They were amazing they had the starter I needed and delivered it directly to me from cottage Grove to Eugene free of charge they were so friendly and helpful I won't go anywhere else when i need parts for my vehicle they were such a blessing when no one else would help me! I got in my first car accident yesterday, and I had no idea where to get my car towed, so the state police officer recommended Taylor’s, and I couldn’t have been happier. After being frightened and traumatized, I was relieved that they came so quickly even though it was a busy day. It was a straightforward process. When I got to the lot, everyone inside was so professional and compassionate. The people who had helped me outside were also very kind. I pray I am never in another accident, but if anything ever happens, I will be calling Taylor’s again! Thank you again.

I have not had many experiences with tow company, but this company is the icing to the cake of my experiences. My broth was involved in a wreck in which resulted of his vehicle being towed from the accident scene because it was not drivable and my brother had to be transported to the hospital. Due to his late release from the hospital, and the fact that my brother lived 3 1/2 hours away, these gentlemen stayed after their working hours, so that my brother could get his belonging out of his vehicle. That is almost in heard of and very generous of these guys to do that. I cannot thank them enough for their kind generosity. Thanks again guys!
