Scott was very rude and not helpful at all .... All I needed was a wheel one wheel and the man couldn't even refer me and he hung up on me when I asked to many questions and I've hurd the same thing from many others who have gone there all in all they are a terrible place id rather drive to Eugene
A bit of a mixed bag on this one.
Frist off got a really good cash out on my broke down vehicle. How ever the sign to office building is really easy to miss, not the most friendly and did not give good Directions back to the office. Overall would recommend It andwould definitely use again
I went to their web page to see the hours they are open, it is Sunday and they will not be open until Tuesday. On the site is a tab where you can ask questions. I submitted my question and told my husband we probably wouldn't hear back until Tuesday as that was the next day they'd be open. But to my surprise within minutes I received a response. They don't have the part I need but I consider the prompt response A 1 customer service.
Wow total rotten attitude had the part but acted like it was a waist of his time at 67 years old gave me attitude about parking to unload tools all you Rhody Cruisers don't use this place.
You were going to pull the Dodge Durango running boards /side steps and I came to pick them up only to find you did not and were not going to so I had to return home and get tools and tarp and light if there was a sign it was not seen by the large truck parked at the office this was the second visit and my opinion about your attitude stands.
