Best company to order early bronco parts from... Very knowledgeable and willing to assist with all the questions I have had no matter how small.

I have been buying parts from Tom's Offroad for three years now and they have the best quality! I've had several conversations with them on what parts I'd need as I'm pretty new to the restoration scene and they've been extremely helpful and never let me feel like I was asking a stupid question. Truly amazing customer service. Their website just keeps getting better and the products they provide continues to grow. I've ordered from several other off-road stores online and I prefer Tom's every time. Definitely recommend.

I love toms, I’ve been using them for years. Great customer service and I’ve never had an issue they haven’t made right. They used to be the best in prices, however with recent change of management the price increase has led to me shopping elsewhere. I also don’t think the free shipping for orders over $500 marketing resonates well with most weekend mechanics. Hopefully prices will come down because many of the same parts are available from the other main vendors for cheaper.

Ok, phew! It’s been a long 2 years restoring my 1972 Bronco from the ground up! I am writing a review to THE BEST Bronco supply house in the world. There are other good Bronco supply shops, but none are as comprehensive and thorough as Tom’s! I will admit that I’m a good auto mechanic, but I could not have rebuilt my Bronco without Tom’s and YouTube! So I’ll take this time thank all the Customer Service personnel and Technicians who I’ve spent endless hours on the phone with! They were always eager to help, and if they didn’t know, they found someone who did! A BIG SHOUT OUT TO ALL OF YOU AT TOMS! Time to go for a drive!

I called to see if they had stock bumpers in stock, not only did they have, but were also on sale. Substituting Bronco bumpers on my 64 Ford Econoline van instead of fixing my old mangled units. Looks great, just have to make new brackets. I got their free catalog when I was there, have discovered many other parts they offer that will fit my van.

I couldn’t be happier with my order from Tom’s off-road. I ordered a rebuilt manual steering column for my 1967 Ford bronco. I rebuilt one of these about 20 years ago and it was a huge pain in the butt. I just finished installing the rebuilt column from Tom’s and it’s like brand new. I don’t think they mention this on the website, but they sandblast the tube and paint it on the outside. It also looks great. Money well spent. Also, the customer service was great. I really appreciate working with these guys. Thank you Tom’s.

Received no order confirmation, no shipping confirmation - no communication after placing the order. After almost a full work week I disputed the charge only to have the mirrors show up. Had to work to drop the dispute, only to find both mirrors had several scratches - see images. No communication and poor quality/handling is my experience

I have been ordering parts from Tom's for almost 25 years. The folks here are always friendly and knowledgeable. If I have a question about something, I always get a straight answer. The old store was fun to visit but this new facility is amazing! There isn't much inventory on shelves available to view but there's plenty to look at. The retail space might be as large as the whole old warehouse!

Angel and Jason were great. Had a minor issue with a non-functioning electrical part. This was my 1st purchase with Tom's Offroad. Took care of me great and same day shipped me the replacement part that worked great. Will do future business. Highly recommend.

This place is fantastic. Everything I've received is in great condition when it arrives, fits perfectly as it should, and lasts. The product almost always ships immediately and arrives earlier than promised. I love that you can input your make and model, and they'll check that what you've selected is going to fit before they send it.

First let me say I have bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff from Tom‘s and I’ve never had a problem with customer service. That being said I do not like that a lot of their parts are made overseas and not labeled as such. Also they are not labeled on the website is being imported. I want quality parts for my Bronco preferably made in the USA. From my experience most of the stuff I have bought from them was not made in the USA and I’ve had a quality issues. For instance I bought and installed all new steering linkage, and all of the rubber on the tire rods boots etc has cracked in a little under three months. Ask where the stuffs made before you order especially if you’re on the east coast because shipping to and from Oregon is $$$.

So lucky to have such an amazing place to buy Bronco parts so close to home! Have purchased a rear seat and bikini top from them. Both have been great and easy to install. The staff there are all great people with great attitudes! They know their stuff too! Two thumbs up and 5 stars for Tom's!

These guys are great. I placed an order of some mismatched colored items because I didn't see what I needed in matching colors. They called me and asked if I wanted them to match the colors on the items before they shipped them! I have always had a great experience with them and will continue to use them as long as I have my Bronco!

I am restoring my 1973 Bronco and ordered some body panels for it from Tom's. The parts and panels were a perfect fit and work great. I will be ordering some more as I need them. The shipping is more than others because of the distance, but the price of the parts overrides that. Over all, a great experience. Bob

I ordered a couple of parts one of which was the wrong item. After a call to customer service, I promptly received a mailing label for the return of the mispacked item and received the correct item three days later. The project I was doing on my Bronco wasn't time sensative so no complaints. I was impressed with the excellent customer service to correct the mistake. Quality of the parts ordered seem satisfactory.
