DJ Wheeler towed my car late at night after I was in a pretty scary wreck. He arrived quickly, got the car on the towbed, and drove me home safely with no further damage to my vehicle. Beyond that, DJ was professional, friendly, and extremely empathetic to my situation. He made a challenging and emotional event feel less awful with his care and personality. I can't say enough to express how thankful I am. I highly suggest this company and DJ.

Dj was absolutely amazing, had my vehicle on the deck in matter of 5 minutes tied down and ready to go! Will absolutely be recommending these guys to friends and family.

I had car problems and no steering, no brakes, pulled off the freeway and needed to get towed. This company ended up pulling off due to a cancellation they had and they ended up helping me. These guys were so nice, I felt so bad because they had to wait for my ride to get there, but they wouldn't let me stand there alone. I will use this company in the future, hopefully I won't have to, but if I do, I will definitely use this company. They also took pictures of my car so that way if something happened to my car from the time they picked it up and dropped it off or until the mechanic shop got to it, they would know where the damage happened at. Most importantly, this is a family owned business and they didn't charge me a fortune like some of these other places wanted to charge, they are very affordable. They were a blessing in disguise!!

My car broke down at 4 am on a Sunday around 130 miles away from home. DJ was the only man to answer the call to action. He was an incredible driver and was super friendly the whole drive. I’m very glad that he was the one to help me out, and I would definitely recommend Loughead’s if you need a tow

On our way home from California to Seattle, our 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio died out on I-5N in Oregon. We managed to park our car about 10' off the actual freeway road line. Called AAA roadside assistance and DJ from Loughead Towing showed up. We were not able to get the car in Neutral to ease the towing process. However, DJ, with tons of experience managed to use "tow skates", on gravel, and a lot of "finesse" to get our car onto the flatbed. He explained the process and the reasons, every step of the way. The nearest certified mechanic was 134 miles away in Milwaukee, OR. DJ is AMAZING!! His professionalism, experience, and excellent customer service made this day much more bearable. Thank you DJ for all that you do. And Congratulations on your engagement!! We appreciate you!!

My daughter and I were heading to Ashland from Portland to attend the Shakespearean Theater performances this weekend when we experienced a problem with her 2016 Hyundai Sonata. We had stopped in Canyonvillle to refuel and realized that the car was idling roughly and then the malfunction engine light came on. After making several phone calls to a Hyundai dealership, and also to my daughter's mechanic in Portland , we determined that it was not a good or safe idea to travel any further south to Ashland. After contacting Triple A, we heard from DJ, a driver from Loughead's Automotive, who came down from Eugene and loaded the car onto the tow truck, for the drive back to Portland. Throughout the 196 mile drive north, both my daughter and I felt totally comfortable as DJ is an extremely safe driver. He is also very polite and personable and we thoroughly enjoyed good conversation with him. He mentioned to us that one of the many reasons he really likes being employed by Loughead's is their work ethics and small family business ideals. My family has strong values in this regard also so we seem to all be on the same page, which is refreshing.

YoSHi came Feb. 10 and hauled my ailing pickup to get repaired. He was friendly, helpful, professional and very efficient. I was very impressed with the quality and speed of his work. Sorry that it took me so long to figure out how to leave this review.

I can't recommend Loughead's Automotive & Towing (AAA) enough! When my tire unexpectedly picked up a nail from construction being done in the area, I was in a tough spot. From the moment I called, Yoshi's service was exceptional. He was incredibly helpful and understanding, quickly getting my location and providing a realistic ETA. It's not always easy to get a service provider in the middle of the night but he arrived exactly when promised, and he was absolutely fantastic. Yoshi saved the day! After my tire blew on the freeway, he helped make sure I was safe and had me get in his truck with AC. He was respectful and kind and made sure I had everything I needed at the tire center before he left. I would recommend this towing company anytime!

We hit a deer and need a tow badly. Yoshi showed up to help but unfortunately wasn’t able to fit our sprinter on his flatbed, BUT he called in some help and stayed with us to make sure we were safe until help arrived. Super nice guy who knows what he’s doing. Thanks so much!

Another tow company driver chickened out when he saw our steep driveway. Then up comes intrepid Yoshi from Loughead’s, and he really knows his stuff! Despite the steepness of our driveway, there are also sharp turns in a limited space to get to our disabled car, but he did it! We were so impressed because, besides being so competent, he’s also a really nice human being!

We had just purchased a 1977 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud II in Santa Rosa, CA, and were driving to our home in Lake Oswego, OR, when we developed engine trouble. It was shortly before noon. We had only gotten as far as Roseburg, OR. We called the number for our roadside assistance provider, AAA. They sent us a tow truck from Loughead’s Automotive and Towing. Our driver, YoSHi, explained that we were 168 miles from home and that AAA would only cover the first 100 miles. He then went over our obligation for the remaining 68 miles. We agreed to the terms and our journey home began. YoSHI recognized that it was close to lunchtime and offered to drive us to a roadside market where we could get a sandwich for our long drive home. He then spent the following 168 miles in pleasant, engaging conversation with us. By the time we reached Lake Oswego we felt like we had made a new friend. Upon reaching home, YoSHi gently unloaded the Rolls in a safe spot with easy access for the next leg of its journey to our local British automotive repair shop. A vehicle breakdown is never a pleasant experience, but the excellent customer service we received from YoSHi has made us enthusiastic supporters of Loughead’s Automotive & Towing.

We had 2 flat tires and called AAA for a tow and they said a tow truck would be there in 60-90 minutes. The tow truck driver Yoshi called immediately and he was there in less than 20 mins. He took our car to the tire shop and did a night drop-off and took care of everything for us. Big shout out to Yoshi for excellent service.....

My car died as I was driving on a busy street and was able to pull off the road and wait for AAA to send a driver. I was notified when Yoshi became available and was on the way. Even though it took awhile, he arrived and quickly and professionally loaded up my car and myself and got me to my destination. He was very polite and friendly and explained he had been the only tow truck in the area and was working double time on many tows. I expressed how appreciative I was of his hard work, diligence, and professionalism. I would be very glad to have him tow my vehicle again.

YoSHi was great!! Very friendly kind and respectful towards me and my sister who got stuck in the freeway. He was very cheerful and funny and the ride felt short even though it was still a long way to my destination. Thank you so much for your service. I submitted a service request through AAA and Loughead’s was assigned to assist me. I had the pleasure of meeting one of their wonderful tow truck drivers by the name of Yoshi. We had a pleasant chat about life and he made me feel comfortable that my vehicle was in good hands. He loaded up quickly while taking pictures and then he was off! I feel like in recent years good Customer Service has been steadily declining and the lack of human connection is rising. This experience had none of those qualities. I’d be happy to use Loughead’s again in the future!

My car needed to be towed to my house after having some electrical issues. AAA took 3+ hours to send someone out (not these guys' fault.) Yoshi was great! He was able to lighten the mood in a stressful situation, got the job done quickly, and stayed until he was sure I was ok and didn't need anything else. Highly recommend, especially being a woman alone at night.

Driving south on I-5, our car engine died. AAA dispatched Yoshi from Loughead's Towing to tow it the remaining 85 miles to my mom's house. He arrived in the time he said he would, introduced himself, worked quickly to load our car on his truck (even taking care with our shy, little old dog behind the driver's seat), and helped us feel safe. My son and I then had an enjoyable conversation with Yoshi, who is also an excellent driver. He was also very patient as we tried to work out where to unload our car. Thank you!

Yoshi from Loughead’s Towing has come to our rescue on two different occasions, both times for cars parked at home that wouldn’t start and needed towing to the dealer. He was amazing, getting up our long winding driveway, loading up the car(s), and getting them safely to the dealer…all done with a cheerful attitude. If possible, I would ask AAA to send him for any future towing needs! Highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of getting Yoshi thru Triple A. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. He got our locked car unlocked and jumped our dead battery within minutes of arriving, while also providing genuine conversation and efficiency. Would definitely recommended this towing service.
