Vehicle was towed under false pretenses and after learning that the da dropped the charges. I’d like someone to please tell me why such a bussiness who is understanding and humanitarian such an understanding company. And why is it that you have failed to work with us or even attempt to come to some kindness in your hearts. Please tell me why you won’t give us a chance like you have everyone else
I won’t call any other tow company. Swat Wrecking & Towing has always been there when I needed help without hesitation. Swat went all the way to Bend to pick up my car when it broke down and I needed to get it back to Springfield and also came out quickly to change a flat tire when I needed it. Both times I called, they responded immediately. I’m incredibly grateful for Charles and his company’s reliability and dedication.
If I could give 10 stars for these folks, I would. We worked with TJ, who transported our travel trailer from Idaho to Oregon. He stayed in touch with us the entire trip, sent details of where he was on the road, and his attention to detail was exemplary. Leaving an expensive vehicle in the hands of someone you've never met can be a highly stressful event, but TJ made it easy and even pleasurable. He was extremely easy to work with and followed through every step of the way. I just can't say enough about the quality of service we received from this transport company. Wow! Just wow! These guys are absolutely incredible. I could not be more appreciative and amazed at their availability and response! I’m talking serious quality care when dealing with my daughter’s car. I’m talking about the understanding with our situation and phenomenal customer service hands down! We were in a pinch and these guys (Charlie and George) stepped up, honestly when they didn’t have to. My Daughters car after an accident is now back home and we can figure out next steps, but it’s all because these guys were there when nobody was willing to help! Call Charlie and get the best quick towing that anyone can ask for and the best customer care in a tough situation! George was amazing and I couldn’t ask for a better person to talk to and help me get my daughter’s car home! Great Job SWAT! 5 stars for sure!
I was waiting 45+ minutes for a different towing company that was “supposably on their way”. SWAT Towing drove by and saw me, and immediately pulled over to help! He was very kind, and the service was impeccable! 10/10
Our granddaughter was locked inside her mom’s car this evening with the only key. We called SWAT Towing to see if they could help. They made it to us in 12 minutes and had her out in under 5 minutes. Very nice gentleman. When we asked how much we owed he told us he never charges for kids or animals locked inside vehicles. It’s nice to see that there are good people left in this world. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
Thank YOU Charles for being so kind and helpful to us tonight! We were stranded in our RV with a blown tire, in the dark, on the side of I-5, in a place we do not know. . I found SWAT on google and Charles answered the phone right away. He gave us options of a tow or even gave us another tire shop service to call first. When they couldn’t help us, I called SWAT back and he was to us to help within the hour and towed us to the local Les Schwab for the night. He was kind, efficient, helpful with other information and even gave us some good ideas for breakfast the next day. Thank you for making our very stressful situation, seem not so bad on our first day of road trip to Phoenix. If we lived in town - we would definitely call him again for help if we needed it !! Tire blow out in our RV, on the side of I-5, late in the evening and in the middle of nowhere. Charles was a lifesaver. Fast response time. Limped us to Les Schwab. We camped till they opened the next day.
The owner of swat towing is a true humanitarian! I have been living in my RV on the street. One day it died on me in the road and the police was about to take it. I called swat for help. The owner came with his truck and helped me move my RV to safety. I was having the worst night of my life and didn't know what to do or where I could go and only had a few dollars I was about to give up. When I offered him what I had to pay him he said no keep it. Then handed me a 100 dollars. I almost started crying Ihe saved my life that night and I will never forget him thank you so much what a amazing man thank you again so much.and God bless you and your family..
Bobby from SWAT helped me out of a potentially terrible situation with my truck after a tree fell on the cab. He waited patiently for almost an hour while I was on the phone with the insurance company changing plans and he potentially saved me from lost use of my truck for several months. A+ Service!

Coming from a man of faith. Him showing up when he did and at that exact time he did, and that he didn't even ask for anything he just did what needed to be done and now at the time of writing this he has got our very best friend our sister in Faith her car and is fixing it and he even said not to worry about anything, because it's all been taken care of!!!!! Nothing to her ,she just has to wait until it's fixed today and she can come and pick it up!! We pray for people like him, those that wear a cape but you just can't see it with human eyes! They were the best! $50 cheaper than the rest, the guy was on time and one of the nicest guys to deal with. I probably won't call anyone else for a tow! I tried to tip the driver and he refused. I was blown away by their amazing service! Definitely call SWAT if u need a tow! Thanks SWAT u r the best!!!!
I had left a message, and they got back to me in less than 5 minutes. I was able to set up an appointment for the following day, where they were punctual, picking my car up. They had fantastic communication with me through the whole process.
I was stuck on the side of the road at 9pm and used my roadside assistance through Allstate and waited 2.5 hours for them to get back to me and say my tow would be $350 since it’s late hours and not a lot of companies were out at that time. I told them no and called SWAT towing first since they were the first to pop up. I had called another company originally before using my insurance and not to name any other competitors but they told me $300. It was outrageous for a hook and tow for 8miles. So TJ one of the owners (by the way this is ran by husband and wife) and he said it would be $150. I said get over here. He had just gotten home and it was midnight. He wasn’t mad or anything. He was happy to come out at the middle of the night and help! I will forever recommend Swat Towing to anyone. I have seen some of the negative reviews and my experience was nothing like that. TJ showed up in a brand new tow truck wrapped for suicide prevention and that was amazing! THANKS SALWAT TOWING!
The officer that happened upon our collision had the SWAT business card. For a few miles of towing in Eugene/Springfield they are charging $698 and even though our insurance - the reputable State Farm- has started the claim, approved the transfer to the collision shop etc, and will pay the bill this towing company has filed a "Claim of Possessory Lien and Notice of Foreclosure Sale" against us! and claiming to own our car until the bill is paid and saying they are proceeding to sell the vehicle and that storage charges are continuing to accrue (even though they aren't storing the vehicle - it's with the auto body shop). It's worth $46K. They are claiming they 1) own our car, 2) are putting it up for auction unless we pay $948 now or we can pay $3748 at Auction. I'm not sure if this is legal and we'll figure that out. But it's sure as heck insanely RUDE, stressful and unnecessary. State Farm is the guarantor. At this point this business must not trust anyone or know how to just operate in a normal course of business. I've never seen this before. This is not okay, unprofessional and NASTY. It's adding stress to an already stressful situation for NO REASON. If this is a "normal course of business" then SWAT can send a "normal" cover letter that explains that, versus the nasty-gram they sent in the mail.
Amazing service! Our daughter had an unfortunate incident with some potholes on the way to Redmond, rendering our car undriveable. TJ was friendly, helpful, patient, and timely. We highly recommend!
I gave them evidence that the vehicle that was towed did not belong to us but they submitted it to the credit agency for collection anyway without even contacting us. They also charged a incredible amount for the tow. $8500 is insane.
My car that was in the accident had special meaning to me. It was the last car my husband restored. He suffered a brief ill and subsequent death. From the moment the tow driver showed up he was so kind and understanding about my being emotional. He handled the entire situation with the upmost care and respect. Dealing with the owners has been heartwarming. The compassion was something you don’t often see in the towing industry. I would highly recommend this company. They are amazing people. AMAZING SERVICE!! I had the pleasure of working with TJ and his wife after an unfortunate accident in my truck. My insurance provider told me that there were no available tows for me the night of the accident so I had to call friends and family to see if they could recommend any towing companies. A family friend referred us to SWAT towing and I am so thankful they did! They are extremely friendly, helpful, detailed in communication, and they take care of your vehicle like it is their own. I can’t thank them enough and I would highly recommend this company!

Cary, the owner is very unprofessional, she hung up on me after exchange of very rude words. I made it clear I was a minor trying to retrieve my car that was stolen. I was very nice but my tone was stern I never said anything rude and even apologize and made her aware I was just upset, since my car was stolen! I have had others encounters over the phone, when she screamed for calling her private number(the number in the web site). She is just all around unprofessional. Later on I called the police station just to get some answer, when I was informed of a complaint she had made about me! Again I was very kind but stern and even apologized for my stern tone. What a horrible and OVER PRICED business
The owners were kind and respectful. The wife gave me suggestions to help my situation, that brought my car there in the first place. They also offer a program called tipsy drive. For $60 they will take you and your vehicle home or if you choose to stay out later, they will bring your vehicle back to thier tow yard for you to pick up the next day sober. I recommend them for any of your towing needs.

SWAT towing is who my insurance sent to pick up my car after it got wrecked, and the owner TJ was nothing short of professional and understanding. He made it very easy to come out to the holding yard whenever I needed to to empty out my belongings; he and his wife were very easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone.
