Fishy, maybe even fraud. Told me they had the engine I needed and once I paid for it, they called me to tell me they couldn't find it on the shelf. But OF COURSE, there was another option FOR MORE MONEY, with MORE MILES, that had coincidentally the same parts broken as the one I had originally ordered (timing cover)... hmm. I said no, unless they were willing to warranty it for 1 year to which they said they couldn't lose money like that. They "found" another option out of another location that was further from me. They said that this one had less miles and they'd do the same price as the original. The catch was that it would take 2-3 additional weeks to get it. I stupidly agreed, just to be called today, almost 2 weeks later, that the engine had no compression. I even told the rep, jordan I believe, that was too many coincidences,something was fishy, he seemed unphased. Almost as if they do this often. Now I'm waiting to get my money back. Money is still not in my account.
I guve it 3 stars because the time it took to get to me was crazy,but the service from Kyle was amazing. He was helpful and friendly as hell. I recommend if your going to go through them make sure ur not on a time crunch.
Had a warranty issue with on of there parts they sent us a replacement quickly and paid for the labor and additional needed items quickly. very responsive to calls and emails highly recommend if you are in need of quality parts

Drove all the way up to Corvallis from Springfield only to find out you can't access the yard unless you're an employee. The website said absolutely nothing about that every other b&r was pick and pull. If you're gonna change the rules at least tell people on the website and not just have a note on your door. I'll be sticking with the Eugene location from now on.

I needed a passenger fender for my 2010 Ford Edge. I found a color matched one on the B&R site. When I called Brandon Peters answered and helped me with my initial purchase. Brandon was super helpful and cool to talk to. He made the process super easy. I needed the fender shipped to Washington and he took care of all the details. I got the fender a couple days later. When I went to install the fender it turned out it was wrong. Totally my fault. I didn't do the research to find out that the fender changed slightly from 2010 to 2011. Again my fault. Called Brandon and.eplained the situation. He immediately started checking the website and found the exact fender. He ordered up I swapped them out at the Graham location and took it home and installed it with no problems. Brandon was amazing. Super helpful and super easy to work with. I highly recommend Brandon and the crew down at B&R in Oregon. Made my situation super easy.
B&R has been my go to for the last 6 years. I always feel comfortable installing transmissions and engines from these guys because I feel like they do a good job inspecting and making sure the part is for your specific vehicle. Shipping is always super fast also and they always seem to have what I’m looking for.
For the last two years, I've been buying used auto parts, I used to call LKQ, but not anymore. Now, I make sure to call ZEPHYR at B&R before I call anyone else. ZEPHYR is a very nice guy and very professional. Every time I need an auto part, he always goes the extra mile to find that specific part for me. I have been working with Brandon regarding a part for my work truck, and I wanted to share my concerns. The delivery of the part has been delayed for a week and a half now. Initially, Brandon placed me on hold for 15 minutes, which I completely understand, as in-store transactions can take time. He apologized for the wait, which I appreciated. However, after our conversation, he promised to call me back with an update on the delivery, but I never received that call.
This lack of follow-through feels unprofessional, especially considering we have a truck out of commission that directly impacts our business. It’s frustrating, as your company specializes in selling parts, and we were told the part would be delivered the next day. Now, with a week and a half gone by, we are still waiting. It is challenging to recommend your company when my experience has been so disappointing. I hope to see improvements in communication and service in the future.
Bought a quarter panel for me 2023 Toyota Tacoma. Justin was very professional and very pleased with their service. Will definitely recommend buying parts from this location. They were very transparent with pictures and returning calls. Highly recommend!
B&R does a great job taking care of thier customers. I have been working with Dakota for a few years now and the level of service is unmatched. Always going the extra mile and I would recommend B&R to anyone.
Prices are quite reasonable, and it's easy to find quality spare parts. However, there is an issue with their service. They often fail to deliver parts at the promised time. Additionally, when they claim they will call you, they neither return calls nor respond when you try to reach them. It’s only when you visit the shop in person and provide your work order number that they acknowledge your request and ask you to wait while they retrieve the part.
I used to own a body shop a number of years ago. At that time, I had been to and ordered from every wrecking yard in Pierce County. My first experience with B & R in Graham, WA, was excellent. Since I no longer had the contracts I used to have, I thought I had found a business that would take care of me. I was totally wrong. My second experience was a nightmare. I drove half an hour out there with a wheel I needed to replace. I left it with them. A week later it i drove all the back out there to pick it up. Once back home, I found it was not quite the same design. Not that big of a deal for a 20 year old car. It was close enough
It would have been better than the spare. However, it was marked the wrong size. I needed 15.5 but this was 16.5. In the meantime the car got totaled by a stolen truck. So I brought it back. They could obviously see it was wrong. I was supposed to get a refund to my credit card, but months later never got it. I also asked about an emergency brake for my farm truck. During all these attempted contacts, they never call back. How can you run a business like this. Word of mouth will make or break you in business.
I ordered a part 3 weeks ago an easy part mind you. They gave me the run around, and when they told me my part was ready, I showed up and told me they didn't know where it was, after 20min they only found one of the two parts... They could see my frustration and absolutely did not care, their puller was highly unprofessional and basically dumped the part and said well call you when your other part is ready... It's been 4 days still nothing... The party I need is a leaf spring and I can't install it until I have the second part what good does one do when you need two...
April at B&R in Corvallis went over and above to help me! She made sure I received all of the parts I needed, and even had them bagged separately and labeled! She was responsive, knowledgeable and helpful in identifying exactly what parts would fit my Tahoe. Thanks April! I'll definitely be back.
There are not enough good things to say about Zephyr. I have been using him for years and he is always attentive and is able to get me accurate parts, plus he is quick to respond. Whenever I need parts for newer cars and even my 1980's Mustang, Zephyr is the only one I trust will get me what I need!

I was looking for a very specific paint color trunk lid for my Acura TSX for over 6 months and I finally found it at B & R. These guys were great and their team worked with me diligently to make sure it was packed extremely well and arrived at my door in perfect condition! I wasn't expecting it to come with all the lights, wiring, etc but it actually did! I'm very happy with the part and the experience!

B&R Auto Wrecking: Owner asked for my order number to address service issues, but it's been 1 month of silence. Disappointed by the lack of action and follow-up after my cooperation. Their commitment to customer service seems to be lacking. Additionally, their prices for broken parts are outrageously high, adding to the overall negative experience.
Very helpful. First time at a wrecking yard in many years. Vehichels very easy to find. Prices seem fair after calling a few places. Helpful tip the vehicals have their location spraypainted on the window, so you know exactly where they are.
Yesterday, I bought a battery here for a pretty decent price. However, when I asked for a battery with a specific group size I was told, "The batteries are over there". I asked for help finding the right battery and the guy replied, "I don't really know about the batteries." So I went over to the stack of batteries and spent a long period of time trying to hunt down the right battery. As I was searching, I overheard the guy who refused to help me, making a personal phone call to one of his friends that were going to be borrowing his dad's truck and whatnot for the day. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I usually don't have any issues shopping and doing business with B&R Auto Wrecking and I typically get my car parts for really good prices here. I have been a repeat customer with them for many years however this experience has really left a sour taste in my mouth.
My 17 year old son had all four wheels stolen off his Honda Civic just two days after bringing it home. Larry Rhodes at B&R offered up his companies services to find new wheels for him. Within just hours we received these excellent replacements which got my son back on the road with a minimum of fuss. The wheels we received were cleaned up and in really good condition. I am so grateful to have such a good company here in Corvallis. I also learned that when they had a fire earlier in the year, B&R made a huge effort to make sure their employees kept their jobs. No one got laid off. A business that can keep track of their inventory so competently as well as being compassionate for the trials of the customers is a business I happily support.
Update: B&R responded to a request to lift the car to put on the new wheels quickly and professionally. Exceedingly affordable rate as well as polite, courteous service. It was a nice touch that he wanted to make sure the car would start before he left.
