I had a disappointing experience when I called for a quote. The male was rude and condescending, which made the interaction quite uncomfortable. I felt that he wasn’t helpful at all, possibly because he didn’t have the type of towing vehicle I was looking for. It also felt like my gender played a role in how I was treated, which is frustrating. Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Pretty sure they only take cars from the cop shop. idk, the owners are nice but their place looks like it's shut down with a hoard of vehicles in the back with blackberry bushes all over them. It is what it is

We have used Jacks towing for our auto repair business and is always prompt and does a great job. David is very courteous, careful and cautious. No reservations recommending him.
This last weekend my husband and I hit a rock and got it stuck. We were stuck in the road and feared a car was going to hit us. David with Jacks towing was the next car around the corner and was a huge blessing as he was able to get the rock out from under the car. Surprisingly little to no damage was done to the car. Definitely calling them again if needed.

Used these guys once during the pandemic and again recently while I was busy on a job with my car broke down in another lot. I needed a tow and remembered the name from my first experience. Professional over the phone, quick with their methods, and reasonably priced too. Hopefully my car doesn't break on me again, but I would definitely go for Jack's to tow.

Excellent service. Fast response. Got us off the Highway quickly. Also, really helpful with our dog… we did not have a leash so he lent us a rope to use, made sure the rope was tied, and that we held the collar! Thank you! Again, very good experience!

David, the owner of Jack's Towing, came to my rural residence quite a ways outside of the Eugene/Springfield area to tow my 3/4 ton 4X4 pick-up in to Absolute Automotive on Hwy 99 in Eugene for repair. Pleasant, knowledgable and personable, he was at my residence within 45 minutes of the start of my initial call. My broken truck was in a difficult location to access and he went over and beyond to be able to set things up so he could hook up to it. Despite having to deal with all these problems which were not caused by him, he was kind and wonderful to deal with, and used his many years of towing experience to brainstorm solutions to my difficulties. I never write these sort of things, but after this marvelous experience I had to. I can't recommend Jack's Towing highly enough. For absolute sure for now from now on Jack's Towing will be my towing company.
Jack's Towing did a great job towing my vehicle from the accident scene. He helped to explain some of the processes of how the insurance company works with his towing company to deal with the wrecked vehicle. David did a great job!
Needing to have your car towed is annoying, inconvenient and pricey. So if you're going to pay good money to have your car rescued then you want good service, and the service from Jack's is outstanding. David, the owner, is friendly, prompt, courteous and accommodating. Before he had even finished the job I had added him to my contacts. They left me sitting in the rain for hours and told me that my car troubles weren't their problem they would get to me when they could just be patient being rude isn't being professional, I was never rude or showed any kind of aggression in my tone of voice or was never disrespectful will never call this company again I think from now on I'll call Brooks Towing they always so that most respect and are on a fast timely manner to arrive and show a high effort in overachieving the job! #NeedMoreBrooksTowimgAvaulable
I usually don’t put reviews but had an issue with my gs300, where the lower ball joint snapped causing wheel to be at opposite direction as the right wheel .. David knew exactly what it is was and even said he had fabricated a part to lift the left side using the lower control arm instead of pressing my tire to the fender , took good care of my car like if it were his vehicle. It was the first time using his towing company. But most definitely will have him as my permit tow company he even parked it in a parking spot no problem and let me have a block to set my gs300 on instead of the dropping to the cement . I even for some reason locked my keys in my vehicle and he unlocked in less then 60 seconds no charge .. honest hardworking man can’t stress enough how good he handles your car.
Literally the nicest guy! Picked my little truck up within 10 minutes of calling him and very affordable. I wish I could give this man more than 5 stars, he was awesome. Thank you for saving the day!
David the owner (Don't be fooled Jack his dad that used to run the place) is incredibly helpful and kind. I made an appointment to come get the rest of my stuff out of my totaled car, but had to change it at the last minute. He did not get flustered, he just asked what time worked for me the next day.

Picked up and dropped off my dad's car from the muffler shop for us. The tow to the muffler shop was scheduled but the tow back was not. Very friendly and was able to pick the car up from the muffler shop quickly after it wouldn't start. Would recommend!
My tow truck driver David was super fast and professional when he towed my car. After such a stressful day with my broke down car it was comforting to have such great service. I would highly recommend!
