I needed an inoperable vehicle off my property in a hurry. They picked up my wrecked car within hours, I signed the title, and they brought the wheels & tires back that I wanted to keep. I didn't even have to leave the house. I can't recommend them enough if you've got a vehicle you need to get rid of.

Gentlemen came and removed all scrap metal and big metal parts for an industrial production plant,great attitude, great help and most of all very professional. As the three trucks drove out packed with metal we watched them like a parade of trucks hauling away the metal. Thank you one stop! You guys are awesome!
Have parts for most cars just not mine sadly junk yards and dismantlers are always hit and miss tho.... good people lots of stuff no bad review. Just get a 300zx z32 in gosh dangit!!!!!
"We save parts for locals" Thanks for putting parts on the internet you don't want to sell. I didn't even ask them for shipping, was willing to come and pick up. Also said "we don't take cards over the phone" Well I give honest reviews, not impressed!
I Thought about going into this place to ask if they had any vehicles like mine because I need a used part that is likely not made anymore. But when I drove by, there is no designated parking. When I look on Google maps I can see there where parking places at one time. But now they have so much stuff there. I'm afraid, I'm afraid of three potential things, that something is going to fall and damage my vehicle, someone on purpose or carelessly hitting my vehicle or one of your employees or another customer seeing where I am parked and deliberately blocking me in to punish me for parking in a wrong spot. The other wrecking yard across the way has better parking options.
Absolutely fabulous customer service! I needed 2 doors and a bumper for my Chevy Silverado! They are located in Klamath Falls, which is a 2 hour drive for me. I had contacted other salvage yards, only to be told "they didn't know if they had the parts or not, " and that I had to come look for myself. The fellas at One Stop, actually looked to see if they had what I needed and despite my doubts, when I arrived they were there! They have me a great deal on my purchase and even accepted a trade! I will definitely be back!
Went in to recycle some old batteries, he wouldn't tell me how much they were going for, even tho I asked many times. In the end he gave me only .10 cents per lb. Anywhere else would of given me .12 - .22 cents a lb. Don't go to one stop , they WILL rip you off!
Nice to have a yard to pull parts, most of these places are gone due to customers either stealing parts and driving prices up or getting hurt ect ruining it for the rest of us, nice to have guys still parting cars out, keep it up boys, we need you
Tried to buy a part from them. The guy found it at their pick a part yard and directed me there. When I said I needed it shipped because I don't live there he said not a problem and hung up. He was definitely in a hurry to get off the phone and not make a sale.
What is shown on car part is not true, they are part of Pick-A-Part and have absolutely no understanding of what is going on with their parts department
Great place to find your car parts for a decent deals but if your gonna try to get anything there for a 2002 and up WRX or STI your better off hitting eBay up but other than that they have a lot of everything, definitely recommend this place..
Was told my $1400 engine would be here no later then Friday after waiting 3 weeks and one wrong engine later and was told today it would be here Monday because it was dropped off at the wrong location in Eugene and that I couldn't go and pick it up I think they should go pick it and have to me on Saturday not Monday I will never do business here again
If this is your last resort, keep looking...No where on the paperwork for credited returns is notice given that it's only good for 30 days. Can not understand how people like this stay in business.
