They really did a good job on our 2008 Avalanche! We have a lot of confidence in them.

They are amazing! Won’t be going anywhere else. Another shop spent 3 hours trying to figure out a problem.. said I needed to come back for several more saying it was wiring issue. Eagle Point Auto had it figured out and fixed in about 45 minutes! Can’t say enough about them!

Honestly most honest mechanics I’ve ever met. Didn’t charge us because they couldn’t find anything wrong! They listened to me and being a woman I actually felt heard and that they totally understood my concerns! Recommending this place to everyone. Think it’s the most legit shop around.

Super friendly, they helped me when my truck broke. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their car fixed or looked at

Kevin and his team are nothing short of incredible. Their attention to detail and level of service are unmatched to anything I’ve experienced in the UK. They go above and beyond with every aspect of their services. Thank you!

After breaking down in our UK transit near-ish Eagle Point, we called Kevin and he was happy to help and allowed us to get towed to the garage and stay in the van overnight. Both Kevin and Greg went above and beyond to get us back on the road and really worked so hard, especially as parts for our van are hard to come by. They managed to get us back on the road within 48 hours which we were not expecting at all. Everyone was so kind and we cannot recommend this garage enough. Thank you again for everything!

Very honest, reliable and responsive auto shop. They scheduled work on my car within a day of me first contacting them. They kept me updated daily on the progress of my repair which included ordering parts during a public holiday period. The cost of replacing a catalytic converter was very reasonable. I've had no issues with the repair since it was completed. I would recommend Eagle Point Auto Repair to anybody as a very good auto shop. Lindsay Edwards Eagle Point, OR

I came down to get the front shocks/struts replaced on my 2008 Toyota Prius, first thing Kevin said was who diagnosed the need for replacement. That was awesome, then he said if they found out if it wasn’t needed he would call and let me know. Once repaired I drove the car home and the ride was amazing, the next day I woke up and the window had a crack in it. I brought down the car to show the damage to Kevin and his amazing crew, they diagnosed and saw their accident within a day they had the glass replaced. Honest, reliable and my new shop for repairs from here on out.

Second time we've had to use their services, and both times we were thrilled! They really know what they're doing, and they don't mess around at it. The prices are actually really good, compared to some of the places around here. And I love how friendly everyone is.

Came in to replace a valve cover gasket on my vehicle it cost me 498.00. After all was said and done i ended up checking the average price for that kind of shop repair and found out they charged me double. I took my car home and found out that my valve cover was leaking even more oil than before. I had to tighten down every single bolt on my valve cover myself after spending almost 500 bucks on the job in the first place because the shop couldn't take the care to finish the job on their own. I should have just done the job myself and will from now on, eagle point auto will never get my business nor my friends or family's in the future that's for sure

I'm a volunteer search and rescue that came down from the State of Washington during the Wildfires here in Oregon using 4 wheel drive in the back country of the mountains and after 30 days I was finally returning home when I heard a noise that I thought might be my brakes, yet I could use them no problem. I happened to be across street from shop when this happened and brought suv in for inspection and explained my situation and showed Kevin what I had left in my bank account for repair and hopefully gas to get home about another 450 miles! About 15 minutes to closing I ended up paying on Debit card $711, leaving me about $100 & some change left to get home and I drove about 2 miles and smelled burning, then saw smoke coming from drivers side rear tire and pulled over and called shop, which had closed and left message. The next morning Kevin said he told me about the caliper before I left and had me initial he warned me, only he said check it if it gets hot every 100 miles or so when returning to Washington. I didn't get even 2 miles before issue arose and didn't think it safe to travel 450 miles. Kevin said to come back and he'd fix one caliper, however every other mechanic and warnings on-line say Calipers should be done in Pairs, he only did one and charged me $228 which I didn't have in my account and leaves me Stranded in Oregon until Next month. I feel that when I first drove away, the repair should have been done correctly and replacing 1 Caliper is unethical but no labor should have been charged due to this problem was known to them before I took possession of vehicle. The shop isn't responsible for my predicament of being stranded, but I looked at the bill for my 2001 Ford Ranger rear brakes and Rotors done last December in Washington. They only only $260 total and that was replacing the Rotors too! So I feel I've not only been overcharged, but repairs weren't even done correctly factoring the safety issue of only 1 Caliper done. My next complaint is with State Attorney general's office and whoever else that can resolve issues that no one should discover later that this doesn't happen to anyone else in a pinch. A letter to BBB and several weeks pass by and this business hasn't replied and I'm still stuck close by, unable to go home because this place cares more about money than people's lives.

We were charged over $300 and they said the car was 80% better but the problem got worse after a week of getting the car back.

Eagle point autocare is a great place to take your vehicle for repairs. The guys here are great and very fair and honest. Fixed my vehicle for at least half the price the dealership wanted. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

These guys are awesome! They came and picked up my car from my work to install my rear brake pads. After they were done they also brought it back as a courtesy. I have never had such a wonderful experience with such an honest and friendly local auto repair shop!

Dealership had my truck for over a week and never put their hands on it. After getting angry and taking my truck back, we decided to try a small local shop. They get 5 star reviews, and when I talked to them about my truck, they said that they would be able to diagnose and troubleshoot my problem. Says, "My guys can probably figure it out in about 30, 45 minutes... They'll get on it first thing in the morning." Guess what. They called an hour later... they decided to start on it today instead of in the morning. Found the problem. Parts will be delivered in the morning, and the truck will be ready tomorrow afternoon. Best part? Out the door cost was a third of what was anticipated from the Ford dealership! We are SO pleased that we plan on bringing our vehicles here for the foreseeable future. Don't be fooled by appearances, this place has a dirt parking lot and is so small you could drive right by if you aren't looking, but these guys are AMAZING! Give them a shot!!

I have never been to a better shop ever. These are community minded individuals that know what excellent service is made of. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

These guys are the best! Last spring I had an issue with my starter and it was right before closing when I called and without any charge and without me even asking one of the mechanics came over after he got off work to try to help.they were even going to stay up and later to see if I needed a tow. Very fine fellows there, super super friendly!

My left turn signal and brake light weren't working. So I made an appointment to bring my car here. It was fixed in five minutes and I was on my way (after paying, of course).

Kevin did a good job repairing my work truck and was prompt despite the emergency fire situations in our county, as soon as he was able to, he had my vehicle back to me and back to working great again. I would recommend.

Same people as upper rogue if I'm not mistaken... Once again way good people, they went way out of there way to accommodate me and far surpased my expectations!! Thanks guys, rotors turned out perfect!

I recommend getting a second opinion before going to Eagle Point Auto. They quoted me over $900 for a repair. I contacted my usual mechanic and they quoted me $600 for the same job. I had my truck towed to my usual mechanic in another town and it was still cheaper.

These guy's are great. Kevin knows what he is doing and they are a professional bunch. Your vehicle will be happy when it leaves.

Kevin charged me $480 to tell me I had a blown engine! Unfortunately he will loose many thousands of dollars by not getting one dam dime from me my company or my family ever again. Thanks Kevin

2 years after we sent our van to this we learned that we got fleeced out of 2k for almost no gain and were lied to, as these people used failing parts to replace broken ones. They even told us our starter was bad and claimed it is why our car would not start. The car didn't need a new starter, we fixed the intermittent starting issue by reflowing solder in the instrument panel. These people will lie to you and cheat you out of every dollar, you are better off fixing your car by yourself. Or better yet find a REAL mechanic, we spent $66 fixing our 98 dodge caravan on our own and it is our only vehicle. It runs every time we turn the key. We also removed the ign switch they charged us $80 for and $100 labor to see it was an old, contact eroded, and brittle plastic on the switch broke from being left in a hot junker they took it out of. These parts? THEY COST $40 FROM MOPAR... We had to replace it due to a short that was popping a fuse. The good reviews are obviously them, trying to fool you into forking over your hard earned money. Nobody leaves this place without unnescessary financial losses and regret. Do not trust them. Go to a reputable shop, I beg you. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Very satisfied! Called this morning to see if my truck could be brought in, and they had it fixed by the end of the day at a very fair rate. Great shop.

I had heard that these guys were very honest and didn't try to "pad" the bill with additional repair suggestions. I finally decided to give them a call and we couldn't be happier with their service. He gave me a 'ballpark' quote before I brought the car down, which was much lower than others we'd checked into. He took our car in straight away, and had called me with an assessment of what he found before I could even get back home. Car was done in just a few hours and came in 50 cents cheaper than the quote!! I would recommend this auto shop to ANYONE in the valley needing work done. These guys are FIRST RATE!
