Good dudes , great bargains and the guy behind the counter even bought me a soda while I was waiting ! I recommend them for all your used auto part needs and they even recycle metal ! And you get paid for it !!!! 10 stars in my book .
There people are a real blessing from God. Called all over Southern Oregon for a used tire. Nobody had the right size. JP Auto had a really good one with lots of tread. Mounted it on the when and the car. I'm good to go. Really wonderful people.
Was in a bind for a picky little part on my 4runner that was crazy expensive new. Called Jacob and he was professional and courteous, called me back quickly with a fair price on exactly what I needed. This place has a customer for as long as they are in business!! Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of inexpensive used parts. Thanks to everyone there!!
Went in Fri before noon needing an exhaust manifold. Paid for it in advance and was told it would be pulled and waiting where I could pick it up after hours. Upon returning part was no where to be found. The night watchman had owners phone # and called. We were led on a merry Goosechase around the shop, still no manifold. Owner said he would contact employees and find out where it is and call me back. Well folks it's NOON Sat still no response and only phone# dosent get you anywhere. Meanwhile I have a mechanic standing by waiting to make my vehicle run again. Do I waste my money paying someone to drive me back out there? Do I just suck it up and wait until Monday? Please tell me Mr. Owner man? Because I'm sure you worked very hard all week long and can't be bothered to keep your word now that weekend is here. If I were in your place I believe I would hand deliver the part as well as an apology.
