Truly wonderful people!! This business owner has a heart of gold. Thank you for getting my family and me out of the rain, and back on the road.

Stopped in after our transmission failed on the freeway, they don't repair them but the owner was able to help diagnose the problem and get us sorted!

DO NOT STOP HERE — AVOID AT ALL COST! We blew a tire a couple of miles up the road and pulled over here for help. There were open signs but the doors were locked. We decided to try and jack up the trailer and change the tire ourselves hoping someone would show up to assist us. The owner showed up with her tow truck and was visibly pissed off and yelling upon arrival. Rather than pulling in and asking how she can help, she immediately started screaming at one of us as our friend approached to talk to her. She moved her tow truck into the back area and never came out to talk to us further. We decided we were better off pulling the jacks off the trailer and driving across the street to the Flying J than remaining there with such a hostile business owner that clearly didn't want our business. Trust all the ridiculous signs and don't stop. This person is hostile and doesn't deserve anyone's money. My friend told AAA not to bother sending us to this place because she felt unsafe and felt that the woman was more likely to kill us than help us. Luckily a kind trucker at was stopped let us borrow his tools to change the tire and get us back on the road. I hope karma smiles on him and find this woman in other ways. Best of luck to anyone else experiencing an emergency in this area.

Sabrina saved us. Broken trailer leaf spring and she had the part. Allowed me to work on my trailer ( because they were already busy), use the tools I didn’t have. This shop saved our trip. Thank you very much!

Sabrina was great! I had a tire with a hole and she took care of it. They had another truck backed in shop next to me with a bad brake chamber . They had that done and adjusting brakes in no time! Better quality service than the major truck repair shops. If you take exit 148 it's right across the street from the pilot. They also have a drive thru coffee place in front of it. Way to go Sabrina!

Replaced our tire and fixed our broken trailer brake wire that was split when the tire blew. Got us back on the road on a Sunday when most places were closed. They were very nice and charges were more the fair.

Really helped me out of a tuff situation. Let me leave a vehicle they Weren’t familiar with after hours when I live four hours away. Was honest about not quite knowing the vehicle well enough to do the work that needed to be done, but still facilitated getting it to a good mechanic that did quality work in a timely fashion. Definitely would recommend these people to anyone I know. Honest and work hard.

What I can say is twice I've had issues, once a few years back I had our trailer lose its axle, and she had it fixed the next day, did a wonderful job, and really helped us out. This last time I had my 40' trailer lights and brakes stop working down the road from there, I called and even though it was after hours they were able to get me back on the road. So appreciate the effort I've seen in my challenging moments, thank you for coming to the rescue.

Sabrina is absolutely awesome. Anybody who says that she’s rude probably came in with a stupid question. Sabrina knows what she’s doing!

Amazing service! Hard to find an honest honest tow company nowadays, specially, for semi this recovery record was the best!!!

Pulled up to shop because the Tire Pressure Warning Light came on. Sat in front of shop for about five minutes while the employee was socially talking to someone in another car. Got out of car to ask for help, she was nasty and not nice clearly didn't want to help. Asked her to check the tire pressure and she said it was take 10-15 minutes to check it. She clearly didn't want to help or do her job.

Fabulous place. Sabrina is the most patient woman I've encountered. Im with a transport company, I sent a driver to tow a trailered boat and he had a breakdown at night, she towed it to the shop in a timely manner- helped so much to find the parts- which took an extended amount of time and they fixed it right away after finally arriving while the parts came late. HIGHLY recommend this place, they are honest and hard working

When our RV broke down and we had to work on it for a few days in their parking lot, Sabrina was super understanding and patient. Thanks guys!

Economy advertising as open 24 hours i was right across the street from 0 m them at pilot truck stop .. called at 430am phone answerd as dispatch said he couldn't didn't have anyone to come help for 2hours so I call back in 2 1/2 hours and he said he would be another hour and never showed up glad I called les schwab very professional and affordable also friendly good service 👍

Had a blow out 1 mile from rice hill. These guys came in less than 15 minutes and loosened up the lug nuts that had rusted on our trailer. Thanks for saving the day!

Our car broke down on the way from San Diego to Portland and luckily we pulled into a parking lot near Economy Towing. They jump started our car enough to bring it to their repair shop and were able to find us a new alternator on a Sunday morning and get it fixed within a couple hours.

Some lady is in need of a real attitude adjustment. I would recommend another location unless you have no choice but to use this place.

Dispatch lady is EXTREMELY rude. We called for roadside assistance because of broken belts. Their requirements for such service were to sign credit card authorization form and consent to pay $500 upfront. We did it. 30 min later, she informed us that the estimated total is $560-$570. I told her to charge credit card for required amount. Dispatch lady refused to do so without an explanation, and said that in this case, after the repair is done, the driver has to drive to their office and pay. I was trying to explain that the driver is tight on time, and asked why we couldn't resolve it without driving him back and forth. She started yelling, and was using inappropriate language, saying that she doesn't care about the drivers and their problems. I was told to call somebody else if we don't agree with the rules. Eventually, I called Mobile Diesel Services. Within 1,5 hours we got back on a road without any stupid issues.

Beware! Brought in my rv due to loss of power. They changed fuel filter, drive with me and told me it's the transmission. Had to have the into towed 10 miles. It was a simple air filter, no one checked it.

Probably does good work during business hours. After 5, they wanted $125 to call someone just to bring me a tire iron since none of the service stations here have them to borrow or purchase. 👎🏽

My daughter works at a local restaurant. Tonight she accidentally locked her keys in her car. Even though she was there for dinner, Sabrina overheard this and offered to help immediately. Truly grateful for people like you.

Very impressed with this Lady mechanic She did a very and fast officiant job on my trailer I had replace seal new grease hub brake pads fill hub with oil and plug it up Started the work at 1730hrs she was done at 1945 hrs it was a tuff job she was pounding away good job miss. Hope I dont see you again but if I do i will call you for my roadservice...keep up the good work.....best of luck....

Ok. I will write my opinion about this service. Lady on the phone is professional! You need to tell here what’s going on because time is money! My expirience with was positive! Definitely positive. They have good prices for drive tires and also good prices for towing. And they are fear. I forgot that Bob+Trailer costs more and she remind me about. Very friendly!! Victor
