This place is never open every one say how good this place is but how can it be good reviews if there never open.ive been trying to get in contact with them but there every day
This place has become a wreck yard and there isn't access to the hundreds of cars and RVs that you see from the road. They pointed me to a lot containing about 30 vehicles that had been in wrecks. They were mostly on rough shape and only a few years and/or models to pull from. I wouldn't go again. The staff were very friendly.

I cant even get anyone to answer the phone.
Ive been there 6 times in the last 3 weeks and they are NEVER open.
Thats okay, Ill take my money elsewhere.
Love this place!! Great prices and I love the fact that you can take parts off of other vehicles instead of having to pay and arm and leg for the part u may need at the auto part stores.
Curt and snippy over the phone. No real info. Want you to drive all the way there to find out they're either not open, or pay $5.00 to find out they don't have what you're looking for!!!
Went there and the guy waved my entrance and was very knowledgeable on parts. He helped me find a new drive shaft in no time. Clean and organized yard. Entrance 2.00
I absolutely loved going here for my first time. I felt very awkward just going thru people's cars it felt like but quickly was intrigued what buried treasures I would discover in the next car. Spent most of the day there and wanted to come back to finish my hunt. Friendly, helpful , and knowledgable people to help with questions or whatever. A++
Didn't find the part I was looking for, but great place for parts. Remember you have to be 16 to be able to go to the back. It's the law, don't get mad at them
Went to find a Chevy S10 bench seat found it immediately they had the tools that I needed to take it out and it only cost 35 bucks. Would definitely recommend and I'll be back in today to do some more pickin'
If onlybthere was a no stars button.. They don't respect the 180 day warranty they give...sent the product back TWICE within 60 days TWICE got it back with the same problem.. and them saying they WON'T fix the problem. Now I am out $1250 and have a broke down rig.
Drove 5+ hours to get a small part for $15 that the Internet parts stores wanted between $250-$280 and the eBay criminals wanted double that. Found that part and many more. The staff, one at the desk and one working the yard, were friendly, helpful and big-hearted. The employee at the desk was running the check out stand, providing information to several different customers at the same time, and dealing with the phone (one) that never stopped ringing. They gave me a remarkable deal on the parts I bought. The 58 mile drive on OR38 was spectacular.
These people are not Amazon with all its customer support resources. If you didn't like the wait on the phone and/or you thought "Riverside Auto Parts, you are going to have to hold" was rude, you just don't know who you called. If you posted on here that you won't deal with them for that then you imposed instant Karma on yourself.
They are a great business!
These guys can find stuff that no one else will even try to find,or they have it right in their yard.
Patience is a virtue.If you get put on hold it is because they are trying to find parts for other people that happened to call first.
We have been buying parts from Greg for almost 30 years,he knows cars!
Can't keep all the people happy all the time,but they try and that's what counts.

Well I might have to change my opinion of Riverside u-pull.I have made many attempts to contact these guys and they are either out of business or they are having phone line issues but i cannot get through. they were good for a minute.?

I've delt with these guys a bunch of times, and to me, this is a good old' style junkyard.
Lotsa cars to pick through, and they're ready to hear any reasonable offers.
