Horrible service. Please go somewhere else. The owner is rude And super defensive with everything and when they Damage your car they’ll do anything not to pay. The owner definitely needs Jesus!
I've ran for a few different companies in Tulsa and they were all good companies but mikes towing is by far the most honest and fair pricing company in the entire metro area. Just like he says, "we aren't cheap but we are fair !"
Mike was quick to arrive and pick up my service van unbelievable pricing. I would highly recommend getting a hold of this guy when you are in a tight situation and need your vehicle delivered safely.
Only giving one star due to the fact tou have to give a star....web page says they are open 8 to 5...when you arrive at this run down looks like it's going to fall down house....there's a note on the door, says to call we may be on a tow. I called not expecting to have to wait on someone to be there....a man and a woman had me on speaker phone, yelled at me saying I had an attitude and they'd be there when they get there....talk about an attitude VERY RUDE, TRASHY PEOPLE. I HOPE NO ONE EVER HAS TO DEAL WITH THIS PLACE!!! VERY UN PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

Will was great! He was quick and really nice. Mike's Towing llc saved us time and money. They were there in 20 minutes. I'd highly recommend calling them if you need a tow.
Called needing roadside tire change for my daughter. They dispatched a guy right away. Passerby stopped and got tire changed. So I called Mike's Towing off and paid the call off fee happily. Quick to respond and helpful

The owner stole my aunts vehicle and won’t allow her to get her stuff out of it he has cussed everyone out when trying to get her stuff! My aunt had somone on the way to pick her vehicle up and the owner took it upon himself to load her vehicle up while she was was taken to the hospital! Justice needs to be done!

Zero Stars! I have never had a grown man talk so disrespectful to me. This driver was rude and obnoxious the entire time. He clearly doesn’t know how to drive if he can’t properly back a vehicle into a spot. Instead of listening to where I wanted him to put the vehicle, he chose to raise his voice and tell me his tow truck wasn’t able to drive down a hard GRAVEL road! He clearly needs training in customer service and on the road driving.
Excellent experience! From the woman who was so nice on the phone to the driver who knew what he was doing, drove well. The price was the best part though. If you need a tow call these guys!

Dispatch will send out a truck that can’t even pull your vehicle after waiting 3 and a half hours. The rating they have (1/5) is being too nice. Worst towing company in Oklahoma. If you use them get ready to wait minimum 6 hours.

Darrick was our driver. He worked fast and safely and we did not have to wait very long. He was very polite and let me know ever step of the way of what was happening. I would definitely recommend this place. Best price we found as well. Saved about 100 dollars well worth it
Called him on A cold night right after the little snow storm we got. Daughters car broke down. Called other tow companies and it was 3 plus hour wait and very expensive. Called Mike and 25 minutes later he was there and at a very affordable price. From now on he is the only one I will call first!!!
I called dispatch at Mike's Towing one afternoon when my vehicle broke down. They had a driver take me and my vehicle to a repair shop quickly for a fair price. I will definitely call them again if I need a tow truck.
Quick response to my online request for a quote. Dispatch was quick and straight to the point of getting all the info needed from me, while being polite. Told me she would have someone headed my way within 15 to 20 minutes. Fifteen minutes later Mike called me and told me he was headed to my car. I met him there with the key, he already had my address in his phone and I went home. They had my car home within one hour of my call to them. Very good experience and they were $20.00 and $30.00 less than the other two quotes I got.
I recently used Mike's Towing to move a vehicle from one location to another. It was a project car and didn't run. From start to finish the service was great. Scheduling was quick, easy, convenient, and the driver was extremely friendly and helpful. At the last minute, I needed to reschedule, and it was not a problem they accommodated my request and were fantastic to work with. I would recommend them. Thanks for all the help and the great work!
I’ll start by saying that I’ve noticed that every negative review left by someone for this company has a response of “we have no record of doing a tow for you OR you must have us mixed up with St Michael’s towing”. I can assure you that I am talking about Mike’s towing which is located at 1133 N Garnett Rd and they did tow the car. I will say, I won’t EVER use this company in the future and would advise you not to either. These people (husband and wife) are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. When I got to their office no one was there and when I looked at the time on my phone I realized they were probably gone to lunch. On the door there are 2 phone numbers to call to let them know you are there and waiting. I called both numbers and ended up leaving a message on one. A few minutes goes by and my phone rings, I notice it’s the number I had called so I answer. I was met with the most hateful rude person I’ve ever encountered. All I can say is that these people must hate their lives. Even worse, he was acting this way in front of his granddaughter. Do yourself a favor and use a different company, one that treats people with dignity and respect. We already dealt with a car accident and then this.
Very prompt and highly competent. Transported a motorcycle for me and that's always a bit nerve wracking! Did a great job securing it with no damage, same with the delivery. Really nice guy too. Price was reasonable. Great service, I recommend Mike's Towing.
Quoted me an hour. Arrived 3 hours later with no apologies, no explanations. I called multiple times, my insurance called multiple times, just kept getting fake answers telling me they were a few minutes out.. it doesn’t take 3 hours to get anywhere in this town Customer service told me they can’t possibly give me accurate updates 1 hour vs 3 hours is a pretty drastic difference guys.
