Absolutely unprofessional behavior from Brittany Dryden. She openly discussed a local persons matters with people while I was standing there, in front of other customers in the store. It was humiliating and completely inappropriate for a business setting.
On top of that, she interfered with business account information without proper authorization, creating unnecessary problems instead of helping. It felt intrusive and irresponsible.
If you value privacy, professionalism, and respect, this was not it.
I was in the store today to buy some fuel hose. The guy helping me came back with the wrong size after cutting 15 feet. I figured I'd just buy that as well as the size I needed after he told me it was a dollar a foot. After ringing me up for the 15 feet I needed and the other 15 feet I didn't need it came to $150. After questioning why it was so much, I was told that he accidentally had me on the employee pricing and not customer pricing at 5 dollars a foot. That sure is a huge mark up for the customer and 5 dollars a foot for 3/8 rubber hose is crazy. I like the people that work there but I'm going to have to be pretty desperate before I go back. It's $22 for 20 feet on Amazon for the same stuff.
Eric needs to learn some customer service or I'm going to teach it to him. Talks disrespectful to me and my wife. Then my son also. No help just attitude about it. Lucky I dont know you buddy!
The front spoiler of my minivan was damaged on the giant potholes on 101 and by the time we got to Philomath, was dragging on the ground. Brent was kind, so helpful, and zip-tied it together so that I could drive back up the freeway. His reassurance and patience were very much appreciated!
Best people ever. Got stuck on the side of the road and called to prepare a part. They had it ready to go when i got there and helped me out so much with tools and a jump. Great people and very hard working. THANK YOU GUYS!
Philomath, Napa auto parts is very good also dependable and knowledgeable about auto parts and such. Their quality of parts, oils and whatever else is overall top of the auto parts stores of any other. The location in what area of town in Philomath is as good as any at this point as too being close to most ?? Of the automotive repair shops in Philomath as also for those of whom ?? Do tires, wheels - business within city limits in town unless go little farther out towards at Mid valley tire, not too far. The Philomath Napa auto parts is totally great business as for coverage on warranty and replacements and returns and sales, course. Highly recommend if ever needing to deal with an Auto parts store then please consider trying Philomath, Napa auto parts. The young man (David?) at the counter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us get the busted headlight on our Honda Odyssey replaced. I know it's not part of his job but he did it anyway. Many thanks.
Extremely knowledgeable staff that are all super friendly. They have helped me order parts and find the right tool for doing work that I am in no way qualified to do. It's a name Brand store so expect name brand prices, but the customer service from the employees makes it more than a fair price.
Very helpful staff! My alternator went out (midway through a 5 hour trip home) and through the help of a jump start, I was able to pull my truck into their parking lot. My dad and I pulled the old alternator out, and not only did they let us use a store-use tool, but they also let us grab the tools we needed and buy it all together at the end! Considering I walked in the door about 8 times, I am very grateful for their help. The folks behind the counter were very friendly.
Unhelpful customer service...will never shop there again..you would think in a small town they would be wanting to keep all the customers they can. We went up the street to the other auto parts store and they were very friendly and helpful..found our go to for auto parts for sure ..
On our way to Albany from Newport we had to change an alternator in Philomath in the rain. Luckily we were only 2 blocks from the Napa store. No matter how many trips we made for parts or tools they were helpful, friendly and humorous. They were the bright spot on our trip!
Very friendly, fast customer service and very knowledgeable. I live 40 plus miles from here and will go out of my way to come here before the one in my own town.
This is a small town NAPA Auto Parts Store where the people behind the counter know just about everybody that walks through the door and if they don't know them they'll get to know them. What a great place. I wasn't in here for specific parts so I can't say as to how their turnaround time on Parts orders are, but they changed my windshield wiper blades because hubby and I couldn't figure it out and I appreciate that a great deal.
