They have a lot of good parts for newer vehicles. But they don't seem to have access to a network that can pull parts in for older vehicles, from other locations.
First time going here and they were amazing! Danielle researched multiple vehicles for us and was incredibly accommodating. We didn't feel rushed even though it was at the end of the day and we had many questions. She was very professional and went above and beyond to get us the prices of several parts. Top notch staff, I would recommend them to everyone I know!
I came into creswell location unsure where I was to actually pick my part up. The guy I ordered from said eugene, but Danielle went above and beyond to help me figure this out. She's very friendly and knowledgeable and I definitely will be back.

The customer service from Josh in Eugene and the two who were working today in Creswell (I wish I would have got their names) was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for me when they did not have to. I recommend them if you need any parts and I will definitely be using them again.
Very nice folks. The stereo we bought ended up having no power, but the other part we ordered fit perfectly. We would probably go back because of the prices.
I showed up near quitting time and they were way understaffed but the guy behind the counter called someone who doesn't normally pull parts to pull my drivers side back door window and then he didn't charge me for pulling it. So I tipped them the $10 it would have cost me and they sincerely tried denying my tip! Nice people. Good customer service.
I won't go back!! Took 20 minutes for her to check computer to tell me where the lights supposedly are. Didn't have the inventory she said they had. When I did find the parts I wanted and take them back to the office they wanted 5 dollars over what I can buy new!!

I've always ordered and had my part sent to me and I've always got good quality used parts. And the ones that help you to order your parts are very friendly and know what they're doing.
I called and spoke with who, I'm not sure? He bumbled his words and when I said Good morning he had no reply. After I said Hello again, he said good morning. He wanted over a $1,000 for a used motor and couldn't tell me how many miles were on the motor.
He said anything over 10 years that they don't record the milage. I said that seems odd, again he replied we don't record milage.
This seems like fraudulent behavior to me. How can you ask that kind of price and not know the milage of the motor u are asking that kind of price for.
I just got a bad vibe, so I won't buy from them and I will worn everyone I know about the hee hawing around about.
The Creswell location went above and beyond to help us find the parts we needed for our van. Going forward, this is the only parts yard I will go to for parts. My experience with their staff was far better than any other parts yard I’ve gone to in the past.
The Creswell location didn't have the part we were looking for, but Cassie jumped on the computer and found it up at the Springfield location! Saved so much money this route rather than ordering online and pay for shipping! Super helpful and we are so grateful to have a convenient location right here in Creswell.

Needed a single tiny clip for my Subaru Baja AC/Heat control cable. They pulled up a sheet with location of possible donor veh marked. I found one with the clip, pulled it off. Went back to the office, they wouldn't charge me anything for the clip! Wow, fantastic place. Will be going back there for future needs.
Gentleman at the front desk was awesome, sold me the part I needed for cheap and an employee took it off for me because I didn't bring the right tools. Great people and the yard has a really simple set up, easy to find what you're looking for! It will be my go to place from now on! Thanks again for your help and hospitality guys!
Called about an axle nut I needed for my Jeep Wrangler with a Dana 35 and Kalvin Scott was super helpful. We showed up and he was awesome to talk to and we got exactly what we needed and more. Awesome prices and nice people, definitely coming back whenever I need spare parts!

I dealt with Cassandra when I had issues with the door handle on my car. It fell off, and we were unable to open the door from the outside. We were also unable to open the door from the inside because the child lock had been activated prior to the handle coming off. Cassandra helped me, not only get the door open but helped me find a handle that would replace the one that broke!! It was a GREAT experience!
Looking for parts for an older car, found them in the yard but they went in the system. Nikki Lewis made sure I could get the parts, gave me a good price for them, and is sending them to closer location for me. Never had an issue with B&R and they conttinue to be my go to wrecking yard.

Locked my keys in my car and broke my quarter glass window trying to wedge my Honda door open. Hind-sight is 20-20. I live in Bend and needed a quarter glass window to replace with asap (with the snow coming in right away).
One of the guys there, 2.5 hours away from me, Nathan heard me and made my need for the window a priority. My struggle to make it across the pass was worth working with these guys. There was communication between their stores making it possible for me to get what I need.

It is rare and refreshing to meet once in a while young people with great attitude, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. I had a great experience every time I drove 60 miles to look for parts at the Creswell location. I dealt with AJ a few times and I was very impressed about his great personality, positive attitude, knowledge and excellent customer service skills. He helped me find all the hard-to-find parts I needed to finish the car project I was working at the time. I fully recommend B & R Auto Wrecking @ Creswell location, and will continue to order all the car parts I will need in the future through Creswell office.
