MIKLOS TOWING IN TULSA DID AN AMAZING JOB TOWING MY HUSBANDS PORSCHE. I requested a flatbed a day before and scheduled the tow service in tulsa early in the morning. A Repo truck has been sent to help instead. I WAS SHOCKED !! My husbands porsche has air bags and is very low and we could not get it into neutral. Called and talked with Pablo ( the manager/dispatch as I was told) and had a 12000lb piece of machinery needing hauled off and he handled it perfectly after asking a couple questions, got back within 30 minutes of photos and dimension measurements and shortly dispatched out Adrian to my location who loaded it up and got it to where it needed to go. Very professional experience and will have no issue giving them a call again for any other odd job or towing need i have.

1. The first time I called this Towing Service in Tulsa, about 2 years ago, we got stuck in the mud at keystone lake, and they showed up with a whole recovery team & they brought the proper equipment to winch me out of the mud.
2. Michael showed up in under 15 min, to tow my husbands GTO. The towing service performed was outstanding. They take pictures and videos before and after the towing service to prevent any problems. He handled the vehicle with care.

The ONLY reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that I have an attitude about having to pay so much to be towed less than 3 miles home. OTHERWISE…
The driver who showed up (Oscar) was SO chill and personable! We even started talking about music and he helped me find a song from an artist we both liked.
He arrived within about 20 mins of my call to Miklos, and when he showed up he had a great attitude and was really skilled and natural.
And even though I don’t like paying so much, Oscar let me know about a discount for a specific payment type.

When My daughter left our house to get her younger brother from work the roads were ice and snow. She’s a good driver, but we are all at the mercy of the ice sometimes.
She was moving througj the Riverside and skelly intersection. She slid into another driver that was waiting for a tie truck bc of another incident with another vehicle. When the driver arrived he offered to tow her veh after he told the original, knowing it was a busy night and it would probably be 3-5 hours before she got a tow, it was already 8:45pm. He helped her move the veh out of the intersection- which is when we realized the veh was totaled bc the steering arms was severed.
The driver did exactly that. He dealt with the vehicle from the original call, then towed my daughters car to our location. He hid the keys in a spot none of us would have ever thought to use, but now seems so incredibly obvious.
Everyone we’ve spoken to Has been kind, polite,professional, respectful, and complete Gentlemen.
I’m keeping their card for future use.
Supposed to be in charge of my communities paid parking spots. Claims to be 24 hours. Nobody answers. Helpful

"Doing your best to help the community" is giving out a number to other companies that also refuse to help, unless you're a police officer. Same thing again tonight. Called from a different phone by a different person, same result. I can only hope my complex finds someone professional and not petty.
Incredibly unprofessional. Picked my car up and I had no idea where it went. I live on the other side of town and when I found the car it had been a couple weeks. Cost me $680. When I handed them cash they said they needed an exact amount. No change. Even though it's cash only. I was told multiple different things from different people and when you call this place they are short and don't explain anything.
Don't go near here.

Called to get an idea on when a driver would be able to pick up my car and take it to a shop, they had a driver at my house within an hour. very polite and easy to work with, both the rep on the phone and the driver were very professional. really affordable too.
Is this who u want to tow your vehicle? To some it may not be much but to someone it may be all they got... They over charg everyone on private property tows. If you fell like you been over charged fill out a compliment with Dps
