918's Serviceman, Joe, was most helpful to this 70 year old lady, with a Flat and no spare. He had an upbeat and respectful demeanor, and made me feel safe as he worked to "save" me on the side of a busy highway! Best of all, his response time to my distress call was pretty quick, which helped to keep my stress levels low! If ever I need roadside service, again, I plan to ask for Joe's availability to come rescue me!

918 wrecker saved my life for real last night/this morning. After having left work last night my car became stuck in the intersection and while attempting to get unstuck my battery died along with the car. I called my roadside service and was given a 3.5 hour window for when they would be there. Mind you the temperature was 10 degrees and dropping. The eta was 323-353am. I started calling the company that was supposed to be coming at 315am with no answer and no response. At which point I reached back out to my roadside provider and they also could not reach their first company. After about another 30 minutes they informed me they have a different wrecker going to be dispatched to me. I called the new wrecker company after receiving yet another eta of more than 2hours out and explained to the dispatch woman (who was very sweet and informative on the phone) that I had been waiting on a wrecker since 12:30am and been out in the weather since 1130 and I was quite cold. She told me that she had just gotten the call and would call her drivers to find out an eta and have the driver call me. Within 10 minutes of me making the call to dispatch the wrecker was next to me on the street. The Driver, Cam, got me into his rig first off then he went to work on hooking up my vehicle. He even made a stop at QT so that I was able to use the bathroom knowing I had been in the vehicle in the cold for a better part of 5 hours. He provided me with a charging cord for my nearly dead phone as well. When we got to the drop off location parking was quite limited but the man parked it perfectly in between two cars that to be honest may have been difficult to do not on the back of a tow truck. He had perfect placement with room for the other vehicles to get in and out and everything else. I was so very grateful to cam as well as 918 wrecker service for their prompt and professional help. Don’t ever call St Michael’s Towing. They will leave you stranded in extreme weather conditions. And if you want someone who knows what they are doing and who is very nice and respectful request Cam as your driver.
I love this company! Corey is awesome! He's been out to tow my car a few times and he is super nice with a wonderful outgoing personality. Joe was at my location within 15 minutes of calling 918 Wrecker and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even helped me push my car so it could be picked up by the flat bed. Super quick and easy process!
10/10 would not recommend. My car lost power on the side of the road. The original driver drove my car onto the truck after he was told not to. When doing this the car started to blow white smoke everywhere. I contacted the company and it took the 2 plus weeks to contact me back for a conversation longer that 4 mins. When they finally did they had the same guy attempted to come get my car. He was rude to my daughter and I. I requested someone new. When he came 2 days later he checked the oil. He said "there is a bit in there not much I bet he blew the radiator" I told him white smoke was blowing everywhere. He said oh I bet it was a head gasket. When it got to the shop some how my 2017 Chevy Cruz had 3 gallons of oil in it. You read that correct 3 gallons after it had just been looked at that morning and their driver said there wasn't much in it. My car had an oil leak. We check the oil ALL the time it was checked the morning of my car not working. It did not have 3 gallons in it. They are covering up their drivers mess up and everyone needs to know. Their response " we have it on video him draining the oil." I'm sure they do but it wasn't put in there by us. Then they wanted to put the 3 gallons of oil back in my car that has sat in a dirty bucket for 2-3 days. From the start I told them I didn't want the full balance. I just wanted some sort of compensation. Because we don't know if he made it worse. They are covering up the mess up and don't care.
Great friendly dispatch, quoted me a fair price and a quick time. Joe called to tell me how far out he was, then was able to get my car loaded up super fast (and it was so smooth). He got it to the shop and unloaded with care and ease. Overall, 5 stars all around.
No one wants to call for a tow, but I would not hesitate to use 918 again if needed. Joe was both professional and pleasant. He made it to my vehicle minutes before I did, and he got my truck home in a safe and timely manner.

Corey hooked me up - I was convinced I needed the tow, but he insisted we check out the battery, and it was super corroded. Got it swapped for a working one that night. Saved me a rental and a lotta hassle.
I had my project car towed about 20 miles. I made an appointment for it to be picked up in the morning and had to reschedule last minute due to my schedule. They were very accommodating and we got it rescheduled for the same afternoon. The driver Ray was great. He went above and beyond when dropping the car off at the new location and make sure everything was exactly where and how it should be.

I can set up an appointment with them for a couple of days away and they will be there on time or I can call them whenever I’m on the side of the road and they will be there quickly every time. They performed a service like no other. I was very satisfied with the way they handled the towing of my 97 Ford f150 that had a broken front ball joint. There were two workers that came to tow my truck one of them's name was Theo and the others name was Shawn. One marker had been there for over a year the other one has been there for only 3 days and let me tell you what the newbie was the one that put that truck of my up onto that tow truck and he didn't outstanding job considering he had only been there 3 days he is definitely a keeper for this company because he will only get better over time the driver has been there for over a year and he did an outstanding job and very professional about the way he did it on directing his trainee and things that he need him to do as well as directing traffic while he had his trainee load the truck onto the tow truck and also he did an amazing job with his own tasks that he had to do to get the job done as well. The driver the one that's been there the longest is well deserving of a promotion or a raise of some sort because I give him a five star A+++ rating on his professionalism and his skills as well as the customer support he provided. And the newbie is definitely a keeper for sure!!! I give the new b a five-star A+++ review as well he did a very impressing job on his third day of working for your company. Both men that towed my truck where complete gentleman and I will highly recommend 918 wrecker service company to anyone that may need a tow in the future that I come across as well as I will most definitely recommend to everyone to request both Theo &/or Shawn to be the workers that they want to come and handle their vehicle getting towed because they will not be disappointed in them two workers at all. I have AAA, they sent someone to jump start, didn't work so they called dispatch for a tow. Malachi with 918 Wrecker came to my rescue AND showed up earlier than anticipated time! He was young and had a couple of challenges getting it up on flatbed & dropping it in my parking lot, but he knew exactly what to do and did it quick without damaging my vehicle, and it was perfectly parked right in front of my apt door. We chitchat on the ride home, very ambitious young man with hope & dreams. If we can request a specific tow company, I'm requesting 918!
