Top notch customer service. Financed a tym 2400h. Was super fast, easy, and great finance rate. Chris answered all questions and was very knowledgeable of what he is selling. Service department was great. They were able to prep the tractor and install a box blade same day before the snow storm hit. After snow melted, I called the parts department and spoke with Zach, I was wanting to get all the filters for the 50 hour service. He said, “we should have all in stock.” Told him I will be there in about an hour. Upon arrival he had already looked up the serial number for my tractor and had all filters ready for me. We were in the market for a tractor for our property. After visiting our local dealers, we searched online and found The Tractor Yard. They had lots of options and bundles which fit what we needed. We contacted them, and Chris responded to each and every question we had. He helped us decide what would fit our needs while keeping us from wasting money on attachments that we didn’t need. We ultimately purchased a bundle with a trailer. Chris worked with us to schedule a delivery and we received our new tractor in a short time. My son bought a tractor here with farm implements and a trailer. He got a great deal. I’ve started looking for a tractor with a front loader & a brush hog. I only have $20,000 cash no more. Seems I can’t find a good one. This is all I can afford but I don’t want a piece of junk Surely I can find one.

The Tractor Yard is hands down the best dealer around! I run a small lawn care operation and they treated me like family. Mr. Chris Pena has helped me out tremendously and took the time to really help me find the mower that best fit my needs. He steered me in the direction of the Cub Cadet Prox model and let me tell you that has been the BEST mower I have ever used. What an absolute TANK. Bought a TYM T25 tractor from Chris Pena at the Tractor House. Was a great experience and they even delivered the tractor as promised.

The guy that is at the desk in parts and service is great! I bought a multi attachment echo powerhead. He told me if I have any problems to let him know couple weeks later something went wrong with the weedeater I came in today and he Got me all fixed up that Man needs a raise ?? thanks guys I’ll be back ?

I have had my tractor for about a year and half. So far its been a great tractor except my frontend loader arm buckled on me. I dont feel like I was lifting too much with it. After inspecting the damage you can see that the welds holding it together are just superficial. Very little penetration. The one star review is because I stopped by the tractor yard just to let them know the arms were poorly welded and that they might want to look into it. I knew I was out of my warranty and not expecting repair or replacement. But I did expect to be taken seriously and I felt like I was just blown off. We paid over $60,000 to this business for the tractor, trailer, backhoe, grapple, and box blade. I guess once they get your money they are done with you.

Chris and the guys at the tractor yard have been awesome. I am new to this tractor and had a small issue. Brought it in and they stayed late to get me all fixed up. That is the kind of customer service we need more of in this world. Happy customer!

Where to begin..... The price of the tractor and their packages are really good. They even delivered at an extremely reasonable rate the next day ! The customer service after the sale is where the 1 star comes from. When I decided to purchase the tractor my wife and I were approved and put $10,000.00 down towards the tractor. I sent the money at 11:35 a.m. for the down payment. The salesman sent my docs via DocuSign. I received docs from my bank to wire the money instantly. Signed and returned. The email with the Tractor yard docs never came through. I contacted the salesman constantly throughout the day asking if he figured out why the docs were not coming through, which clearly was not a main concern. That being said they already have my 10k, so my deal isn't important anymore. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result. The docs were not coming through. The salesman waited until 4 p.m. to realize that they were not going to send. The emailed the hard copy documents to me to sign. I do not have a printer in my vehicle. Sent them to my wife to print at work, she's already off. She had to go back to her job to print them, bring them home and sign them, then go back to her job to email them. I should have took the hint then but I really needed a tractor. The tractor was delivered the next day, which is impressive since I live 6 hours away. The delivery driver was an awesome guy to work with. Very professional and went over the tractor from front to back, in my opinion the best employee they have. I had to work the next few days and did not get to drive or enjoy the tractor. Today, 8/25/25 at 9:00 am, my dad picked the tractor up from my house to clear some land I had just purchased. When he tried to turn on the PTO it would not work. We checked all of the safety's and everything was correct. I contacted my salesman and told him about the problem. He said he would contact his service department and reach back out to me. Again I had to text him to see if anything was ever figured out. He was in absolutely no hurry to provide assistance with my problem. Finally at 12:54 p.m. I received a text message asking if my dad was still on the tractor and if they could call him from the service department. No sir he isn't. I'm not going to have him wait all day until it is convenient for the dealership to contact him. He is at home for the day. So after work today I get to go fix my brand new tractor. I am supposed to be going to my sons football practice. The service after the sale here is horrible. We know that a service technician can not fix something they can not see. The right thing to do would be to send someone out from a local shop to look at it and repair it. If they want to respond to this review and try to argue it I will be more than glad to attach screenshots from our conversation. I'm sure the words "interrupted by customers", "I'm the only salesman here today" will be used. Avoid this place like the plague.

My experience was excellent. Cris worked with me, and he got the tractor delivered (1000 miles) in a timely manner. I was very nervous making such a large purchase over the phone and internet. Cris made this very simple and easy. The delivery guy was on time and kept me updated on his progress. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, Cris and tractor yard!

Was loading my new mower and a salesman in a white ford just about burnt out while me and my son are standing in between our trailer and there inventory. He drove passed us on the throttle. He couldn’t have stopped if he had to. Very unsafe and dangerous. I then confronted the unsafe salesman. And he laughed at us. This is highly unprofessional. We will not be returning to this place for anything. The service employee said his name was Shane.

After many calls and visits to dealers in my area and hearing the same story about the lack of availability or extended lead time, I reached out to The Tractor Yard. Shout out to Brock at Rockhill Farms for the recommendation. Chris could not have been any more help with his knowledge, responsiveness, and communication. These guys are 700 miles away and I could not be any more pleased with their customer service. I highly recommend giving Chris a call if you are interested in a new tractor.

The tractor yard is a first class place. Chris in sales was very helpful and knowledgeable, he walked me through several tractors and answered many questions. It was a great experience! Now a month after my purchase it’s time to do the first service, the service department does not disappoint either. Ariel went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I live 80 miles from The Tractor Yard, no way to make it there before closing and needing filters, she made special arrangements in order to make sure I got my parts that day after hours! Without her going above and beyond I would have been shut down till the following Monday. So thank you Chris and Ariel for a wonderful experience!!! The Tractor yard, a great place to make your tractor purchase. My wife Sunny and I visited 3 different tractor businesses looking at different makes and models. We did our research and finally landed at the Tractor Yard in Coweta to check out a Bad Boy. Shane was excellent to work with. He took the time to listen and made suggestions on different models and hp along with the benefits of each. Making it very easy to decide on the model and hp to fit our needs. It was, by far, the most enjoyable “dealership” related purchase I’ve had. I can truly say we had fun . Jake delivered our tractor to our home in Pryor. What a great experience. Front to back and inside out he covered all of it. Reaffirming my understanding of the unit, the maintenance involved and when. As well as the flail mower we bought along with it. Jake is awesome. He answered all my question. He had several little tips and suggestions of items to keep handy to make a work day easier. The experience we had purchasing our tractor was fantastic . Had a high pitch noise coming from hydraulic filter area and a leaking bottom plate on lifter control valve. Took tractor in for service to fix these two issues and get annual maintenance done. Leak and high pitch noise continued after picking up the tractor. Spent some time with Micah on the phone and he said to bring it back in. Dropped it off and he worked with the factory to get the lifter control valve covered under warranty and flushed the entire hydro system to address the high pitch noise coming the filter housing. Picked up tractor and it no longer leaks and high pitch noise has gone away. Repairs take time, patience and communication from both parties. For those who drop off tractors for Micah to service or work on, owners have a responsibility to properly describe the failure and have patience if it does not get corrected the first time. The character of a service organization is always proven when things don’t go right the first time. My second visit did the trick and I am appreciative of Micah and the Tractor Yard team.

My mom bought a tractor from The Tractor Yard back in 2014. I ended up with the tractor and the only manual I could find on it was junk so I reached out for help and Ariel has been a blessing! She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! You will not regret choosing The Tractor Yard!

I’m a local and have been dealing with this place for 15 years. Started out with rebuilding my alternators then went to buying mowers and tractors and attachments and parts from here. I use to go to BA lawn and garden and snapper in Wagoner but the experience and honesty these guys have is awesome. They aren’t trying to sell what you don’t need for more money. I’ve gotten a hustler zero turn, a bad boy, a Branson tractor, a tiller, a finish mower, and brush hog from these guys. I’ve had to get belts and bolts and wheels, etc. I’ve had them come to my house with a service trailer and repair my mower. Getting stuck far away from anything sucks. Even everything switching from Steve to his son Jake, this place has blown up with so many new products and services. All the sales team are locals and they work with you to get exactly what you need. Even if they were selling crap equipment (which they’re not) id probably still go there because this type of interaction is scarce these days. Huge shoutout to Steve Swaringim, Jake Swaringim, Zach Stevens, and Jacob Latandresse. Find these guys when you go.

Wouldn't waist my time going to this place for parts. They don't seem to know anything about tractors or parts. They don't even have basic tune up parts for the tractor I bought there. Your parts department doesn't know what to order. They sent me pictures and said, does it look like this. You all sold several of these tractors and should at least know basic part numbers to order filters. No problem though, I figured out what I needed and ordered it myself .so you know Yanmar 276 is what parts you need for 2310 grey market tractors

I was on the hunt for a good size tractor with a backhoe and found the best deal at The Tractor Yard! They were able to get me the tractor and backhoe I wanted for less money than any other dealer on the net. Plus they threw in a giant trailer and box scraper! Stoked! I was working the tractor, digging out a few tree stumps when the bucket broke on me.... I was working Mavis pretty hard. Contacted The Tractor Yard about the issue and they responded immediately. They let me know what they needed from me and got the parts replaced pretty quickly, shipped all the way out to California, free. If you're in the market for a great tractor for the best price and customer service look no further. I don't normally post reviews but, the service and quality product are superior! The salesmen are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They called the credit card company to work to solve an issue on the credit card company's end and did not make me feel bad. The products are high end quality at unbeatable prices. The owner himself delivered our equipment personally, free of charge. Then after the sale, the owner went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had concerning the equipment and even loaned us a trailer to haul it from different locations. We decided to buy from The Tractor Yard bc we were looking for old fashioned service and products, where a hand shake is a man's word and the products were made to last. They more than delivered. Very impressive! We live out of town, but I won't go anywhere else for products or service. We are a lifetime customer. Thank you The Tractor Yard!!!!

Worked with Logan and Jake, they both were incredibly professional, honest, and knowledgeable about all things tractors. This was my first tractor to buy so I had a lot of questions. I shopped 4 different tractor dealers and These guys were definitely the best. Highly recommend. Yesterday I did 8 hours of work in about 2 with my new tractor so got to go fishing early.

I could have bought a tractor from anywhere I wanted, I had looked at several different tractors and spoke to multiple sales persons. One day in passing, I decided to stop by the tractor yard. I met with the owner and he took the time to answer all my questions and assist me with choosing the right tractor. He was easy to work with, honest and helpful. His prices were good and he did exactly what he said he would do. I am glad I decided to stop by that day and very happy with my new tractor.

Bought my 2515h here and had a great experience. Mike was great to deal with and answered all of my questions. They helped me package it with everything and the trailer I was wanting.

I took my 3015 in for a 50 HR service. I was surprised that it cost over 450$. My bad, I thought the first service was included in the package. I also asked if they'd look at the hydraulic leaks on the grappler cylinders and regulator box. The report says they inspected and tightened fittings. The pics we're immediately taken when they loaded it on my trailer. Never had it leaked on the trailer before. My experience purchasing the tractor was great. But I just felt uneasy with the service experience. I didn't go voice my unsatisfactory attitude that day. I just left. Figured if they would have fixed it it may have been even more added cost. I have mixed emotions, im sure they are all good guys, not knowing myself how busy they were, my tractor was there a week. But I did call a day early to pick it up If it was ready. Maybe that's the reason for the rush. Anyway, to avoid such apprehension on myself, I'll just fix it and service it myself. I am curios now about how any warranty work would turn out. I feel bad to be the third guy to not be leaving a praised review. 5 stars for the purchase, 2 for the service.
