Great folks with a can-do attitude. Had several companies refuse to help because an RV was involved. These guys said "we have a guy with tools and know-how lets get you going" he came right out and got me on the road again quickly and safely then went up the road to help someone else who broke down within sight of us.

Wouldn’t believe the negative reviews, they towed my car that was involved in accident and helped me retrieve what I needed out of it before I found out it was totaled. I forgot to grab the gps tracker out of it but everyone I dealt with was very friendly.

Honest group of folks, I stopped by to grab my personal belongings after a wreck, all my power tools, expensive custom knives, work gear were all there, not a single thing missing. They spent some time trying to assist me in opening the tailgate but we couldnt and gave me advice not to go too far as to damage anything to make sure insurance covers. I had a great experience with them!

If this could be -1 star it would be. This company deserves no stars. I had my car towed by them while stuck in the middle of an ice storm. Had to call around to find out who took it, when I finally found the company the guy was so abusive. Like, I was a single woman, by myself ina really bad weather situation and not only did his company make it worse, I had to pay 1200 to get my vehicle back after they took it and only had it for one night. You're in a bad situation if these guys are involved. And save your mean reply, dude. Clearly I'm not the only one this has happened to.

This place was a big help when someone crashed into us during very snowy conditions. They we're on the scene shortly and facilitated the wrecked truck to their place.

There is a good reason this company has a 3 star rating. Just like others have said, Bill rude and unprofessional. Would not use them again. I have a company and work with many other companies that need towing services frequently and I will definitely steer them far away from this company.

My car was towed by Cascade Towing. It was a poor situation for me. I kept in touch with Bill and let him know my progress on getting my situation better so I could get my car back. He was gruff at first, considering the normal phone calls he probably gets, but he seemed to understand my plight. I went got my car back yesterday, and met up with Skyler. He was very courteous and prompt for our meeting. Bill worked with me extensively to help me out and I appreciate it. He even saved me a lot of money. Skylar was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I will definitely give them a call if I were to need the services they provide.

Bill was fricken AMAZING!!!! He saved us a ton of money!! Very understanding very patient and super nice. BEST customer service I've seen in a while!! I would highly recommend cascade towing. He saved us $1500+ on towing and storage fees. WHAT a big blessing 🙌 🙏 he was. Big shout out to BILL. He's the MAN!!!!!

The sheriff arranged for my car to be towed, which was fair enough. However, they chose Cascade Towing and Automotive, which lead to a terrible experience. When I reached the owner, his attitude matched the negative reviews you see here. I asked for the location of my car, only to be told to call back when I had $600 in cash. The price was exorbitant. I was instructed to make an appointment to collect my car while I was just 30 minutes away, yet he refused to disclose which of his 4 lots it was at. After enduring several minutes of the owner berating me, he begrudgingly provided the address and abruptly hung up. It appears from other reviews that the owner accepts no accountability for such poor experiences. Despite his dismissive replies, I feel compelled to share my own experience. The sheriff's office should reconsider using this company in the future. To anyone else who has to deal with this owner, I sympathize. On a positive note - the employee who towed my vehicle was professional and helpful.

Honestly, reviews do not do this guy justice. My mother in law(74) was ran into and off the road on 224, totalling out her vehicle. We called AAA and waited for over an hour with no response time estimated. Finally we googled and found him. He arrived within 15 minutes, got the car (inoperable) up on the bed and was back on the road with another 10. Suggested where to take it too and walked us through the "what nexts". To top it off, we are in a heat wave with temps reaching 104. More than impressed with his attitude, efficiency and guidance.

Who I could assume was the owner was so rude got in my face aggressively and was yelling at me calling me a crack head while my children watched. There was a misunderstanding and he had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my husband to arrive ( gps directed you to a different place and my husband couldn’t find it) he got inpatient and Threatened to take my truck back to the tow yard after I could only give him $800 I ran to the nearest atm and payed him once he got his money he unloaded my truck witch we agreed he load and told me that was a “Me” problem. He drove off without giving me my receipt I then called him and asked for it he said he didn’t fell safe (lol laughable) I am 4’10 and weight 113 pounds . I drove 3.5 hours here after having my truck stolen and impounded to this tow yard. I payed an extra $60 after hours fee for him to help me total came out to $1200. After a terrible experience he only made things worse and I would never recommend this company. This person is poor excuse of a business owner. Take your service elsewhere. Edit to respond to person who replied to my review. The owner should seek out help his anger outburst made my kids scared he was in my face yelling, he was so wound up when he was getting in the tow truck and fell straight on his shin if that wasn’t karma! Like I said don’t let this company fool you they are unprofessional, aggressive and honestly scary!

If I could, I would give these guys no stars. The Clackmas county Sandy Police department recommended us to call this towing company to get our car towed after an accident. When we went to these guys the next day to get our car back they asked us for $920 for towing it for less than 10miles and storing it for a night. When we asked him to reduce the price since this was daylight robbery he gave us all the reasons for justifying the charge such as after hours etc etc, finally he asked us to pay him $500 and give him the title of our car. I am sure they are going to reply to this review saying how baseless it is or whatever. I don’t care. All I want is people to know how bad an experience we had. I would never recommend them to anyway.

This company was great to work with. My car got towed here from an accident, and the next day, I called to get it released for my insurance. They couldn't release it because it had a hold from the sheriff for expired registration. Well, they went above and beyond to tell me exactly who to call and what to say to get it released immediately and it worked. It got released, and they accommodated my time to come get my stuff out of the car before my insurance came and got it since it was totaled. I understand the bad reviews on here, but most people that are leaving them are already mad at their situation, but it's not the tow companies' fault that your car is in there. Be calm and collected when you're dealing with a situation like these, and you will get better results

I haven’t do any business with this Tow company BUT my husband and I have a towing company as well in the other side of town and I was feeling pretty sad and disappointed in sometimes customers leave bad reviews for no reason or not even saying the truth, after reading the anserw of this tow company give me so much peace of mind! No business should be feeling less for the reviews , as towers we always the bad guys but never the client thinks that “we save your vehicle” “we save you for been on the street or freeway” etc. keep doing what you doing and thank you for the sample of the reply's! Love it! And without even get service you guys rock!

I read the reviews on this company. They are very very RUDE. I called to ask them a few questions. They wouldn't give me a straight answer. Just the run around. I highly suggest finding a different company to get service from. Because they don't know how to be customer friendly. So do yourself a favor and find a real tow company. I would pay more money rather then use this company. I give them a zero for customer service. A negative 5 Star.

These people are rude and must hate his job. I tried to ask a few questions and he called me ignorant and rude. What a joke. Whoever answered your phone is the reason you have such poor reviews. To The response: You were professional with my wife. I called to ask a simple follow up question and you immediately started cutting me off. I didn't the same question she did but you couldn't be bothered after telling her were responsible for the vehicle financially. You were wrong or lied. My question is did he produce a title in his name to release it? I found out the answer was yes after spending my lunch at the DMV. So again you're a joke and if you indeed are the owner people should be worried about doing business with you.

Car died on highway 212 in Boring. Called Cascade and reported my location, condition and requested service. Got dispatched to Skyler who called me back almost instantly, verified my location and said he would be there in 15 minutes. Sure enough, 14 minutes later he showed up, spent a good 10 minutes attempting to charge my battery and jump start my vehicle, but it was dead. Quoted me a reasonable flat tow fee to get home, hooked me up quick, got me home and got the vehicle parked in the driveway. No mileage or dispatch fees. Pretty good for 9:30 on a Sunday morning.

I was victim of having my pickup stolen. With the help of Bill. I was able to recover my personal items. At no charge for storing my items. Until I was able to get to his yard that the things where stored. I didn’t have a vehicle there so no storage of a vehicle was stored or been recovered. This tow company is fare and reasonable in giving back. Thanks Cascade Towing.

I was involved in auto accident and the towing company that my insurance sent out was a few hours out from arriving and Cascade towing had already shown up . I asked them if they could tow my car at accident scene and they did . The owner did a great job of helping me out and and answering the The questions I had .

Worst service ever. My truck got stuck in the snow storm recently with a dead starter, and they pulled out my car without asking, and then billed me $466 to release it from their impound yard they asked me to pay in cash and wouldn't accept card. When I showed up with twenty bills to pay, I asked them for change for the remainder, and they laughed and said no change, taking $480 instead of the amount I was billed for. Absolute thieves.

Nathan (the driver) picked me up and towed me home. Super responsive, polite, and fast. Great price compared to other companies. Also, put up with me after I cancelled the tow then had to dispatch again because my car died a mile after giving me false hope. Highly recommend.

Most customers aren’t happy or enjoyable to deal with from the start so I’ll take some of these reviews with a grain of salt. My wrecked vehicle was towed less than a mile from the accident scene and the owner answered my call the next day at 6am. Communication was frequent and quick. Special accommodations were made for me to pick up my vehicle at my own convenience. I’ve dealt with other tow companies in the past and had a much worse experience. These drivers don’t have the obligation to be courteous when they’re yelled at daily for just doing thier job. Does it suck? Yes! But a little patience and kind tone goes a long ways with this company. Be kind- it’s free!

Good luck dealing with this towing company. I had my release form also the money to release my car from the lot. They told me if I delete my bad review on their page they will tow the car to a repair for free and help me with the "GAP coverage" since my car is total and their goal is for me to "not pay them a dime." The whole time they ended just holding my car stalling time now past months so they can charge me when I could've gotten my car out within 4 days of hold and had the money up front. Bill and especially the guy Mike are the biggest lying scums you'd ever meet. They will act like they are the hardest workers but will hang up on you over the phone and lie to you saying they will help you and deny it later when you confront them about it. Worst customer service I had experience.

All of the staff I dealt with were wonderful. The driver that rescued me when I wrecked my car was extremely nice. When I went back to pick up somethings out of my car, the driver that met me there was extremely nice as well. 5 stars all around.

RUDEST, POOREST CUSTOMER'S SERVICE I have ever witnessed. If I can give them a ZERO, I would. My insurance company dispatched them to have my car towed to my home after an accident. I was instructed to leave my vehicle and go home. I was never told who was towing my car. Needless to say, the car never arrived to my home. To Cascade's credit, they were given the wrong contact phone number, so they were not able to reach me. But trying to explain this to "Bill" was like talking to a brainless wall. He refused to listen and kept interrupting me. He scolded me for not being with my car and that I should have contacted my "automobile club" instead of him. In the end, he hung up on me and never bothered to take my number or the address to deliver it to. After reading multiple bad reviews, it is obvious this company has an "attitude" problem. Their responses to poor reviews are that of a company who isn't focused on expanding their business. I wouldn't be surprised if Cascade make their money racking up storage fees instead of doing any actual business. They certainly are not making money on return business.

Can’t say enough about this company ! My car died at my daughters appointment. I called multiple places that were not helpful . My driver was beyond professional, on time and got me home! This company truly cares about their customers .

The owner Bill and the manager, and driver Mike are absolutely amazing. I would never call anyone else. Quick response time, but also they care about your safety and well being. They will get the job done quick and right but also take the time to make sure youre okay. I dont think they could possibly make getting towed any nicer or easier on your wallet and mental health. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!
