What a lifesaver Larkin towing was. I had an issue with my travel trailer hours away from Burns and they came out and towed it with a flatbed. The driver was cool and helped locate a repair shop in Burns to help me. Without Larkin I would have been in a real bind. Thanks for being there when I needed help the most.

They did a great job and were able to help with a tow on Saturday afternoon when everyone else were closed. They got to us very quickly considering where we were and time of day. Reasonable price quoted over the phone honnored on dropoff.

Needing to be towed is never a fun experience. We broke down almost 100 miles from the nearest town and Larkin was there promptly and with enough room for all 4 of us to ride in the cab safely and warmly in a snowstorm. They were also so helpful with our insurance and getting it reimbursed, as well as giving us a veteran discount on our bill. All around 5 stars, great experience. Hope we never need a tow again, but if we do, I know who to call.
Broke down 50 miles east of Burns this morning. Called Larkin Towing. Larry answered right away. I didn’t want to wait for my insurance to find someone so he said he would be right out, less than an hour he picked up my Yukon and took us into Burns. I asked about a local mechanic, he took me to one that fixed my problem and got me on my way. The tow was reasonably priced and fast. Highly recommend Larry Larkin.
Larry Larkin was wonderful to work with. While waiting for AAA to dispatch the call he checked in with us to make sure we were ok and in a safe spot. He trailered our motorhome from Drewsey Oregon to Prineville Oregon without hesitation. He also lent us an extra hitch so we could pull a trailer behind our Jeep instead of returning later for it. Extremely professional and personable. He made a cruddy situation much more bearable. Thank you!!
Our vacation started off in a bad way when our car broke down about 50 miles east side of Burns, Oregon. After about an hour run around with the insurance company for a tow, I called Larry with Larking Towing and they came to the rescue right quick. We were checked in to a local hotel and sipping on hot cocoa within 2 1/2 hours. Larry was very accommodating to our unfortunate situation. He took our car to a local mechanic for a diagnosis and when it required dealership analysis, he towed the car to Bronco Motors in Boise some 140 miles away! Talk about exceptional service! A big THANK YOU to Larry and the rest of the Larkin team. These guys were amazing! Tire fell off son n laws boat trailer. After hours and traveling from Eugene to snake river. They called Les Schwab mngr and they fix it. My daughters family and I made it to our destination and home. God bless them!!
I needed a hundred mile tow and I'm so glad I went with these guys. They are professional and all around kind folks. I wasn't sure what to expect for my first tow, especially from the middle of nowhere, they put me at ease and I'd use them again if I ever had to.
I ran out of fuel 5miles out of town at 3am. The man that came out at that ungodly hour was not only polite and courteous but he was very punctual. To be treated so nicely at that hour on the side of the road because I hadn't prepared adequately was so appreciated. I would recommend them to anybody in the area needing any assistance they provide. Thanks again for the wonderful customer service.
The service and care we received from Larry and his team is incomparable to anything we have ever experienced. We were moving my parents back to Idaho with their motor home and got stranded on the side of the road (late evening in the pitch dark) about 60 miles outside of Burns, OR. AAA left us stranded and refused to help. We reached out to Larkin towing and they were ready to help immediately. While waiting for them to make the drive out to us, Larry kept in touch with us and made sure we knew when he would get to us. When Larry and his team arrived they got the motor home and trailer we were hauling loaded up quickly and we were on the road. Once we got to Burns, Larry made sure we knew where the motels were and when the mechanic would be in in the morning (it was about midnight by this time). Larry met us in the morning and we decided it would be best to be towed home (home was Nampa, ID, 175 miles away). Larry did not hesitate and had us loaded and ready to go within the hour. In a high stress, high anxiety situation having a company such as Larkin Towing there to help really made things much easier and less stressful. My family is very grateful to have had the opportunity to meet Larry and his team and if you are looking for a professional, trustworthy towing company look no further than Larkin Towing. A tire came off my daughter's car vicinity Burns Junction. Larry responded very timely, trusted our agreement to pay, and hauled her car and occupants to Les Schwab where they replaced the wheel studs late on a Saturday.

Larry had us picked up on the side of HiWay 20 and brought into Burns, then put our car on a bigger truck and took us all the way to Bend for repair. Arrived at midnight and he turned around and drove back. Very very nice professional service. He knew we were shaken up and took care of us. Highly recommend.
We were coming out of camp on stinking water access road and suffered a catastrophic failure of the front driver side ball joint, cv joint and turned out the tie rod also bent. The guys at Larkin didn't hesitate to get up the hill and get my family down. Then came back and swapped the ball joint to get me off the hill. I can't thank this crew enough for the hard work, positive attitude, and over all professionalism each member exhibited. 5 stars just isnt enough. Thank you again!!!
Was lied to about the day I was able to pick up my vehicle and was forced to pay a lot more. There were damages to my vehicle that they refused to take responsibility for.
Simply put, Larkin was there when AAA wouldn’t help. My Jeep went off the road while I was hunting and triple A couldn’t send anybody out to help me. I called Larry and 2 hours later Matt and Tyler pulled my Jeep out of the ditch. I couldn’t thank these guys enough and even after the job was done they made sure I was taken care of. No damage to the vehicle whatsoever. If you ever need help in a pinch, these are the guys to call.
