I used to go there all the time on Saturdays to get my auto parts. and now they decided they don't want to serve the public on a Saturday so I'm finding I have to take my business to other places that are open on Saturdays
It was a little hard to find but when I arrived at BNR auto I picked up a hatch to my 2007 Mercury mariner it was only $350 it would have cost me 2000 to take it to a auto body place they recommended A Body shop who could put on the hatch for me in all spending about $800 which would have again cost me $2000 Easily or more

I purchased a transmssion from them and it arrived. My mechanic realized a part was broken. I was refunded completely and they made it right. It was a mess and set me back but at the end we were able to solve things and B and R made it right.
Difficult to get someone on the phone but when they're working as hard as they are it's understandable. Called me back each time the same day and made sure my part was good before I picked it up. The one I ordered was bad so they got me a replacement at no additional charge. Very trustworthy, professional, and quick!! Made everything look super easy!! If I ever need a part again, I'm coming back.

Really nice guys that are helpful and informative. I got the wrong front driveline and with my receipt was able to get a full refund. I am very satisfied with the customer service. They have a good selection of vehicles to get parts off of and you can do it yourself or they can pull the part for you.
There customer service is great yes they are so busy but they will take time to see your get what. You need and ordered they will reorder if the parts were sent incorrectly by whom they placed the order with. Just have to be patient when they are CRAZY BUSY IT IS WELL WORTH. THE WAIT.
Had to get parts to fix the ac in my car. It was way too hot out to leave my pup outside, and the owners were kind enough to let me bring him in with me and give him water. lot was very clean and easily maneuverable. Employees were very knowledgeable
