My car locked itself with the keys inside…running! A safety feature that failed! A glitch that had me late for work. Charlie’s towing, showed up asap. Carlos came and unlocked my car! I managed to lock myself out of my car while at work. Once i made the call he was on site in under 20min. He was able to get me back up and rolling in under 10min once he got on site. He was really friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend them.

Hi all, just got my van running again, thanks to Big Bob. He was awesome from both friendliness to helpfulness in getting my dead battery fixed. We went with a new battery and I’m good to go again, as long as I don’t play the radio too long without the van running.
John was amazing! My ball joint broke and my car was not mobile, it was in a spot that was not easy to move.
John accessed the situation and figured out how to load my car without causing further damage, and towed me to the nearest Les Schwab.
