Cass and her team are great! This was my first experience with them, and I was blown away at how knowledgeable they are, and how reasonable the prices were. She understands our local community, and knows that most people here aren't necessarily "rich"...she passes along savings to us, and is very transparent from start to finish.
She even gave me a ride home, when I had to leave my car for a few days. Highly recommend!

I don't want to make this sound like a commercial, but I work in Medford and still choose to come here for service. I don't know about you, but finding good mechanics is pretty difficult. Finding honest, hard working ones is even harder to do these days. These guys are professional, friendly knowledgeable and honest. They really try to meet your every expectations, and they understand customer service to the max. Cass the office manager is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and will make sure that your car gets the best treatment possible. They are reasonably priced, thorough and quick. They have a customer for life in me.
The receptionist was wonderful and fixed the problem that was immediate. They gave me a quote before doing anything and was very communicative with me. The work was done quick. Price was average if not cheaper than most I called around to.
Took my jeep wrangler in for an electrical issue with signal and lights. I was told they fixed it but advised I needed a new TIPM, $700 item. They changed me 700 for the work. I was advised I was ok to make the trip to Moab. In root my signal and running rear lights failed making the 1200 mile trip scary. I decided to purchase the TIPM when i got home which did nothing to solve the problem. I took the jeep to Bob's auto. In 2 hrs they discovered the problem, fried wires on the manifold. 500 to fix. I have zero confidence in the electrician here. Good luck getting a refund.
If you live in the area or just passing through and need something it's a great place to go. I've known them since 2003 and they have always taken care of anything I needed.

Everyone there went above and beyond for my daughter and I! We needed immediate assistance, and received EXACTLY that. They didn't stop or leave any stones unturned until they fixed the issue on my Jeep. I lived an hour away, and they made SURE I had a way home, AND didn't leave me stranded. I had the assistance for the amount of time it took to repair.
Cass even after we repair followed up a cpl of times to make sure all was well.
The cost of repair was more than reasonable.

Please do your research ladies and gents! Don't be made to feel like an a hole for asking simple questions... like "how much does that part cost?" Because when a company is charging a markup of over 300% for parts, it's going to take a lot more than a couple of bad reviews to effect change.
On a positive note, you know you've done something right when the owner walks into the office with a chip on his shoulder because he can't charge you $85 for the same EXACT part that you can get for 20 bucks online.
Now, since they called and notified me that they implemented a new policy about an hour ago disallowing their costumers from purchasing their own parts... I guess I will no longer be giving them my business.
We travel with my husband job. Our truck is our only transportation and pulls our RV. Finding a place, when you aren't local can be really hard. My husband's serpentine belt broke while driving to work this morning. They were able to get us in and complete the repair (replacing the belt and a pulley) on the same day. Great work, honest and affordable prices. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!
Our radiator sprang a leak while on a road trip. Picked up the hose at NAPA in Shady Cover and these folks installed it and had our car ready to go within 15 minutes. Great service. Great people!
Upper Rouge Auto care in my opinion is the best car repair place I have found in Southern Or. My first experience was back in 08.I pulled in with bad injector. They ordered part and I was on my way in record time. We moved to Oregon in 2016 have been going there since with many repairs and no issues. I had went to Ford a few times but never again.
Great service. It's hard to find good auto repair that you can trust. Unlike Ford.....terrible service and a rip off. We have had the best service repairs every time and for a fair price. Would highly recommend.

Brother traveling had problems with his Jeep. Upper Rogue Auto got him right away and fixed his problem extremely quick. Cost was very reasonable. Very organized and clean shop. 5 stars 👍
These guys are amazing. They're a small town business so they really care for their customers. They're always going the extra mile to help and problem solve. I have never had a problem with their prices. They do good quality work and I live supporting my local mechanic.
These gentlemen are the very best! They responded to my plight of a flat tire a few blocks from their shop. I know that's not their usual business but they were good enough to respond immediately during their busy work day and fix my tire. Try getting care like that in a city! I just can't thank these guys enough. They had me safely on my way in no time and were way too reasonable with the charge. They are a number ten in my book! Thank you, gentlemen!
Been to this mechanic 3 times with my truck, each time with a different problem, the previous two visits they did great and fixed it without any hassles, however this last time is what really got me.. they had my truck for over a week, and kept putting other customers cars in front of mine, I don't care if it was quicker money or whatever point is a customers a customer and I was paying them just as much as everyone else. The other problem was after having it for a good 3-4 days they called me up and told me my truck was perfectly fine. Now why would someone bring a truck to a mechanic just for fun? So I took the mechanic on a drive and all of the sudden I was hearing him say a lot of "oh wows" like it was a first even though he said he had driven the truck twice before hand. The truck had multiple problems none of which got fixed, they told me they fixed the truck after tons of different parts they kept saying it was, ranging from a ICM to a new computer. The truck broke the very next day same problems, so I called back and they didn't sound like they wanted to help fix the problem and making it right without charging me all over again. I will be going else where from now on and recommending everyone I know to go to a different mechanic.
