken. Don't go to them

Found myself locked out of my vehicle, and in no time they had a friendly driver to me to get me back in. When we discovered that the keys were totally lost, the driver (J odell) went above and beyond to locate a locksmith open late at night and on the weekends. Very impressed with the service, highly recommended.

I got in an accident involving black ice around 6 am on a frosty december day. Justin with lincoln city towing showed up in only 15 minutes of my call! He was very professional and asked if everything was ok. He even offered to take me to the hospital to get checked out! Lincoln city towing really went above and beyond his job requirements to make sure I was alright! I got towed home and even got a bottle of water out of the whole deal! I felt really good about the whole experience!

I had to have my car towed today, I called my Triple AAA..They said Lincoln City Towing would meet me at Mcay's in 60 minutes, I got to Mcay's about 30 minutes later and Justin Odell from Lincoln City Towing was already there, He was so nice and totally made my experience way better than I thought it would be. I have used Lincoln City Towing in the past and they have always been so professional, prompt, and friendly. I recommend Lincoln City Towing and i will use them again if ever needed.

I was in a situation where my vehicle with all the tools of my trade were in it when it was towed as well as medications as I am diabetic, personal belongings etc. And was in able to get back to the coast for 29 days ! Had Willy, the owner, not been the man he is. I'd have lost everything! I just today, got everything back ! Vehicle and all, for next to nothing ! What a great company, owner, dispatchers etc. Hands down the best ! Call them first is all I have to say, If you want to be treated fairly with respect and compassion

Excellent service after a scary family accident. Willie came in quickly to let us retrieve our car, and showed not only kindness, but really helped out. I didn’t expect service like this could make such a difference, but when dealing with the stress of a wreck, the wonderful care he showed us was extremely needed. I’m so impressed with the service we received!

Excellent customer service!! Keith went out of his way to save us money and make us comfortable after our accident--from calling the police on his way by (to another tow), to suggesting cost-saving options, calling a cab, and providing water and company while we waited. Super friendly, super thoughtful! Made our scary incident so much better!

I was visiting the area with a friend and my Toyota Rav4 got stuck, we called for help. The lady on the phone was nice and sweet. They pulled my car out in no time and there was no damage to my car. The guy was awesome! I would highly recommend them to anyone in a bind. -Michael Connolly

Lincoln City Towing was great! Sam was our driver that helped us out. He was very nice and professional. They came when they said they would and really helped us out with towing my vehicle when it wouldn't start and fixing my tire when it became flat. I will only do my business with them here in town because they showed us the compassion and commitment we were looking for. It wasn't like they were just a towing company; the service they provided was like they were our friend giving us a helping hand when we needed it the most. Willy up at Lincoln City Towing is a great example of an owner/operator. He does great work and got the job done quickly, I had a tire blow out on me and Lincoln City Towing was the first to help. After a tire blew out on my truck he was able to get me over to a tire shop and I did not have my key for my lug nuts and neither did the shop, he called one of his other drivers to pick up his set and bring them over to the tire shop. He used the proper tow points on my truck too, to get me over there. Ive seen other companies hook on to whatever they want to, they do it RIGHT and they do it SAFE. Thank you again.
