I love this place! Kieth is always available to help and they have all the parts I need for my car. They helped me to be able to fix my air conditioning for a decent price instead of having to pay hundreds of dollars for a part. I was able to get the part I needed for $65. I recommend coming here for all of your car and ask for Kieth. He always helps In a timely fashion! Thanks guys
Update---- ended up needing wheel bearings for a replacement car. Keith was super charismatic about helping me get the parts, and gave me what I thought to be a great deal.fast forward 1 week had my mechanic pull out old and put in new.... But unfortunately it was found that wheel bearings on new were just as bad as old ones .....so I had a feeling and read review that these guys were really good guys not at all shafty asses, call Keith on what everyone else seemed a holiday and he happily said he wouldn't have gave me any thing he didn't see as worthy but he would get me another set off and call me when he was done!!! Wow most amazing!!! Sight unseen and happy as hell to help!!! Your a charm Keith!!! Thank you all so freaking much... Much appreciated from a mom of an autistic kid who doesn't get things very easily in life... No having to plead out my heart and wallet... Thank you it so unheard of anymore.....

Recently was in need of a fuel tank for a Dodge Ram 2500 diesel and to my luck none were available locally to me. I considered buying online, but everything was either back ordered or out of my price point. Contacted Indian Creek and they were able to help source a tank for me and have it ready for pick up in a matter of time. The overall customer service was fantastic and easy to work with.
Did their best to help me get the rims I needed. Ended up finding them somewhere else cause it was an emergency situation but I would recommend these guys.
Went into the yard to get a front seat, was able to easily look through the yard and find exactly what I needed. Customer service was fantastic. They had the seat out and ready to be picked up in 1 hour, and at a price I was very happy about.
I didn't get my car fixed here but stopped in because I'd been screwed by another mechanic. Keith and Joe didn't have to help me but they hopped under the car, called their mechanic and did their best to help me with my problem so that I could be on the road. If they had had the part I needed I'm sure they would have helped me with installation. I've rarely met such nice guys. If I am ever in the area again I would not hesitate doing business with Keith and Joe. Thank you!
Keith is an awesome guy to deal with, I have nothing but great things to say about him. He us on point when it comes to going his job. I'd you want an honest person guy and an all around great dude give him a ring.
We were kind of over a barrel recently with an absolutely blown up A/C compressor. So the vehicle sounded like a helicopter with no more A/C. The original estimate I got from my old mechanic, name not worth mentioning ,was 1700 as I was quickly dismissed from the phone as if I was an imposition. So we've been living with it for a month or more.
I remembered Indian Creek from whom I've gotten various obscure parts over the past many years. Thought I'd give em a try once again. They had the part in one day, lets just say affordable. I was gonna try to install it myself. Bad idea! Then they said they have a guy who could put it in. Got the car there in the morning at 10 am. I got a call back before 1 pm. It was already done which blew my mind. The mechanic is apparently a genius who can work on anything and it shows, friendly and easy to talk to. They even gave me two rides while I waited.
The way back to Medford was pure joy; A/C like new and car sounds quiet as ever. I ended up having the entire thing done for about 25% of that ridiculous estimate.
Thanks to my boy Benny and his staff who are all awesome folks. What a hidden gem that place is in a crazy confusing world. Give them a try. You'll not be disappointed. They sure made my day.
Thanks to the crew at Indian creek they went above and beyond to help get me the part I needed immediately to get the wife’s car back up and running not only did they search and insure that the part would fit the make and model but saved me the headache of dealing with the dealer who had less knowledge go figure…and did not help near as much as Indian creek! Do yourself a favor if they got it they will take care of you not only for the best price in town but there customer service is 5 stars! Thank you so much Indian creek!!!!

I came across this company online while looking for a replacement part for my used vehicle. This company's price for the replacement part with shipping (from Oregon to Illinois) was cheaper than other companies were charging for the part itself. In addition, the staff at this company exceeded my expectations. They were great with sending pictures and information on the replacement part via email and were extremely polite when talking to them on the phone. Upon receipt of the replacement part, I noticed that the packaging of the replacement part was done with care and quality of the replacement part received was better than I had seen in the pictures. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.
Update - I had ordered a part that came to me not within spec. I posted my displeasure on google and was contacted immediately by Keith to rectify the issue. Keith refunded my purchase prior to talking to me which means he is more than willing to do right by his customers. I ended up sourcing my part locally due to time constraints. After talking with Keith I am willing to source my parts from Indian Creek Dismantled again should the need arises. Thank you Keith for your effort and honesty.

Can't say enough about these guys. My shop is in Medford but they deliver for me and have done a way better job than any yards here in town. If you are looking for used car parts or even a used car check them out. You won't be disappointed.

I needed an outer door handle for my 20 yr old Toyota. They got the part in within 2 days of me calling & ordering it. Due to my work hrs., I wasn’t gonna be able to pickup the part until the following week. They actually delivered the part to me @ my place of work (Which was close to their location) that day. Great customer service, I would highly recommend them!

Refuse to sell a single part because they could make more money off that part a different way and they are closed during business hours.it's all good though as long as you guys make your money that's all that matters I'm sure you guys will not go out of business over this one bad review.but in all honesty you guys have been going downhill for years the last five times I've came there has been nothing but a disappointment. It's amazing how many people get paid to not do their job anymoreand I'd rather order stuff online and have it sent straight to my house then to deal with you guys ever again
I have been in the auto industry for over 30 years. A shop foreman at a Mazda dealer and doing many hobby type activities with vehicles. I have had many experiences with auto dismantlers in my time. I live and operate in California however I came across Indian Creek having a fender for a vehicle having the same color as my damaged one. After purchasing and later returning a claimed damage free fender from a California yard. I purchased one from Indian Creek knowing I would be driving through that area a few weeks later. I arrived there also needing one additional small part for the car. At first they were not able to find the part they put on hold for me as the employee who had removed it from the car was no longer working there. Keith worked hard and had several employees search the property for my fender and then contacted the ex employee asking its location. They allowed me to remove the other small part I needed from the car in their yard as it was one that can be easily damaged. When I wanted to settle payment for the small part. Keith trusted me to leave with the part and contact him if the part worked. I value the service and trust they had. Their prices were very reasonable and they did not misrepresent what they had sold me. I make somewhat frequent trips to Oregon and will be reaching out to Indian Creek if and when I need a part in the future.
Someone had shot my car window and I posted about it on Jackson county scanner page on Facebook. Joe who owns this shop reached out to me to help; I am low income. He didn’t have my window in stock but he ordered for me for $50. My window was replaced by the end of the week and he had his staff instal it for me at no cost to help me out. They turned on the AC for me and gave me a bottled water while I waited inside. I got to pet some of the stray cats that stay there that they take care of and I thought that was really cool. His staff is really friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the help so much and my experience was exceptional. I was in and out within an hour. My window looks brand new! I hope people choose to go to his shop for all wrecking yard and car window needs. I’m glad people like Joe still exist!

indian creek has been so good to me, they always get me in as fast as possible, and they're super reliable! They have saved me half of what i would have spent at any other mechanic shops in town. they have gone out of their way countless times to help me! We have used these guys for several jobs. Best price on replacement windshields in Grants Pass if you need to pay cash. They did everything they said they would. Oh and they call me back with prices. They are my first call. I recommend them to everyone.
