I have Been atended poorly today!
In the first time the guy which was in the counter ask me if i can reach him the pencil. He was lazy that could not move.
After i came back with a mirroe and an ashtray from.an old 1996 subaru car.
He asked me 45$ more than a new one in the shop.
And I also ask for an Exhaust Pipe which a coworker was taking out from the car, at 20feer and he never go to ask Even.
Amazing! Really por service the place is good but lazy employee!
b&r made it right when I got a part from them I would recommend them if you ever need any used parts and are short on $ the owner and managers want you to have a good experience
B&R supplied proper used transmissions not once but twice when the first was NG. Then, gave me a full refund when the second was worse.
To be fair, they were Subaru CVTs, which are junk when new. learned later that if there is ANY impact to the car, the pulleys inside become VERY compromised.

Subaru CVTs are absolute garbage, and they should be sued to the max. I would if I had the capital to do it.
We live in Cave Junction and we needed a radiator and a fan for our car. These guys said they would charge us $50 for both so we took the 2 hour drive out there just for them to want to charge an arm and a leg just to show us where the car we needed was, so we unfortunately ran out of time and had to return home empty handed. We told them we would be back earlier the next day, being today, so we took the 4 hour round trip again only to find out they had CRUSHED THE ONLY CAR WE NEEDED PARTS FROM. Thanks B&R for wasting 2 tanks of my gas and 2 days of my life. 0 star experience and I don't recommend anyone spend their money here. Also posted on Facebook and yelp, this place big time sucks bro
About as organized as my sock drawer, it's a great place to spend several hours searching for a vehicle. Best to just dive in on your own because the guys up front will only make it take longer. They'll give you directions like "on the right, just before the gate" - which you'll also have to search for. Once you've inventoried everything for them, you'll find that they really didn't have that vehicle after all. They're very polite though.
It's 50/50 when it comes to knowledgeable employees. They said they would have to order a 2014 Jeep Patriot driver window for $50. I went out in the yard and found a 2014 Jeep Patriot with a driver window
Went on a summer day and lucked out! Got exactly the part I needed, and the staff was very helpful explaining how to locate the part in the yard. The part was also fairly priced from what I had seen online. Thank you Barry!
I went there to get a windshield and we got all the pieces we needed for the window I had to replace the driver's window and it was nice to go there and It took us about 30 mins to get the parts and leave. That made it nice because it was HOT OUTSIDE. The guy at the counter was very nice and pleasant to deal with.
I was told that I should go here by a friend. I got all of the parts that I needed for my 97 Chevy Silverado. They even helped me order all new radiators and lights. Barry is the guy that can help get your project rockin'. Very satisfied.
Used to go through this company for parts all the time. Recently they quoted me 2 different prices, and 3 different times for a part. I'm in Grant's pass, and they first told me they could do it by the next day for 65, then told me it would take 4 days to get a part from Eugene. The part can be taken out in less then 2 minutes , yet they have to take 4 days to get it to me. They also were not polite on the phone. I will never use this company again. They lied to me , and I wouldn't recommend them to my enemies.
Called to order a part over a week ago, paid over the phone and was told it would be ready by Friday 5/26 for pick-up in Eugene, OR, never received a call. I finally called on 5/30 and the ordered part still wasn't ready. The man Hank i spoke to couldn't help me since "he didn't sell me the part". Thanks for the no customer service and focusing me to have to go somewhere else.
THIS IS hands down the best establishment , Adam and Mikey not only welcomed us in and answered all of our questions but we are out of state travelers and we’re in a huge pinch. They took their own time to show us all options and we were coming back and forth throughout the day, they did nothing but provide excellent customer service and they both went above and beyond and deserve raises!!!!! Thankyou for restoring hope in humanity by being amazing humans Adam and Mikey!!
Never had any problems ! My friend came down from Portland Thurs. Aug 25 her engine blew 2014 Equanox ! Called them they had 20 thousand mile engine and it was here in medford next day . you guys are Great
This place is great. No frills no b.s. they get you in and get you on your way with just what you need and they do it quick. B&R have a network of wrecking yards they coordinate with so if they don't have it in shop someone in the network likely will.
It's deep in the Medfortress industrial area and the traffic is rough out that way sometimes.. so just keep aware and you'll get there.

this spot saved me I am now on the road to get home to Smith River. I went to five tire shops none had a rim or rims in stock 16 inch. I was recommended the spot by quality tire‘s. I didn’t have three days to wait in Medford For a new shipment of rims I needed to get Home with my dogs. The older gentleman in front with a beard I wish I got his name he was super helpful and gave me a good deal on a set of rims and tires. At this point I would take anything to get home he gave me a good deal and he even called His buddy Jesse to install them for me. I was having a really rough day It didn’t help my phone died and I couldn’t find a car charger at any gas Stations. thank you to the guy that loaded the tires up for me as well. I am now on my way home thanks to you guys!!!
Waited for over two months to get payment for a car I sold to the local Central Point office. I left numerous message for a callback, which never received. I finally had someone text me main office and even though they tried to help, it was limited at best. Poor customer service with no follow up.

B&R is the best, saved my bacon many times. This is the spot, they're fast and get you what you need. Prices are great and you can get parts pulled at there other locations and sent over for local pickup cheap and quick. B&R is the way to go and Miko is the man!
Although caveat emptor is the norm, it does not apply here! Accurate parts, well packaged and timely shipment, fair price. I can’t say enough good things regarding the amazing service I received. Looking forward to doing further business with this business!
We ordered a specific part for our car. Knew exactly what we needed and gave the exact part number over the phone. The guy said he had the part and shipped it. It was the wrong part. Took it back to this location and we didn't get the full refund. First they wanted to keep 20% and my husband said no we didn't order the wrong part and shouldn't be liable for you shipping the wrong part. Instead they decided they had to keep a shipping fee from our refund. I could understand if we had misordered but we did not. We told the guy specifically upon ordering that it had to be the exact part number. We were exact and still got ripped off. We'll never trust this place again. I can't believe a company would even consider operating this way.
This is a busy place and parking was at a premium. Anytime I go somewhere; not find what I need, yet buy something. They either have awesome prices or a great salesman. B and R has both. See Manuel, he's a good man and knows his business.
Biggest and a best auto recycling yard in southern oregon. You need used parts go here and save some money! They also re-opened their yard to the public, so you can pull your own parts now too! New owners, friendlier staff, parts are awesome! If they don't have the parts there they can order in from another location. Go see them now!
