Twedell’s towing, towed my truck after Jackson County Sheriff’s tagged it as abandoned. It had to be moved within 24 hours. It was immovable due to the sheriff’s losing the only key back in march. After explaining to Ed (Twedell’s owner) we were able to come to a fair deal to get my truck out of impound. Thank you Ed, at Twedell’s! My family and I are forever grateful to you. As much as I hate to lose my expensive items in my vehicle, I understand the importance and how a business operates. This tow company was more than willing to work out our issues, civilized and respectful. I just waited for proper documentation to come through to get my personal items from my vehicle that was unregistered and towed. Kind hearted, caring and thank you Ed for getting a this all figured out. Tow yards get a bad name for doing their job. This tow yard get a A+ for being respectful caring human beings.
Twedell’s towing saved me today! I woke up and my car wouldn’t start. After calling several other tow companies in town who all told me it would be a several hour wait, Twedells was able to show up within 30 minutes of my request and got me safely towed to the dealership in time for a last minute appointment. The lady on the phone was very kind and understanding of my situation and the driver was very professional and prompt. The price I was quoted was fair and comparable to the other tow companies I called.

My wife and I have been using Twedell's towing for 20 pluss years. They are always fast, friendly, professional, and make you feel appreciated in your time of need. We needed a tow just this morning and when I called their dispatcher she was super friendly, listened to what I said, and had us lined out with a tow super fast! Then our tow driver Jason texted us to let us know he was headed to our house and kept in communication from start to finish! He doubled checked to make sure where we wanted the car towed and confirmed where we would like the paper work! When my rig developed an issue that stumped the mechanics, Twedell's Towing helped me out twice in two months. Both times the drivers called promptly, showed up quickly, were professional and kind. Had a scary situation with our brakes outside of medford and ended up having to use a runaway ramp and got stuck in the gravel pit. The local highway patrol called out Twedells towing to come get us out, and even though it was about 2am, it only took them about 45 minutes to come get us. Ed was our tow truck driver and he was amazing, he got us out quickly and made sure we got back out onto the road safely. There prices were very reasonable and the experience was a lot less scary thanks to twedells!
When you Google Twedell's Towing, be sure to use the phone number on the truck in the picture, the one on Google has been changed by scammers and they have been trying to get that fixed. I have used Twedell's twice and have had good experiences with them. They are friendly and we didn't have to wait very long. I will continue with them and would recommend them to anyone I know
Was stuck on the side of the freeway for about an hour. Every other tow company said they'd help but would be a few hours. As a last resort I called this number in hopes they could save my kids and I. All I know is an angel answered the phone. Told me they'd be there within 15 minutes. And they were!! I sat in the truck with my kids while one guy took care of everything!! Got us home just as quickly as he'd gotten there. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

First met the Twedells towing and automotive shop company with my car in 2008, A/C died and their mechanics shop ( Hugo) fixed my Chevy Blazer up, and I was chill in the southern oregon sun all summer and beyond.
Fourth of July 2016, my battery died They jumped me and had me on my way within an hour or so on the busy holiday
Spring 2020 my tire was flat, they helped me change to my spare … “my bad” I didn’t have tools with me, but I had the spare tire!
Fast forward fall 2022, they came through AGAIN pulling me out of a mud pit in a countryside pasture.
FAST FORWARD AGAIN …. Spring 2023 Twedells to the rescue AGAIN, this time rescuing our tractor (JCB bucket ) from a very similar, BUT DIFFERENT! mud pit…

Called Twedell's Towing. The young lady who answered the phone said it would be twenty minutes, the driver was there in fifteen minutes. I feel bad because I forgot the driver's name. We struck up a conversation because he detected an east coast accent. He was from Connecticut and I 'm from NY. The gentleman was courteous, professional, and well mannered. He obviously knew his craft and was quite pleasant. The fee was fair. I would highly recommend Twedell's Towing! A+

The driver who picked up my motorhome broken down by the side of the road did a fantastic job! This was a good towing experience. Jason was very professional and friendly on the phone and in person. He arrived promptly, and navigated our difficult steep driveway like a pro! The truck was clean and looked very professional as well. Paperwork was fast and minimal, and the whole experience was very efficient.
