My vehicle had very minor damage to it from a bumper to bumper. It was taken to Copart for my insurance claim. When I got it back there was new damage on the front bumper that was caused by them utilizing a large forklift to move the vehicles. I talked a manager, Alex, who refused to acknowledge the damage despite it being visible in the photo they took prior to it being deliver back to me.
The process of picking up a vehicle is the worst I have ever experienced. I will not be purchasing any vehicles from this place. It is a scam and is charging me storage fees because of the way a vehicle has to be scheduled and picked up. I do Not recommend this business at all.
My car was sent here after my son totaled it it was picked up from allied town yard. At this time my stuff was still in the car but when I went on Monday to get my stuff, someone had stolen my dash cam and a wallet from my car they say not there fault I call BS they are only storing it till GEICO gets everything done and I sign the car over so yes it’s stealing no matter how you look at it theft but since it’s such a small amount about couple hundred bucks no body cares my loss. Well it’s just wrong until the vehicle is totally signed off by you insurance as a total loss then They should keep out of your car just wrong my dash cam was less then a year old it’s was wired in so it took them time to take it. Just wrong. Talking about adding insult to injury. So in short don’t leave anything in you vehicle it will probably be gone before you get there to get your stuff out
