Pick your part Tulsa is awesome, and the people are great. Last time I went in for a single hose part, after I pulled it and got to the register, I didn't know the name of the hose, they looked at me, looked at the hose, and told me to have a great day (I was only charged for the entry fee). This will always be my salvage yard!
I bought a transfer case for a 2003 suburban. The vehicle is got itbout of was a 2002 avalanche. It looked exactly the same as far as the housing. I got home and the 4 wheel drive actuator was different. It was $260 with all the fees and I paid $45 for the warranty. I went to exchange it and I couldnt find my receipt, so they wouldn't let me exchange it. It had there writing they put on it with the paint pen, but they still wouldn't do it. They should have a system to be able to look it up, or they could have been understanding and said we will take it back, go find you another one.
I had a great experience today in this place in a mayor part thanks to Meny, I picked many items in the yard and at the end of day I was felling little bit shaking and dehydrated and when he saw me instantly offered me a bottle of water and gave me a good time to recover, something that honestly I don’t expect for an unknown person but I’m writing this review to say thanks to him and to tell you the part prices are really competitive back, I’ll be coming back to this yard for sure.
Great place to find parts and extra bits and bolts, clips and odd things you lose or break when you are working on your car. They have the information to tell you what years match your part and where they are on the lot.
They have change the lot so now just rows not sorted by domestic and foreign or car and truck. Plus it seems they have opened the
overflow lot with lots more cars but they don't seem to be inventoried, so you have to hunt for the good stuff.
Staff is always professional and willing to help and make deals on that plastic cover for the screw in the door handle.
Also very honest group, I dropped wallet and Mia found and and kept it safe until I returned. Great team, give them a shot and save a lot on parts and get a practice run at your repair
Aug 2025 update. New management is making great changes.
They have expanded the yard, it might be almost twice the size it was and the inter exchange is great and they do a better than most with knowing what parts are left on a car.
Also they are offering better rates for scrap cars!!
Good selection but holy cow are the parts expensive. Tried to charge me 50 dollars for a 2 inch drop hitch. Something you can buy new at walmart for 30. Save yourself some money and check Danny's U-Pull. I won't be back here unless I can't find the car i need anywhere else.
The prices are insane for used parts and staff are no help.
I purchased a set of wheels, no mention of any warranty at all, not offered or anything, went to take the wheels back a few days later and informed I cant since i did not purchase a warranty which I was never informed about.
Just save yourself the time and effort and buy new or off fb market. Less likely to get scammed lol
This place is extremely disorganized compared to what it used to be. When you go to check out the prices that you see on their website are not the prices you get charged at the register. When asked about it, the clerk said we don't know who does our pricing online but it's not right, So this is what you owe and there is a substantial price difference.
If I could give 0 stars I would have just based off the girl at the counter. At the beginning the trip was okay I find a spare tire so I ran in to find out how much they were before we did the work to get it down she tells me it’s $24. So we go out in the rain laying in the mud for an hour fighting with this tire to get it down had two of their guys in the mud trying to help us we are soaked and all muddy when we finally get it down and take it in she says it’s $50 I look at her and said no you told me it was $24 before we started we can buy a spare tire brand new closer to home for $50. So the employee doesn’t Honor the prices that she gave out and we are now soaked covered in mud for no reason. My family has been coming out here for years and they have never done this. We left with out anything after wasting all that time in the rain and mud because the employee wasn’t honest about the price or didn’t honor it.
Had what I needed, just know their inventory rotates quickly, and not all parts or pieces will be in good condition if they are still available. As with any self serve salvage yard come ready to walk, and sweat!

Fast process, kind, went above and beyond to make sure I had all the correct paperwork information with me and directed me to a notary that was close by the location. Same as prior posts. Poor customer service. Search website for prices. Ask employees nobody seems to know until you take the time to pull the part. Rude people. Misery loves company. Trying to ruin other people’s day.
I have a vehicle i am restoring and looked at some parts on their website. I wanted to go look at the parts to see the actual condition, was told i had to pay a $3.00 entry fee. I am not paying to just go look at some parts.
Very high prices for parts near new in cost. Pretty high fees as well. Customer service was poor and was rushed at the counter. The optional warranty is extremely expensive and I was not informed of it at checkout. I’ve had faaar better experiences elsewhere and won’t be going back.
Great place but you better know how to check motors and trans if that's what youre looking to buy cause the warranty is 90 days and it's only to swap the motor for another one that also may be bad. I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars after learning you can in fact swap the motor for another or get a refund. Thanks for the clarification

They will also pull parts for you. I didn't know that until I got there and saw the sign inside. I asked about a part, and they seemed VERY reasonable on price to pull it. It might say they do it on their website, and I just missed that part. Haha.
They were very helpful once I arrived. It is $3 per person to enter the lot. It's worth the visit.
Send people here and shipped here for many years. I give it a two star because their customer service lately has become so disrespectful,disgusting,rude,dissatisfying and disappointing. They don’t really care about the people to get them what they and need. It’s called service for a reason. One lady that always work the admissions just begins y’all company down so much. Everything I go or hear people I send in there to get services they always talk about how rude and unprofessional she is. But there’s one guy I think name Byron (now he’s professional and very helpful) he brightens up the whole service while I’m in there especially said by others. He just knows how to talk,sell and make suggestions. That’s what this company need more of.theres mother gentleman Joe something like that he’s very help. Do better and hire better.
This used to be a great place to get parts but the past two times I’ve been there the parts have been way overpriced and it has gotten to the point where you should just buy new parts online. The employees are also rude and aren’t as helpful as they used to be. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!!
Went and pulled a hood fender and bumper for my vehicle, when I got to the counter she said the fog lights were xx amount extra and remove them if I didnt want them. As I’m removing them she tells me it’s $385.03 in a rushing demeanor because other people were behind me, so I pay. I get home and realize they charged me $75.97 for the “optional 90 day guarantee”. I was never given the option, I wouldn’t have taken the offer because I know the parts would fit. Next day I go In there and get the hood brackets that I forgot and the same lady tells me $37.51 and I asked her “is that without the 90 day guarantee” and she says yes. I check my receipt when I get home and she charged me for the “optional 90 day guarantee” which wasn’t an option because I told her I didn’t want it. I went in there to see about getting my “optional 90 day guarantee” refunded and the rude lady at the checkout interrupted me and said it’s at the time of purchase only and I should have told her. Even thought 2 mins ago on my second purchase I told her no. Rude and unprofessional, will take your money ever chance they get. Double and triple check checkout no matter how much they rush you!
I used to have great experiences at this location with the former employees, but the new team specially a new lady as a manager who treats very disrespectful, I just decided never go back there.
Wanted to return a mirror but first they avoided due to purchasing from another location ( zero knowledge of their own job) then the lady in an argument sarcastically says it smells weed (and I’ve never smoked weed in my entire life) very rude and uneducated.
I was looking for some parts for my daughter's car and had never been here and was skeptical after reading some of the reviews. However, I wanted to give it a chance. I walked in and was greeted by Byron. He was super friendly and helpful! I had a great experience with every employee interaction that I had during my visit! I even had a dead battery on my truck after forgetting the ignition on, and they assisted with getting me a jump! I will definitely visit again and recommend it! Good job to everyone there!
Today I picked and purchased 3 parts. While leaving I noticed I was charged for a window regulator ($45) instead of a door lock actuator ($15). Walked right back through the entrance to show them the mistake. I was informed because I didn’t purchase the warranty there was nothing they could do. I explained I was charged for the wrong parts. They didn’t care. Treated me like I was an idiot. The prices are already higher than there competitors. I will not be back
