By far one of the most hostile companies, I've encountered in Tulsa. "Ronda" is a piece of work, when it comes to customer service. There is no paperwork provided upon property reclaim. They denied simple clarifying questions, when we asked who initiated the reclaim, because our lien holder advised us to have them verify the information, before telling them who the lien was held by. They never provided the name of the lien holder who authorized the reclaim. And when very calmly asked if we could be provided with any documentation at all, Ronda literally threatened to call police on us, because she didn't have to "deal with us." Again, we never even raised our voice or called her anything besides "Ma'am" until she interjected that "it's Ronda." This company made it very clear that they only work for the lien companies, and don't do anything for their community. The disrespect and hatefulness was uncalled for, and unnecessary. I pray that your employees will soften their hearts, and grow in empathy and compassion. Reclaiming property after lossing everything because of health problems and medical bills, is draining, difficult, and humbling enough. Your obvious malice and prejudice is sickening though. I pray you find more mercy than you give.
In light of a crappy situation they were helpful and very kind. My car seat was expired and when I came to recover my personal belongings one of the ladies traded my old car seat for a brand new one. What a blessing to remind me Gods always got my back. Thank you for being so thoughtful and kind.
Repo'd my vehicle at 2am with my passport inside. Why would you show up at 2am if you are doing everything by the book and have proof of repossession notice from lender? Sent the truck to auction 3 days after repo. No chance to come get belongings from vehicle.
Rhonda the lady up front is rude rude rude.Doesn't want to help you at all. Isn't this her job? If she doesn't like dealing with the public then get another job! I have no access to internet and she kept trying to get me to go online. I've told you I cannot, so rude. I was trying to set appt to get stuff. I called last week to find out how and she was the same way. Rhonda that is not a very nice lady. She must need time off and BTW she has no BOSS! I ask to speak to them she has no BOSS! I was just trying to make an appointment to get my things and she never stated last week when i called to get my things schedule it ahead. So, when I call today the rules have changed? How is that? Does this company run on Rhonda's Rules, Days and Times? I would like to speak with the owner of this company or Rhonda's BOSS that she does not have.

Great customer service I'm located in Dallas and went and found the vehicle in couple hours. They treated us very well if your dealer from out of town these people are honest.
I bought a car from here today that just overwhelmed me with joy. Not just how it drives and how it's been maintained, he gave me a price that would be sort of insulting to call fair. This was a great price not a fair one. I took it out for hours today. I ran out of errands and just started making up things to go do so I could drive it more. This place will be seeing more of me. Sam and his people there are more straight up and here's the deal than anyone I've ever bought anything from. They didn't slick me once, pressure me once, insult me once, nor anything else those "big" car dealers do.
Staff were all very nice and friendly. :) Showed genuine excitement for me being able to get my car back. Sucky situation, but they made it easier to handle.
I had a man approach and block me and my husbands car in , in a baker repo truck why’ll in an apartment complex today. he stated to us that “our car MIGHT have a lean” and tried telling us he was going to tow our car without even finding out if it was the right car or not he just guessed by looking at it . But as me and my husband told him no he wasn’t that he had the wrong person he still insisted he was going to tow our car and then proceeded to go in the front of our vehicle to check the vin and what do you know HE WAS WRONG .
You don’t just come up to people and tell them “your cars getting towed” without knowing for a fact it’s the right vehicle .
They were very pleasant. They let me get all my property out of the car very nice people very good service. I hope you never have to use these people, but if you do, you will be pleased with these people.
Car was repossessed and in their possession for 7 days, I called and told them I just made my payment and you'll be receiving the release paperwork tomorrow so do not send the car to the auction house in OKC, they said ok no problem. Contacted my lender the next day to make sure the release paperwork was emailed to them and they said yes it was sent first thing that morning but it shows that my vehicle was scheduled for transport. So I call Baker and they say oh well they just loaded your car up so there's nothing we can do, you can get a hold of the auction house and pick it up in OKC. So now I have to take off work to drive 2 hours to OKC to pick my car up after I told them that it's already paid for and they are just waiting on the paperwork.
Made an appointment to retrieve items out of my sibling's car. The front door was locked and no one was there. When I called to alert someone, they said the lady will be down shortly. It took about 15 minutes to be acknowledged and still have yet to actually retrieve items out of the vehicle. Why make an appointment when it's gonna take forever just to be seen?
It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of these people. I’ve called from different numbers I’ve called at different times the 1800 number listed online is out of service & their phone number listed on the cards aren’t being answered either. & if the call is picked up it’s like someone answered & hung up. I just want to retrieve my property & it’s being made difficult when there isn’t a way to communicate or reach out.
I'd give it less than one if I could. I'm missing things out of my truck. The only reason I went to get it was for these things that were missing. One of which held great sentimental value to me. If replaced or found I'd retract this statement..

Horrible customer service! I set an appointment that is the only way I could come retrieve my things out my previous car. After waiting almost 30 minutes, 2 calls to the office.. someone finally came in she didn’t say good afternoon or sorry for the wait nothing! If at all possible try NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!
repoed the car came in the next day and to get my things and how can you run a company when the door is unlocked but no one is in the office. I called to get someone and they let someone know and it's still taking them forever. and i had a appointment and it took 20 minutes for them to come up and when they did they didn't say sorry for waiting the are rude and then 20 minutes a lady came down and another lady came in from outside like why couldn't the lady upstairs help but no she was just sitting up there . This place is a weird place and it shouldn't even still be in business they should close this place down and look into it cuz i feel they steal your cars for fun.
Repo services are fast. Over the phone they are very pleasant to deal with. Email correspondence seemed to have a bit of negative tone to it, but all in all they did a great job recovering our asset & getting it to auction for us.
A few minutes ago, bald white overweight driver rushed onto private property, hooked up a car as quickly as he could, backed onto the curb, possibly causing damage, and sped off. He was circling the property several times yesterday and sped off when I attempted to contact him. If you're reading this, if I were you I'd stay off this property because if I catch you, next time you're going in handcuffs and will be turned over to TPD.
The staff was very helpful and informative from the moment we requested their services. They worked with us in every send of the word. Highly recommended!!!
They came and hauled off my car last night my GPS tracker alerted me. I had no idea it had been repossessed. Why would it even be? When I bought it I paid for all of it "no lein's" I get up to go where I bought the car and my car is back in the same parking space where I had left it. They did the right thing after they figured that I owned the car.
2 days ago we got our car towed and we just checked on it today and we called this morning they weren't open yet but got the lady answered she was very polite very helpful and she set up an appointment for us to come and get our stuff out of our car we got there she was very helpful very sweet she was funny you know and we had no problems her husband we had to pay the $50 charge to get our stuff but her husband's games brought the card we went back and back and look at the car. Our stuff sat there and talked to them for a bit and that was it I would recommend them they're awesome. Megan you rock I don't know what anybody sees wrong with y'all but but I thought you were very nice and helpful thank you Megan
Shouldn't even be one star. This is way beyond just a car. An issue with one if their drivers the ladies in the office even agreed the owner would most definitely go over the video and audio the truck should have and should have picked up the assault the driver grabbing me and shoving me. Had already made a complaint months back of his manor when car wasn't here my husband had just left for work. Unfortunately multiple times our car company had messed up unfortunately. This driver Ice or Ace. Ladies in the front figured had to be him just mentioning what happened grabbing gripped tight both my arms & shoving me backwards. We had reported him from another in counter months before we were told he would be reprimanded for. Our car wasn't supposed to be up for a tow so we had no clue when my husband had already just left for work. Him pulling into our driveway I came out believing he was just lost out here in the country. Telling him wasn't aware of any problems but due to terminal cancer my husband handles everything and would need to actually speak to him. Even offering to get him on the phone with him which he was even gone with the car I agreed he was the one he definitely passed on his way to work. Instead of just speaking to him or just leaving he calls me a liar, tells me I should be checking on my husband more & all kinds of mess when kept telling him my husband was the one he needed to speak to & would get him on the phone with him or then at certain points started telling him can get my husband on the phone with him or could leave my property immediately. He just kept on & on till finally agreeing to speak to my husband or he could have just left. He even knew he had just passed my husband going to work & car wasn't even there. Was extremely extremely terrible. After talking to my husband with no issues whatsoever still continued upon me. He was supposed to be reprimanded for they said was all completely uncalled for. Coming back obviously attitude or even more months later. Not within the 24hrs if things weren't straightened out. We obviously had to straighten things out with our company they apologized for the mistake. It wasn't supposed to be listed for a tow ever. 3 times this driver came to our home. 3rd time our brand new car towed with terrible damage he took out on our car. Our company trying to clear up paperwork for continued mistakes on their behalf. Car was even supposed to be held for paperwork all straightened out & day we were supposed to pick it up they sent it to OKC that same day saying not their problem or fault & to late to go get it that days as well closing early wouldn't make it in time. Managers never calling us back, owner never calling back all as if never heard any of it every time went there, called etc. Cops were even called. Unfortunately cops acted as if was about our car being towed which definitely was not the reason. My husband is a veteran and used to be in law enforcement as well. They were called about the assault. Tow truck audio and video even picked up the entire event. Their trucks have video and audio all times that truck is supposed to be running. This driver is aggressive. These officers arrived we left to just doing their job. When finally came to actually speak to me they were refusing to speak to me. Refused hearing the drivers anger towards us cursing laughing smiling our kids there as well. Saying they didn't hear him & can't be in trouble for smiling. No proof him grabbing me my car was being released and if I didn't just shut up I was going to be arrested. I refused to engage with the tow driver that only escalated the situation only. My husband wanted to beat him for laying hands on me but remained calm calling law enforcement. A lot of good that did. Officer was reported in this but unfortunately law enforcement only messed up as well and continued. Do know the laws & kept our mouths shut on them to not argue their jobs. Disturbing. This driver still driving. No word whatsoever from the company. Completely unethical.
They ransacked my car, discarded important things, my handicap parking plackered , important documents from Social security, and my contracts for my job, was very rude yelling at us
I'd give this place a negative zero if possible. RUDE people especially Megan the lady at the front. They came and repossessed my mom's car from Platt college where I was currently in class. Someone happened to see them taking the car, I had to have my husband take off work to pick me up so we could go get our youngest son from school and my mom got told by the company who financed the car that Baker Recovery had the car and we have until February 1st to get our personal belongings. But it would be after 4pm until we could go but surprise, surprise they closed at 4pm but she was there at 5ish and refused to get my son's carseats from the car, and would not get my license out for me either. She wanted the keys and said she was charging me $150 for not giving her the key because I locked the car um yes ma'am I did because I always lock the vehicles when I'm at school, store or at night and your repo man didn't have NO respect to let me get ANYTHING out of the car didnt even let me know they were taking the car! Then Megan tells my mom she can sell the car whenever she wants to ummm no because last time I checked she was not the financial company that financed the car she has absolutely nothing to do with that car she and her repo people are just the ones that picked it up. I just want my personal belongings and now I have to deal with rude,unfriendly people to do so. I don't see how they've been in business for 30 years.
These people came to repo a vehicle that wasn't mine and not only did they trespass but the driver, an off duty Tulsa Co. Sheriff's deputy, was rude and so was the lady that answered the phone the next day when I tried to tell them they had the wrong house. These people are losers!
They damaged our car when they towed it. When they dropped our car it actually rolled back into the bumper of the car behind it (left cracks from the tag cover). When I brought this to the young guys attention he said he would get with the owner. Never once did they return a phone call or try to make it right. NEVER USE THEM!!!!!!!!!
