Literally useless. You try and call no one answers you can get a call back but it takes 2 days. But you go in and they are just chillin on thier phones like why can no one answer my call then? Drive 30 mins cuz no one answers the phone. Can’t go in yourself and pull any parts. Asked him for a couple of vehicles and he looks at the pictures and goes ehh hard to tell and I’m like yeah can Somone go look for me? He says no. I asked how people usally get parts like that then. He tells me straight up that people usually buy brand new parts for thier cars. I asked him what the point of a junk yard is then and he didn’t have an answer for me. Will never be back. Had a terrible experience at the Eugene location also. Do better business hire better employees and teach them how to do their jobs.
What a joke. They wanted 65$ for a master power switch for an 06 Grand Cherokee. Those cost 18$ brand new on Amazon with free returns. Of course I didn't pay their ridiculous prices. I will never shop with these guys again. Marketplace is way better!! They pay 2 or 300$ for a car and then sell stuff for more than the new price! No thanks!
Highly recommend this yard,stopped by for a few parts for a Silverado of mine,Hugo helped me out with direction in finding what I needed ,had the parts in the yard,great people down there.

Absolute worst place ive dealt with. Parts were not ready when i purchased and told me “well your going to have to get a hotel.” Confirmation number stares nothing about waiting to get parts pulled or scheduling for pickup. Called customer service and when ask to speak with a manager they hung up. Absolute worst business ive dealt with do not buy. Buyer beware
I feel completely misled and disappointed. I placed an order for an engine from a 2022 Subaru Impreza (Order #: W11-6664-9424), which was supposed to have only 18,392 miles on it, according to the Carfax report.
When I picked up the order, I later discovered they gave me a completely different engine—from a 2020 Impreza with 121,864 miles. That’s a huge difference and not even close to what I paid for.
What’s worse is that the original engine I ordered is still listed as available on their website. I feel cheated and let down by this experience.
Be very careful doing business here—double-check everything and don’t assume you’ll get what you actually paid for.
A very bad disassembly, I ordered the part, paid for everything, they took my phone number and told me to come in a few days and pick up the part. I arrived on the appointed day, and they tell me that my order was canceled because the type of detail turned out to be bad, they didn't notify me about it in any way, and now I have to wait another 2 weeks for a refund... I am very unhappy with their service.
Today I went to BNR and went all over looking for this part and could not find it anywhere. I show up and find out they happen to have one car I need and Moises showed me exactly where it was and was a great help on a stressful day, thank you Moises. The world is a better place with you.
Was told on the phone they had a transmission on the shelf ready to go out the door for my vehicle I show up get charged right away then get told I have to wait until the next day in order to get it then I come back next day and they broke it an now have to order one so I get told it will be here on 3 days it’s been 3 days now I get told it will be here in 3 more days… the point is they were quick to charge me for a part that wasn’t even actually on there shelf.. now I’m out waiting over a week for something i could’ve got somewhere else immediately like they stated I could’ve here at B&R an to top it off the only option I got was to cancel the order and get charged a %20 restocking fee. Definitely never buying something from these guys again…
For U pull it parts they charge premium pricing and the front counter is slow. They do have a decent selection of vehicles to get parts from, but make sure you can't buy it new for less.
Ordered a transmission here took my money right away and said it would arrive in 2 weeks, 2 weeks have gone by I give them a call and seth said it still hasn’t been removed/pulled. Unfortunately I will not be recommending anyone to this place because last time I pulled a transmission only took me a couple hours not 2 weeks.

The best salvage yard I've ever been to. No hassle entry. Ivan was really helpful, gave me the location to every part I needed exactly. Got all the parts I needed at an awesome price. Great customer service overall. 10/10 would salvage again.
Very satisfied with the service and quality of the part I needed from the yard at Boring, Oregon.
Their call center could use some improvements, and you can't directly call the local yard.
Overall though, my experience was very positive.
Okay, I just left here. this place is so awesome. I showed up 30 minutes before closing and they shut the yard down an hour before close but Ivan is a doll and, still let me in cause he knew we would be quick. Then the yard worker, John D. led me right to each vehicle I was looking at and I got the part that ive been struggling to find. Love this place. I will be going back for all of my other parts in the future.

Never an issue with them. The parts are what you get “used” so make sure to check miles . Very large quantities of cars. Stock rotates often. I Always get great deals here and I always will come back! Thank you BNR Boring!! Keep up the great work!
