Horrible and RUDE Customer service!!! I called to get a Rack & Pinion and spoke to Lane he said they had it in stock. I called back after talking with my customer to see if they could offer a 90 day warranty instead of the 30 days he told me to hold and then came back on the phone and he said the steering racks are finicky and changed his mind about selling me the part and HUNG UP!!! Dont waste your time with Jim's Auto Salvage!!!
Called in to see availability of a part. They stayed open for me to get the part, with hospitality. Was out of a bind because of their desire to help. Also saved a bundle getting used, reliable parts. They removed, and inspect. Great place to do business.
I called them and let them know I was out of state trying to do business with them on a part I was looking for and the person that answered the phone said to me you can't find this part any closer?... Horrible person to have answering your phones along with bad business.
Horrible people plus the owner I purchased a transmission and it went out on me in one month I tried to get my money back but the owner wouldn’t instead he only give me 50% of my money didn’t even try to replace the Faulty transmission they give me
It's been awhile since I've been to a salvage yard but I was pleasantly surprised when we stopped in. We didn't even have to go pull the part ourselves. If I need another part I can't find I'll head back over.
Bud up here is just great!! He's one of the best guys out here. He's fantastic. He's been nothing but patient with me. He's been very friendly with me over the phone. Give this man a raise!!! Good pricing. They have a giant yard full of cars. I drove up from OKC. They had the entire set of body parts I was looking for but didn't offer a really good feeling discount since I had to drive from the city.
