We received excellent customer service and support from everyone at the Myrtle Creek, Oregon store recently. We needed assistance with a battery. The entire team worked diligently to ensure we were back on the road, as quickly as possible. I will definitely return for any automotive need. The store is clean, organized, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

The guys there are very helpful and seem to cary most parts in stock and if they don't have something they will look it up and order it in.

Was told “don’t trust the prices on the shelves”there staff just puts stuff wherever and doesn’t update prices. Bought a steering wheel cover that ripped a mile down the road from buying it.

1 star because I went in a few days ago for an oil filter and the guy looked it up, said it was the right one for my car..it wasn't..my husband emptied all the oil in the car and couldn't put a new one on cause it was to big. Never coming here again.

One of the better Napa's I've been into they don't have the typical Napa employee attitude that you get from a lot of Napa employees they are knowledgeable and helpful

As I read through previous reviews, I was shocked, as my experience is quite the opposite of what others have experienced. Every time I call or come in for something, I am talked to as though I'm incompetent and the biggest inconvenience they've ever experienced. As a woman, my biggest fear is being assumed as ignorant when trying to purchase parts or being taken advantage of. Sadly, Myrtle Creek Napa is always big on ensuring that I feel this way. Thankfully there are plenty of other parts stores in the area with a decent level of customer service skills that will gladly accept my business since this one clearly doesn't want to. Hopefully they receive some training in customer service skills soon.

The people working there are willing to go to great lengths to help in any way that they can. Great place to buy anything for cars or anything farm related.

Went to this store just during normal posted closing hours that were posted. 5:30 is the posted time to close. It was 5:28. Doors were locked with lights out. He refused to open tge door the he left through to back door and drove past us. Not good for the reputation of the company.

Horrible service Horrible place and now I have to wait 5 days for a refund!! Won't EVER recommend them to anyone! They could care less about the customer they act as if they are a burden on them by coming into the Store! I'll be watching my account for my refund believe that

Car wouldn't start after going into the store. Went back in and asked for a jump. Was told they were not able to help me. Ended up having to buy jumper cables and calling a friend.

Always seem to order wrong part, and overpriced because of reasons. No veterans discount, but AutoZone, and O'Reilly offer discounts.

The owner is rude! The employees that are shared with the Canyonville store are friendly and helpful, they are stores only saving grace. The owner gave me bad disrespectful attitude in front of other customer/employees when I had to return a brake rotor because he had sold me the wrong one, he said I should have told him the right size even though there is only one size for my make/model/year. I started using the internet and the chain stores in Roseburg as a result, the parts are better and so are the prices. As a person who has worked extensively in retail, I didn't appreciate the F U attitude.

Rude. I walked up to the counter and was greeted with a annoyed "What's up?" Immediately set the tone for my experience here. Would not take a debit payment over the phone, so I took my business to another parts store. This allowed me to obtain the clutch kit I needed for ten dollars cheaper and they took a debit payment via phone call. This Napa can kiss my ass....

I live about twenty miles from the nearest large(ish) city, so this NAPA store is really the only big-chain car parts store in town. Prices are reasonable here, and they usually have what I need for my vehicle. At my recent visit, I was told they don't provide free code-reading services. You'll either have to purchase a code reader or go to a bigger city with an AutoZone or O'Reilly's. If you have children and you don't regularly swear at home, you may want to keep them in the car or at home when visiting here as the language sometimes gets a bit salty within the store.

I was really appalled when i needed a part and told them i was broke down at a truckstop one mile away. I informed them I was disabled and my car was broke down and I was traveling and had no way to get there but they would not bring me the part although I've sat here all day and watch their delivery drivers come to the McDonald's drive-thru right next to me several times but they won't drop off a part to a disabled person broke down. I will never ever shop at Napa again.
