Donyai (hope i spelled that correctly) did an anxious job helping find and install new wiper blades on my mini. So nice to have a local shop that is so friendly and great at what they do!
Donyae’s staff (Shawn) took care of the headlights in my car and my Moms truck. Shawn/Sean spent more time on my car than any other Auto part employee has in my 54 years.
I think sometime people get over looked for the hard work they provide. In the case I will absolutely only shop at their business. Our small town in Veneta Oregon is blessed to have an Auto Parts as community based as these men and women are.

Dont shop here. Wasted my time drove 40 miles to return a damged part then drove back next day to get another one then never showed then gave me a gift card and didnt return my money.
Came in looking for a battery for my dirt bike, other places i had called and tried to confirm certain features such as screw sizes for small connectors, to be met with the wrong screw size. After calling here they had me bring in the battery, and was able to find a more than suitable replacement on the shop floor 5 minutes after they inspected my old battery, even explaining what the differences would be in the different brand. Super friendly and casual, multiple other good experiences here this is just the latest.
Oreillys is my choice when it comes to anything automotive that I need. What I like most about Oreillys is that they dont just supply products for cars. They also supply the parts I need for my tractors, exavators, and they also supply common parts for my motorcycle.
I was just in the Veneta, OR Location and want to use a Visa gift card and the employee told me that they do not accept gift cards. So I googled it and found this

Really disappointed in Veneta oriellys today. I frequently buy parts there for work and personal and that ended today. They had no power and wouldn't sell wipers on a company account for a company vehicle with company logos that was parked at the front doors.
These folks are awesome. I went in on a rainy Saturday morning to get new windshield wipers (Hertz Used Cars had sold me a car with old wipers that were the wrong size). I was helped promptly & cheerfully by a gentleman who found the correct wipers, offered 2 choices, told me why he recommended the less expensive one, & installed the wipers for me--for free. (I tipped for the excellent service.) couldn't have asked for more!
Good customer service and always there to help you with what ever you need I love going here to get parts yes I know I could get them online but if I need somthing fast or just don't want to wait they usually have most stuff in stock
Parts are always available next day if not right away, love that. But Alec the younger employee has been very rude and curt with me last 2 times I've been there. Maybe because I'm a woman?
Patrick and Mindy are awesome, I came in with a dying battery and not only did these guys set me up with a great deal, they also installed the battery quickly, and showed nothing but the utmost professional courtesy. If you need car parts and are in or around Veneta, definitely ask for Patrick and Mindy when shopping here.
OMG!!!! Had the best experience at this Oriely’s. Was passing through and needed new windshield wipers so I swung in. Super convenient location btw! Anyway, Tedd, the manager as it turns out, helped me out. I asked him if he would help me install them and/or show me how it’s done on my rig. He came out, even tho it was busy, took the time to show me how it was done and installed all 3 (2 front, 1 rear) without hesitation. I’m from Florence but I would totally go out of my way to go see Tedd again! Thanks Tedd!!!! Much appreciation!!! 🙏
Amazed with how quick I got my radiator through them, got it within an hour shipped from Salem. Got it put it my car and my car running again within 3 hours. Definitely pleased with their service.

We have been getting our parts here for years and last tuesday my son called for some parts for me and was told the price but i would have to order the starter so he called me and told me the price then i called to order the parts and was told the exact same price but when i picked up my parts it was 38 more dollars i told him that it was suppose to be the price i was told and he said well thats what it rings up then tells me he was the one who i talked to. So im out extra money i didnt have to spend because i had to have that part but i will not get my parts there anymore 38 dollars might not sound like much but when you have to budget your money its alot
