Apparently it's now G&R Auto Parts. Great service, got the part we needed $25 less than anywhere else, ordered and paid over the phone and got in and out quick. They even held onto it an extra couple of days for us.
The employees were very nice I needed a radiator for my1997 Nissan quest they tried very hard to get me one but unfortunately they shipped me 2but they were damaged in shipment but was not hesatan to refund my money.I would definitely go there again .
I have been trying to sell my van for a week now and they tell me how much they will pay for it but then run me in circles on them coming to pick it up. It is very unprofessional to ignore messages and calls when they told me to call them back to set up for them to get it.
I work there and inventory the cars as they come in so the counter guy can search our computer system for the parts. The guys on the counter are quite friendly and will search for the parts the customers need. And if we don't happen to have that part in stock we will check the computer to see what other companies using the same system might have it. We then will simply get the phone number and directions to the other businesses. We are usually quite helpful in getting parts for people. The pricss we charge for used tires to various parts of cars is usually less than other places. We have a limited number of employees who are going to either take the customer out to a vehicle that matches their needs and see if the customer is willing to pay for it, or will simply spend a while to go pull the parts for the customer. Most people have stated that it was well worth the time to get the part they needed for a very reasonable price.
I'm from Montana visiting my in-laws. My car broke down. They were able to get that part taken off in an orderly fashion. They were helpful and knowledgeable about vehicles. Also they had a starter for my Chevy luv! I highly recommend this company to anyone!!!
This is a great business. I dont have a lot of money so i had to go cheap.it took a while to come in but we got our part for our van window to go up and down electronically.it broke.so we were cold for a while.but were good now.you call them.they pull your part you need.you pay them and go get your part.its that simple.they had too many theives so they changed it.now they pull and you pick it up.just be patient with them.it isnt a fast process.their there and thats what counts.
Friendly place but will say was really weird when they asked me to go out and meet the guy who picks than the guy got upset when I drove down there saying I was suppose to walk down not drive.
Here's where you are really able to see a companies ethics or honesty. I called about a cylinder head, asked a few questions and was satisfied with their answers so I went ahead and purchased it. I recieved it in the mail a couple days later and brought it straight to my machinist.....well, all of the intake valves were bent!
I wasn't looking forward to this conversation at all, as most auto wreckers don't have the greatest reputation in this area. I couldn't have been more wrong! They took care of the issue quickly and refunded me.
I will make a point of doing business with these folks again, everyone makes mistakes, misses things, but the best of them own up to it and take care of the issue without conflict. Great service folks!
Don was very professional, communicated well when the pick-up time for our tow needed to change, and made the overall experience a positive one! We definitely recommend this quality, family-owned company!
They don't always have the part you're looking for, but they did for me this last time. And it was less than half the price of the rusty piece of junk the *cough cough* place next door tried to sell me.
If I've had an issue with a part the owner is understanding and works with me!
They are always very helpful, lots of different cars so they usually have what you're looking for. But if they don't have the right part they tell you who does.
