Alternator and battery went out and had to call AAA. They sent out Joe, with 918 Wrecker, and he got to my car quick! Joe was professional, nice, and able to help out in a quick manner to beat 5 o’clock rush hour. I appreciate Joe and highly recommend this company!

Had our vehicle towed to the shop today. It did take a bit of time for him to get there but he called and let us know. And we used life 360. There's always a wait going through a third party.

They performed a service like no other. I was very satisfied with the way they handled the towing of my 97 Ford f150 that had a broken front ball joint. There were two workers that came to tow my truck one of them's name was Theo and the others name was Shawn. One marker had been there for over a year the other one has been there for only 3 days and let me tell you what the newbie was the one that put that truck of my up onto that tow truck and he didn't outstanding job considering he had only been there 3 days he is definitely a keeper for this company because he will only get better over time the driver has been there for over a year and he did an outstanding job and very professional about the way he did it on directing his trainee and things that he need him to do as well as directing traffic while he had his trainee load the truck onto the tow truck and also he did an amazing job with his own tasks that he had to do to get the job done as well. The driver the one that's been there the longest is well deserving of a promotion or a raise of some sort because I give him a five star A+++ rating on his professionalism and his skills as well as the customer support he provided. And the newbie is definitely a keeper for sure!!! I give the new b a five-star A+++ review as well he did a very impressing job on his third day of working for your company. Both men that towed my truck where complete gentleman and I will highly recommend 918 wrecker service company to anyone that may need a tow in the future that I come across as well as I will most definitely recommend to everyone to request both Theo &/or Shawn to be the workers that they want to come and handle their vehicle getting towed because they will not be disappointed in them two workers at all. Rusty and his trainee were great and polite. They came in the specified time too. Even drove me from Tulsa to Muskogee. I was grateful for that. In the past others didn't give you a ride at another company. It seemed really expensive but another company wanted double, It has been probably 5 years since I got towed from Tulsa to Muskogee so not sure what is reasonable these days.
I have AAA, they sent someone to jump start, didn't work so they called dispatch for a tow. Malachi with 918 Wrecker came to my rescue AND showed up earlier than anticipated time! He was young and had a couple of challenges getting it up on flatbed & dropping it in my parking lot, but he knew exactly what to do and did it quick without damaging my vehicle, and it was perfectly parked right in front of my apt door. We chitchat on the ride home, very ambitious young man with hope & dreams. If we can request a specific tow company, I'm requesting 918!

I called randomly after a Google search and coincidentally seeing a 918 truck parked. I spoke to Heather and Oh my gosh she was so incredibly kind during a time where I really needed it. What a great place. I love that we are supporting a local business and the prices are actually considerably less than competitors. But Heather was amazing and 100% the reason I’ll be using their business!!

Skip Shannon was a great help when picking up and towing my vehicle. He communicated well and gave me updates throughout the process. I had been nervous since I was out of town and not with the truck. But he made me feel comfortable right away.
Rusty brought me to dealership for repair and he was awesome so nice and friendly. I was really stressed out about my car breaking down and having to get it towed, and I thought I’d have to wait a long time. But Rusty arrived within probably 10 minutes of me putting in the request.
What I really appreciated about him was how he made me feel at ease and safe. I was a little stressed about the whole situation, but it’s always comforting to meet someone who genuinely cares. Rusty clearly loves his job and cares about people, and that really stood out to me. I think that’s commendable and made a tough situation much better.
My second attempt to have my vehicle towed and Skip Shannon did a great job! The first driver thought we needed a special truck but Skip was able to work around some issues to complete the job. He was very courteous and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

I used 918 Wrecker Service through my AAA membership, they were outstanding to work with. Communication was great, the service was great. Their tow truck driver, Skip was absolutely AWESOME! He called to tell me when he was on his way and approximately when he’d arrive. When he got stuck in traffic, he called to let me know that and he would be delayed. Like I said, communication was outstanding. This is the second time I’ve used 918 Wrecker Service through, and both times have been great experiences. Would highly recommend!
Call the place they were very polite and i gave them my info.. they told me 45 to 1 hr but mason who they sent out came to my place in about 15 min only and he was very kind very nice and had great smile.. he knew what he was doing and he work fast and got my car loaded up quickly.. he's really good.. I'm very happy with his service and his great job.. anyone need a tow mason he's the guy u can rely on from 918 wrecker.. great job ty.. had to tip him and here's a picture of my car on top of his truck
My son and I had an awesome experienced with Skip. He call ahead of time to make sure we were home and because he was there first, he waited patiently for us to get home to tow my car. Not only did he do a great job at communicating each steps to the process of hauling my car but he was super friendly to my son as well. I would totally recommend Skip if you ever need someone to come tow your car @918Wrecker. He made it a very easy transition and was super polite to talk to.
