AMAZING SERVICE! Ed came to Cleveland to tow my friends son's Tesla that had ran out of charge, they were on their way to California and I agreed to meet the Wrecker. In 46 years I've had a lot of vehicles towed and Ed with 918 went above and beyond. (1) He was there faster than the estimated time which is rare for wreckers in my experience (2) He busted his hump and got it done quick (3) The guy is professional from start to finish in every way(4) He's super friendly, again not been my experience with most wreckers (5) He's super good at his job and knew exactly how to get the tesla loaded and even helped me get it charging once back to my friends house, I was clueless and he knew just what to do (6) Their equipment is top notch, clean and worked perfectly. No drips, leaks, the truck looked super nice. I don't know what they pay Ed, I didn't ask but if I owned 918 wrecker service I'd give that man a raise because he is a pro and left me thinking if I ever need a wrecker 918 wrecker service is going to be the only company I even consider calling. To the person that is Greg's supervisor: Keep this man around and find others like him and you will prosper in this business. Pay him well and treat him well so he stays. He was professional in hooking up my truck and took all measures to secure everything. Seemed extremely knowledgeable in this field. He took extreme measures to get me and my possessions there safely despite the worst paved road I've ever been on. Lots of people know the X's and O's of their job but here's the one thing about Greg that lots of people don't have: people skills. He is a awesome guy to just chat with. Very polite conversation where he worked in some personal stuff along with educating me on the industry. He even gave me this great tip about towing trailers, etc. This dude was great. Dmitriy was wonderful! Arrived 30 minutes sooner than was quoted and took care of everything for us. We didn’t even have to get out of our vehicle, he came to us and got the keys for the vehicle needing towed and made sure we got on the highway safely. He delivered to the auto shop and verified drop off. I highly recommend his services if you need to be towed.

The tow driver was excellent and professional. I told him we're sales tax exempt so he said the office will have to call me to process payment over the phone. The first office person I spoke with told me that there were no sales tax on this service even though the driver said there were "taxes and fees". So I asked for a copy of the invoice to be emailed before I complete payment over the phone to be sure. We're a nonprofit organization and we have to be responsible with our funds. I was then transferred to a supervisor who was incredibly rude to me out of nowhere and stated that there were no taxes but that I needed to pay over the phone before they send me any kind of written statement or invoice. So I paid and asked they send me a receipt to my email while I was still on the phone. They did, and the receipt had "taxes and fees" along with an amount. When I pointed that out, they said that due to a "system error", the invoice says "taxes" when it's supposed to say "card fee" as in credit card processing fees and sent me a corrected invoice. The fee amounts to 10% of our bill which obviously includes taxes AND fees. I've asked for written confirmation to confirm they charge all customers 10% for credit card fees and haven't received a response or if they charged us taxes anyway. This feels unprofessional and unethical. Do not recommend using this company.

Recommend to anybody that needs a tow. The driver came to pickup mom’s car after she ran into the wall at Reasor’s. I am so ashamed to not remember his name but he gave us the best advice about the car and towing it home versus impounding it since the airbag deployed it would most likely be totaled and impounding will make the insurance company move fast due to impound daily fees. Thanks to that driver.

Car was towed, almost $200 which was fair. Although I believe we paid that amount for safe and reliable transportation which the avoidable damage to our vehicle is another story. As a former tow operator (3 years experience) I could tell we were in for trouble from the jump when the driver showed up. Hooked up the vehicle with the winch and j-hooks, not a single safety strap. Not only was it secured improperly by lack of straps, the hooks were not in the proper keyholes in the frame. Also, the winch does not count as an attachment point as all it takes is the clutch on the winch to pop and now it’s up on the bed free. I called at 4:16 to attempt to get the situation resolved, was told I would receive a call shortly to have the situation resolved. As of 7:55 we have not received a call. This review shall be updated to when the situation has been properly addressed. Yes the damage to frame is minor, it was entirely avoidable. Also, they took payment but did not offer or provide a receipt. Completely unprofessional, but will see when they decide to address the situation.

Our minivan broke down on a Friday evening and we called several towing services, but couldn’t find anyone open or willing to get our van to the auto shop ASAP. We finally got ahold of 918 Wrecker and were told that someone would arrive within the hour. Soon enough, I got a phone call from Dmitriy, verifying everything and solidifying plans. He was very kind and well spoken, making sure I knew I could call or text him with any questions or issues. He was even friendlier in person and we couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. We received confirmation photos of our van safely at the auto shop, as well as a phone call letting us know that the job had been completed. We would gladly use 918 Wrecker again and would definitely request Dmitriy. We hope we won't need their services anytime soon, but will not hesitate to call them again if needed.
