The guy at the counter helped clear the codes on my car which helped me to get all the way back to Beaverton so I can use my tools at home. Absolute lifesaver, I appreciate you guys so much I wish I could give you 10 Stars
Hands down BEST place to get your auto parts. Mike and Rhea are an absolute pleasure to do business with. They almost always have what I need, but if they don't, it's rare, but has happened, they will have it the next day. They always share their great automotive knowledge. Paul helped me with my daughters truck in his parking lot, with his tools, so I could make the RRHS Auto Show. She won Peoples Choice, Best of Show, and Best Modified for 18 and under. The most friendly store I've ever been in
My buddy and I got a fuel line cut in our Jeep while exploring in the mountains, and if not for the amazing quick-thinking friends at Napa, our car could've gotten vandalized or worse while immobilized up in the mountain. The men in this store gave us a solution to jerry-rig the fuel line so we could get it off the mountain, and gave us the exact parts to fit our car, at a killer price. I could not be more thankful. Thank you so much
I'm done with this store. The staff is lazy and unhelpful and very rude an will insult you if you try to return the wrong part they gave you and make no effort to give you the correct one. I worked as a mechanic for most of my life and this is by far the worst store staff I've ever dealt with. Now if something breaks down and I can't get into town I have autozone in Grants pass same day ship it to me rather than shop at this napa.

They are a great example of the NAPA of my youth. Kind, caring and a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Very helpful and even installed my wipers in nothing flat. I don't know how their prices compare, but they are worth a little extra for the great service.
I am so glad I came here. My chk engine light had gone on and Russ at Napa ran a free diagnostic, added oil to my car (history with issues) and the light turned off!!!!! Now I still need to get my car fixed but with a one car household at least hubby can get to work in the meantime thank you Russ!
This Napa store is close to me and I prefer to support local businesses. Having said this this store served me well. They almost always have the parts I need and if not they have been able to order and get my part quickly. And one last note the staff is very friendly and helpful

Mike is amazing! Best service you could ever hope for. He put my new wipers on for me in the rain. He painted his own holiday decorations on his windows too. Multi-talented... No wonder his business is busy.
This is a perfect small town auto parts store. I appreciate that I wasn’t talked down to but treated very kindly when I needed a cabin air filter for my car.
Extremely rude and poor service. Would rather drive 100 miles then to go Rogue River, OR Napa Auto Parts store. Closed early. Wouldn't budge to help me out. Not my first poor experience here. Will always take the extra miles and time to go somewhere else.
my battery went dead. The tow truck guy suggested I get it checked. Napa checked my battery and found it was way low. They installed a new one for me. Then because of the corrosion they suggested I have someone change the doohickey. So today I'm going to finish line to have that part changed. Napa has always had good service.
1300 mile trip and a dead alternator 250 miles from home. They had the part in stock for my 2001 suburban 1500. They looked under the hood with me and gave me simple instructions to do the repair on my own. 30 minutes late I was back on the road. I was impressed with their service and knowledge. Super friendly too!
By far the best place to go to for help! Their prices are better than most auto stores and their customer service is amazing!
Btw, if you have a chevy impala, and you need a new battery, and you would like them to change it out for you... you may be turned away for that.. && I would personally like to apologize for the reasoning behind that. 😂😂
All joking aside, they have the best team there and they are beyond respectful and professional. You will not regret going there. I would recommend them to anybody.
weird dude working the register; snooty, unwelcoming obviously upset my lowered car scraped the pavement coming into the lot, but refused to speak to me about it. he kinda just mad dogged me and told me they didn't sell lug key sets. Never returning to NAPA which is sad because most of the family operated stores in RR are awesome.
Great customer service. Spent a lot of time with me, came out and looked at my vehicle to get the right parts and give ideas of practical ways to get my 40 year old project truck running right. Family run I found out. Going back today. Open on Sunday too!
Went to return defective part from another napa and was told to leave the part till they are sure they will get their money first. Told them I don't have time to wait and they wanted me to call portland customer service. Never going to napa again.
