I have been saved twice by this company. One time about six months ago, my brother left The keys locked inside of our van. And today, my brother ran out of gas on the company truck and she was able to run out and get us gas In less than 15 minutes. Definitely recommend giving them a call if you need to be saved!

Jeremiah was outstanding. We got stranded on i5 north bound near Rice Hill and he got out of bed and came to the rescue at around 5am. Excellent customer service overall.
These guys were great! What a professional team! I was blown away by how great the customer service was. One of the staff was very personal.and kind. The other staff was training and really rocked it! They really made the tough time of getting a tow, so much better! Thank you Marshall's for coming out in the rain and really creating a positive tow experience. What a great team!
I have a 1991 chevy cargo van and a 1993 Ford Ranger. Over the years I have made many posts on my Facebook page showing Marshall's tow truck operators loading up my Van & hauling it to the mechanic. Shannon has done my last 2 tows ,today my truck & 2 years ago, my van and she's amazing!!! & so is Mr. Marshal!!!
Contacted them for a tow. The girl in the office I talked to seemed nice enough, but she had a hard time understanding what I was trying to say which was a little frustrating.
The driver who showed up was incredibly rude to my girlfriend, who had the unfortunate job of needing to deal with her since I was out of state at the time the tow needed to happen.
She complained I didn't tell them the car didn't start. First, I had been away for some months and didn't know it didn't start. Second, I was unaware and am still confused that a car needs to be able to start to be towed. What do you do when someone is parked illegally? Politely wait for them to show up and ask for their keys?
Despite complaining she also didn't want to wait the TEN MINUTES it would have taken for my girlfriend to jump the car. Of course she DID eventually wait after I told my girlfriend that I no longer wanted to deal with her after hearing about the grief.
She did all this claiming that Costco wouldn't touch it to replace the tires if the car didn't start. That turned out to be wholly false as, after costco received the car (battery now refusing to hold a charge) they said cool, no problem, we can replace the battery and the tires if you want. (Roseburg Costco tire center is great by the way.)
She complained at length that my car was dirty. I had driven it across the country shortly before. Of course it's a mess. She even went as far as to open my center console (pretty invasive) and keep complaining to my girlfriend.
After that I was charged almost $300 for a 10 mile flat-bed tow. I'm no expert, but that seems a bit steep.
All in all don't bother using them lest you have to deal with the headache. Use Joe's towing, or Roseburg towing, or anything else.
I know I won't be contacting them again.
Awesome customer service and very fair rates!! I called Roseburg Towing, my go to for towing because they are great to work with, but couldn't get through so I called Marshall's. They were close by and got to us quickly. Did an awesome job and were really nice people. I highly recommend them!!
My son ran out of gas on I-5 and Marshall's Tow was amazing. They were quick to respond and so reasonable. I will never call another tow co other than Marshall's. Thank you so much!!
Marshall's had one excuse or another, would not give me a tow through AAA . They're choosing the gravy jobs over the long haul jobs, (60 miles) under AAA!
Coming home from vacation when our fuel pump died. Marshall's gave us a great deal on an in-town tow and even had room to transport our family of 5. They were professional, comfortable around the kids and our dog, and courteous. Highly recommend calling them if you're in the area and need a tow.
I can't possibly put into words how grateful I am for Marshall the owner!! I can say he may be 80 in human years, but he is an eternal angel to me! I don't know what his prices are outside of AAA calling him for me, but he made a compiling of possible disaster an unfortunate inconvenience. I broke down with my dog and cat with me on an off ramp of I-5. He was there faster than I expected and was quick to roll with the punches of my crazy situation. Battery dead, gears locked, wouldn't jump or start, fluids leaking, and me solo with 2 animals in tow..so he creatively figured it all out and my car, myself, and my pets were all delivered safely to the dealership 62 miles away! Thank you Marshall for helping me through a bad situation in such a kind, caring, and full of enjoyable stories manner! You were a blessing May life bring you continuous good health and abundance!
This place is amazing. Wonderful customer service. Called at 6PM on a Monday and the woman who answered was sweet as could be. My wife locked her keys in the car and they were professional, timely and skilled. They even waited for her to get done with her appointment. Would highly recommend if you are in need of emergency auto service.
We got a flat on I5 outside of Roseburg. Kevin our tow truck driver was great!!!! We were told it would be an hour they were there in 40min. He was extremely professional. Had the van on the truck with in minutes (unlike many other experiences with other companies). He also made every effort to ensure we were ok and our needs were met. He was so gosh darn hospitable. Highly recommend
Braking down on holiday weekend is never something you want but the crew at Marshalls towing went out of there way to help over and above made a bad day a good day and made new friends
My car broke down at a rest area outside of Roseburg. Kevin picked me up and gave me, my toddler and my 2 dogs a ride to Medford. He was very friendly and polite for the ride. I really appreciate his help.
