Quenten was very knowledgeable and understanding of my stress. I watched him get my car on the dolly and was impressed with his efficient and safe handling of the process. I don't know why the reviews are low, my experience was great. He arrived at the given time and my car was taken directly to the shop within the time frame he gave me. I will hope not to need them again but if I do, I will certainly call them first.
The driver who typed in, when he called was very polite and friendly, explaining who to call in the am.
The person we spoke to in the am as well as the one who let us in to get the vehicle, was also polite and professional.
We had no problems.
Everyone on the road is in danger with one of their drivers who always drives recklessly, speeding, tailgating, fast lane changes, cutting people off. I will say the lady I spoke with in dispatch to inform about this was very nice and professional.
I didn't actually get towed, but I saw a garbage truck getting towed at a Quiktrip by someone with an Transformers paint job. That alone makes this a 10/10
Rodney was awesome had a flat tire that St. Michaels towing couldn't get the tire off..said it was seized. Rodney popped my tire off in less than 2 minutes! Highly Recommend
Worst experience ever. Quoted me 90 mins, then another hour & every time I called it was a new lie. it didn’t end up getting picked up for 7 hours. Shop was closed then they offered to let it sit at their yard until the morning and have it there by 11am & didn’t get it to the shop until 2pm. Not to mention, several of the staff were very rude and not understanding at all (shout out to the ones who were). It took them 24hrs & $164 to tow the vehicle. All the sudden when I asked for a refund to have another company tow it after 20 hours , they suddenly had the time to tow it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to tow with them. Ever!!!!!
Very rude dispatch person when trying to find out how long of a estimated wait time for the tow truck to come. Was told 3p. 3p comes around no one is still here so call back and was told the tow order was canceled when we've been waiting for a tow truck since 11am. Would not recommend at all.
Do not use this company. Five hours I waited for their truck. They never called or texted. AAA assigned the tow to another company and the driver called me in 5 minutes. Do not use this company. Zero stars.
This place is Robbing people. My son dirt bike was impounded by police 08.16.24 and I was told one fee of 239.45 as long as I pick it up by 3:00pm On 08.17.24 since that’s the time the bike arrived. The rep Trisha was amazing and professional until I call the next morning 08.17.24 and spoke with Kaitlyn who advised something completely different. She advised I was already charged another 26.00 for an additional day mind you it’s still not 3:00pm with no explanation why, and now a 60.00 fee because it’s the weekend. To make matters worse Trisha advised a bill of sell or something showing we own the bike. She also sent a document to my email where she explained I am able to sign stating I am the owner and that would be fine and would be acceptable and now Kaitlyn explain a title and registration for a dirt bike is needed and since we don’t have a title my son lose his bike this is not fair. I’m more disappointed in the misleading information from the different dispatch representatives. In addition to no explanation why I’m receiving another charge for an additional day and it hasn’t been 24hours.

Lady who answered the phone was less than desirable to speak with much less completely un use ful as far as information goes. After being placed on hold and listened to the recorded message of how great the company was she came back to repeat what she already repeated 5 times before....

Worse company ever they lie and driver got mad when I told him my friend work for 918 wrecker and the driver told aaa that I was trying to piggy back don't ever get a tow with this company
This company deserves negative stars. They kept promising us they would show up in increments of 20-30 minutes FOR 8 HOURS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE NEEDING IMMEDIATE HELP!!! Especially if it is hot outside or you have children with you. Once they finally showed up they refused to tow the vehicle because we were not onsite even though they told us we could leave the car. Call ST.MICHAELS IF YOU NEED IT TOWED. They showed up immediately and took care of our situation.
I scheduled a tow around 7:30 am. A lady called me and asked me the problem with the vehicle and if I would be riding with the tower. I informed her and thought things would go well—I was completely wrong. It is currently almost 3:15 pm and the car is still sitting in the parking lot of Texas Roadhouse. I was told a tower was on his way again this afternoon only to find out he had been sent to a car accident and another tower had been assigned to me with no ETA available. There is clearly a huge miscommunication and prioritization problem with this company that needs to be rectified. This is how companies go out of business.
If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. My husband and I called to see what time we needed to come by the lot to clean our car out and was told come by 5:00. We show up at 2:00 and the door is locked. We call telling them we are at the door. They don’t come to the door for 10 minutes. We call back and they said oh we thought you were at the muskogee lot. Mind you when they look your car up by the last 6 of your vin it tells you what lot your car was taken too. It took Carrie 45 minutes to get to us even though they told us 15 minutes because they had to send her since she’s told us to come by 5:00. She came from broken arrow to let us in. She was absolutely unpleasant to work with. Just some advice make sure you have someone at the lot before you tell someone it’s okay to come by. I’m thankful I didn’t have to deal with them to get my car out and my insurance did it for me.

Waited 7 hours for a pickup that never came. Every hour I would call for an update only to be told that there should be somone within an hour. If you're so busy you can't get me that's fine, but don't jerk me around FOR 7 HOURS. ending up calling another company that said they could be there in 15 min, and wouldn't ya know it, he freaking did.

My car broke down in an awkward place at an awkward angle. Sam, the driver was nothing short of genius in getting it on the flat bed and off it. Truly saved my day. Gratitude isn't usually an emotion I associate with towing. But, grateful I was. Thank you Morgan Towing and Sam.
Just had a driver in a Morgan tow truck speed past me in the right lane, pull halfway into the left lane in front of me, and make a sudden right turn a couple blocks later. This happened on 31st street where lanes are narrow. It was reckless and irresponsible. Please drive more safely!
Spent 7 hours trying to get my car towed today. First was given a text that it would be one hour, when I contacted them they said it would be three, after 3 hours they said 45 minutes, finally at hour 7 i called again and was told they were busy clearing accidents all day and it was highly irregular and could they pick it up in the morning. I have now missed my appointment to get my car fixed and spent the entire day doing this so I said no, I have no faith it’s going to happen and I don’t have another day. The dispatcher called the shop and the driver and called me back assuring me they could get the car to the shop on time and to sit tight. 45 minutes later another dispatcher calls and tells me they can take it to the yard tonight- like we were in the middle of a conversation. No. Why would I do that? I’m less than a mile from the shop and the car is in my driveway and the last information I had was that they were going to get it there in time but now they really screwed me around so that I have zero time to make an alternate plan. So I cancelled. Then the driver called, put me on hold because they were calling him then hung up on me while I was on hold. Thanks a ton Morgan towing, huge waste of a day. If you can’t do something just say it so I don’t regret being patient and accommodating earlier in the day. I shouldn’t have to be a problem on the phone to get anyone to actually tell me that I have zero priority. I don’t want to make anyone have a hard conversation, that’s not fun for either of us. Also pretty hateful move on the dispatch ending their shift to put it on the lady starting her shift. I hope she starts a hateful rumor about you around work or steals your lunch or something.

If I could give this company minus stars I would. The police had this Company pick my vehicle up after another car had caught my car on fire.Now the back of my truck was burned, but that was itheoretically.I could have gotten in the truck and drove it away if the police had let me.But this company Wanted to charge me $6400 for towing my truck to their fish facilities. There was only a little bit of broken glass from my truck. Nothing else was literally wrong with it. But the company said because of remediation. And other words clean up. They were charging me $6400. This company is a rip-off. They rob people at the worst time in their lives. They are absolutely the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Don't ever use them. I've included a pic so you can see there was literally nothing for them to clean up they took full advantage of the situation. Again worst company ever!!!
If you’re going to pull the inner axles out of my truck and throw them on the floor boards, at least try to keep the oil from getting everywhere and ruining my floor mats. Inconsiderate.
One of the slowest company’s I’ve used I requested a tow truck at 1:30am am wasn’t dispatched one until multiple calls after that. Tow truck didn’t show up until 4AM I had take off of work because of how slow your business and drivers are which cost me money. I would honestly like a refund for my tow
