I had the most wonderful experience today. Car was acting up and thought I needed a new battery due to the corrosion on it. The gentleman and replace it for me which was great. Ask he went to go look at it he's like let's test it and see what it's doing. He advised I didn't buy a new one yet and offered to clean my battery and try and tried to help me figure out why my info board wasn't responding.
I offered to pay and everything for his kindness and he said oh no the cleaning is on us.
Super friendly local business. I needed a rider lawn mower rear axle square key. They had the material in stock,and took the time to cut it to length needed.

The owner and majority of his staff each have decades of knowledge. If you have a specialty part that you are not even sure what it is or where to get it,this is the place to go. They have actual parts books and they are truly professionals at using them
Old timers who know how to find hard to find parts... Willing to dig into the old books... Other parts houses stop looking if it isn't on the computer...
Great bunch of guys works there good place to get your parts ain't got them they can get them for you overnight that's a plus couldn't ask for a better place
I went in looking for wheel covers. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I did not purchase anything at this time. Because of their attitudes, i will return and need to share with other potential customers.
Car-quest Auto Parts - Alliman Investments in Winston is the best part shop around i have done business with Gary and his crew for going on 10 years the atmosphere in this shop is always inviting and friendly, if you have a question about your vehicle this crew will go out of their way to get the answer you need i have come to realize if your looking for the right part for your vehicle than this shop is for you in my opinion if Gary and crew cant find it than no one can
I go to Douglas Auto for all my auto parts very helpful and if they don't have it they'll find it for you someplace out can't ask for better service than that
very helpful when 2 other and only auto parts store in my lovely town of winston sold me the wrong parts. All I ask is for parts employees know what their talking about to the people/customers that dont know what their talking about.
Gary is the best for finding those off the wall parts that no one else seems to be able to find, and he usually has a better price, or he will match it if not. I have had nothing but good experience with them.
