Abe was my driver from Eugene to Salem. He showed up, and despite my " friend," making it more difficult, he helped me push my truck out of a tight space through less than ideal terrain.
He never complained, but was eager to assist, and the ride went by pretty quick. There was no awkwardness during the ride and conversation was easy.

They were able to sense that where we had broke down was dangerous so he made sure to get us out quickly. So I'm going to be blunt here. Past the bridge about 1/8 mile on 126 west outside of Eugene before Fisher road, tow truck driver driving a boom truck stopped and asked if the guy had full coverage citing that he would have to close the road to pull him out of the ditch. Well for one, there was a small pull out not even 15 feet from the person in the ditch, for two, the tow truck driver didn't even need to close the road to pull the guy out. All that tow truck driver was concerned about was finding a quick way to make a buck. My husband and I did it without closing the road for more than 5 minutes (I drive a 2003 dodge durango awd) and I didn't ask for payment of any kind.
Don't use this company.
Well it's the third time getting a car towed by this company..this time it was my husband's "project" car that his father drove from Eugene to Springfield and it broke a belt . We had the best experience and a great price! The tow truck driver was Jesse. The gentleman works nights and let me tell you, the service, the timing, the respect and the laughs he shared.. HANDS DOWN best driver we have ever had an encounter with ! This man needs to be talked about or even a raise . Thank you Jesse my husband and I really appreciated your help tonight! Not sure if the spelling of his name is correct but when you need a late night tow he's the man to call!
Me and my partner had a flat on the side of the road late at night. After struggling with the flat for over an hour DJ happened to drive by and stopped next to us to make sure we were okay. He helped us out, offered his advice and helped us until we were back on the road. 10/10 service from dj, he went above and beyond. Will recommend to any friends and family.
After a week that didn't go so great, I blew a tire 2 hours away from home.

Very courteous and prompt very helpful 5 stars to my friends at Roger's towing and thank you for unlocking my truck. I have been in Veneta for 24 years now and they are far and above the best towing company out here.
DO NOT use this company. They picked up my BMW from my house and told me they would drop off my car at the shop. The driver named Jesse dropped my car off on the road, Did not contact the shop or me. He left the keys in the ignition and the doors unlocked. I got a phone call from the shop 2 days later saying they found my car in the street dead and ran through. My mechanic sent pictures to the manager. When i called the company the Manager said "Well what do you want me to do about it?" . He eventually agreed with me and offered a refund. It has now been 2 months and they are avoiding paying me the refund. At this point i dont want the money. I want everyone in Eugene to know not to use them. Oh and Rogers you guys will be hearing from my lawyer.
DJ helped me tow when my car overheated and smoked. I expected to wait an hour or more after calling AAA, but he was the fastest response time I have had, within 15 minutes from call. He was efficient and effective when loading and unloading my vehicle and had a great attitude the entire experience. He was fun to chat with on the way too. I hope to see him and Roger's towing next time I need to call.
We got stuck in a ditch on a one-lane county road between Florence and Veneta when we pulled to the side for an oncoming vehicle. We called Rogers and they sent someone out right away. The driver and his helper were friendly and courteous and they were able to get us out of the ditch without damaging the car. The price ended up being less than we expected, given how far out we were. Recommended!
Excellent service. They saved the day! Rescued a load!
We had a long haul truck driver come out of Canada with little experience to deliver farm equipment. The delivery driver almost flipped our load into a ditch after being a day late. I called Rogers towing and they came to the rescue. Load recovered with no damage.
Their team was phenomenal and professional. They blocked off the road and assisted us with unloading the load safely from the truck.
Lessons of the day. Do not hire unexperienced truck drivers and if you do, Rogers will help save the day.

YOSHI from Rodgers Towing absolutely amazing person!!! He took care of our classic car very nice and make sure everything is extra safe and won’t be any damage to our vehicle. Price was reasonable for long towing. Had a great time ride with him to our destination. He showed up with awesome attitude that we feel so comfortable and lucky to receive the service through AAA. I recently had my GR86 break down and Yoshi came out and did an amazing job getting loaded up. The car is low to the ground and he made sure to not scratch the wheels or paint. I highly recommend!

After amazing response by John, of Rogers Towing, Veneta, and assessing the possible damage that could be caused by removal, he called DJ for backup. They found an easier way to free a car on top of a large rock driveway border. Effort showed concern for the vehicle, and after extra personal efforts to jack up the car removing huge rocks, we were able to literally drive the vehicle to freedom. You guys did amazing work and showed concern for a very frustrated driver. Thank you and we will call you again the next time we need a tow or to move an unmovable vehicle.
The driver went above and beyond to help me when he seen me broke down on the side of the road. He could have charged me $50 to tow me home but I didn't have any money besides $20 dollars to my name and he towed it home for free for me. I will recommend them as a towing company to people now
Rogers Towing came and helped my friends and I who were stranded on the highway heading out to Florence when our car broke down. We called Triple A and they arrived within 10 minutes and loaded my car in no time. Our driver even recommended a great mechanic for us and got us there fast with no hassle. I’m really appreciative of their services!
Was stranded on I-5 for hours. Other tow company canceled my call. Chris from rogers towing not only came out in middle of the night, but safely stored my car until the morning when it could be towed to Washington. Great people, great service, great company. I have had this old, very heavy floor safe for many years and luckily have only had to move it twice. After weeks of stressing out about how I was going to find someone to move it, my neighbor suggested a tow truck. I thought, hmm, I have a friend that knows some guys from Rogers Towing.....this move has been EXTREMELY stressful but thank you Lewis, Joe and Cody, I have one less huge thing to worry about.
