Quickly came to our rescue, tractor came very close to tumbling down the hill. Thank you so much for rearranging your drivers to get us help right away. Your driver was very calm and knowledgeable. Thank you thank you thank you.!

In my opinion, they shouldn't hang signs in their business that they don't plan to follow themselves. There is a list of items that you can legally get back from your vehicle that they have posted next to the desk. I had a hard time getting my credit and debit cards and state ID card back after my accident and I had all my paperwork showing ownership of the vehicle on me. After they kicked my husband off the property when he called the police on them, they locked the door with me still inside. I just got out of a 3 day stay at the hospital (broken hip from the accident) and was still medicated. I had other belongings in the car that could be used to steal my identity and banking info that they refused to return to me. Very poor business ethic. I would rate less stars if I could.

Today my 5th wheel was moved from Winchester Bay and the driver was excellent, extremely helpful and definitely drove great! Couldn't have been happier with the move, price was right for the job! Good job Mast Bros!

I had mechanical problems with my vehicle and was stuck alongside of the road. Called Mast Brothers. Thankfully someone picked up on the second ring. They immediately dispatched a tow truck. The truck and driver promptly showed up. He towed my vehicle to the shop and was gracious enough to take me to a nice location where I could wait for a ride home. Very nice, courteous service.

Driver took a while to show up. Probably on another call out , was courteous and prompt when he arrived. Quick service foe the fee Overpriced I think. Did not provide receipt for his services.. otherwise he was good at his profession.

The tow truck was quick to respond and was very cautious with loading and unloading my vehicle. The driver was courteous to me. My only complaint was that he used some foul language (regarding other drivers) in my presence, which I found offensive.

I was very happy with the service that I received with this company. The person on the phone and the service person that towed my vehicle both were very professional and polite went out of their way to help me to get my car back to Sutherlin. Broke down on HWY 101 called Mast they had a driver pick me up in less than 30 minutes and drop my vehicle back home. A+++++ service and very friendly operator. Thanks a bunch

Broke down last year near home on a Sunday and had to get truck home. Driver recommended a good Deisel Mechanic in Coos Bay. Worked out great. Another issue came up and and needed tow to same Mechanic. Came through again.

Called them and they were at my place within 20 to 30 minutes. Very polite and quick with loading my car. I appreciate their business

Did a great job hauling my 30' travel trailer (from Coos Bay to Florence) on a low boy flatbed due to my trailer having a cracked chassis, which made it unsafe to tow. It was a lot of money for me, but they did a great job, and they were the only company around that could do it. I highly recommend them!

Very pleased with the service provided!! First young man was very professional. He had to call a man from Reedsport to help. With a lot of difficulty they got my car out. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the service they provided. I give them a A+!!!!!!

We blew a dual tire on our motorhome and needed help getting our spare on. It was later in the evening, around 7pm, and they were able to come as soon as possible. When they arrived they discovered one of our inside dual tires had blown and the other was flat. They helped us put our spare and drove behind us to the nearest Les Schwab to make sure we made it safely. They were super professional and we had such a great experience with them. I believe we were helped by Ian. Who was the best help and went above and beyond for us! Thank you so much!

Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They are rude beyond belief and charged $700 for a 1/4 mile tow. He snapped at me after I asked my 1st question, I wanted specific answers about the charges and he wouldn't let me talk then threatened to hang up on me when I tried to talk. BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. I would rather push my car than give them a single dime.

These guys are great. Always my first choice for towing and they help us out with rescuing patients and training at the fire dept all the time as well. Just had an opportunity to walk through the bodyshop today and what a nice shop it is. Can't go wrong with Mast Bros?

These guys were FAST, HONEST & SKILLED! What more can I say? I will recommend them to everyone I know from now on. Family owned and run, nobody can beat them for customer service. They are hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a tow company.

Mast Bros. made this process so easy. We were super stressed that the local towing company said they were unable to get our pickup down our driveway because of the grade and angle, but Mast Bros. showed up on time & got us to the shop in the next town over in less than an hour with no issues. They were efficient, professional and helpful. Highly, highly recommend.

Was stuck with a dead battery between not walking that way nor the other way. Called these guys and was out to jump me in no time flat and in the pouring rain ☔. Joys of visiting the coast. Highly recommend them and will use them again if I ever fall to having car problems if I'm in that neck of the woods. Thanks guys...Great service!

Demitri was absolutely went out of his way to help my friend and his wife get their truck and atv off the sand. Dispatch was more than clear and patient as well as very helpful. Even when service was spotty and lost calls happened. They showed patience and understanding. Great experience start to finish in my opinion. I hope we never find ourselves needing this extreme of service again but if we did I wouldn't hesitate to call Mast Bros.

Oh, we were panicked and were really stuck on a winding part of the 101 with our trailer. The driver worked extra hard and extra carefully to get the trailer onto his flatbed truck. It was an especially tough job but he stuck with it and got us down to Florence and saved up
